Alpine Vista is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street. Fully renovated in 2022 with vinyl wood flooring, granite kitchen counter tops, added office nook, recessed lighting in kitchen, remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers, new furniture and mountain modern decor, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and fresh interior paint, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite! The owners purchased this wonderful condo in 2022, and they invite you to enjoy staying in their newly renovated "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort. Here's why you will love Alpine Vista: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore! STUNNING VIEWS Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. 2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM Alpine Vista is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,000 square feet which sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include two queen beds in the master bedroom, one queen bed and a twin/twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay. WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, office nook and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals. DINING AREA The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more. COZY LIVING AREA This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. From the living area, there is access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. GUEST AMENITIES! The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store! ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking. COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe. COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village. TRASH ROOM There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying. ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking. THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes. YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more! At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking. 2024-2025 OVERNIGHT PARKING RATES: Nov 1 - Apr 13 - $50/night Apr 14 - Apr 30 - $40/night May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and well-appointed condo for your Breckenridge vacation. We had a fantastic guys ski trip, and the accommodations couldn’t have been better. Location is ideal, easy walk to Quicksilver lift from the condo, and equally easy walk to the village and town for drinks and dinner after the ski day was done. Property is nicely remodeled and had everything we needed, and Twilla was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We hope to be back again in future years!

Awesome location, steps to the lift. Clean and welcoming; decor simple and cute. The best wall mounted ski rack I have ever seen. Twilla was very responsive and helpful. The only minor snag was there appeared to have missing cooking utensils; I could only find 1 oversized spatula.
We were not comfortable with the app based electric key required to access everything; my phone battery did die in minus degree temperature; I was lucky I wasn’t alone or I could be stuck outside of the building in the freezing cold. We know this is not the fault of any unit owners.
Over all I think it’s one of the nicest skiing condos I have been in.

Loved the condo. Communication with owner was quick and responsive. The only feedback we would provide is there is no place to put your stuff in the bedrooms. No dresser, nightstand, etc. The furniture is simple and minimal. We would recommend and stay here again!

The view from the 3 balconies was wonderful. Very spacious accommodations, well equipped kitchen. We were 6 adults but this condo can accommodate 2 more adults easily.

Amazing location right by the Village Ski School - we watched the kids during their ski school from the balcony! Ski in and ski out right by the quicksilver lift was super convenient.

Great communication and responsiveness. Unit was fine but lacked some comforts like places to unpack and put things away. Extra blankets were stained so we didn’t use them. One night there was a huge party outside late into the night. Not anyone’s fault but made it very difficult to sleep. Last day someone’s alarm went off non stop before dawn in an adjacent unit and there was nothing we could do. You’re paying for location. If you want a place to crash near the slopes it’s a good choice.

Great location, nice hot tubs and pool, condo itself has had some updates though has a few quirks. Twila was very good at responding to our needs via text and phone. Need to be aware that there are no actual humans on the property to help or answer questions - everything including parking is done through the app and texts. (There is a housekeeping staff who mainly don’t speak English.)

All in all I would say this is a great condo. It really could use a lamp or two in the living room (we brought a small reading lamp based on other reviews). Would be great if they had some nightstands. But we enjoyed our stay, bathrooms were great and functional... great kitchen amenities. Laundry close by. Short walk to main street. Definitely would stay here again.

Super clean, minimalist condo. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Beautiful view off the porches. Condo unit has great amenities - warm pool (even in cold outdoor temps) with kids section was our favorite! Great walkable location in town.

We loved our stay in Breckinridge. The house manager was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. Our only complaint was that the employees of the complex (at the check in desk) were uninformed and not eager to help when questions were asked or during the check in process. The place was clean and cutely decorated - we loved the wood burning fireplace in the morning! Fabulous location! We walked everywhere! Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Plenty of space for our family of five, great location, clean, so many fun amenities (mini golf, arcade games, pools, movie theatre), and Twilla was super helpful with check in. If we make it back to Breckenridge we will definitely be staying here ! Thank you!

Pros: The pool and hot tubs, fitness center, and rec room (with free arcade games) were great for our family trip. The way the unit is set up is great and could easily sleep 8-10. There is a great space for hanging out together. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location is right in the Main Street area and great for daily walks for meals and exploring. There was a little park next to the river a few blocks away that our little kids enjoyed.
The only cons were that the patio doors were not in good repair and there was only one folding chair on the deck for sitting and are some trees that block the view, but it was still beautiful. There is also no lamp or light in the livingroom which is where I wanted to sit and read a book when everyone had gone to bed, but the bright dining room light was the only option.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in Breck! The property manager, Twila, was excellent! We had a little snag upon check in as our parking permit didn't let us into the garage when we arrived late in the evening after a 15 hour drive. One phone call and she was on the other end to help us solve the issue and assure we were compensated for our inconvenience. Super kind, friendly and responsive!! The location is excellent to town. The pool/hot tubs were awesome. Just enough room in the condo for our family. We cooked dinners (pre made meals/casseroles from home) often after long days of hiking and to save on the expense of eating out and we had all we needed in the kitchen. We were there in the summer so it did get a little toasty at times inside, but we opened the windows a bit and used a fan that was available and it was no problem. I imagine that the location is perfect for the ski season. My one suggestion for the condo would be some sort of outdoor seating on the balcony to enjoy the morning and evening views. We will definitely look this place up when we return for our next Breckenridge adventure. Breck is a favorite and dear to our hearts. 25 years ago we honeymooned there to ski, and now we have returned quite a few summers for all that the summer season has to offer with our kids in tow. The activities are limitless! ENJOY!

We enjoyed our stay here. Twilla was great and responsive. We had an issue with no hot water (not due to this particular unit but the building had issues and she had maintenance on it and corrected it. It was a little confusing at first when we arrived where to go, park, and the key process but once we got it figured out it was fine. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the town. Highly recommend and would def stay there again

Updated condo in a great location. Was as advertised. Nice property with game room and hot tubs. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy Walk to the Lift which you can See from town balcony. Only downsides were no bedroom TV’s or furniture to store clothing.

Wonderful Spring break stay at this beautiful condo. Perfectly located between downtown and the slopes with ski rental in the building - everything is incredibly convenient. The condo is modern and clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked for staying in and cooking dinner.
The owners is super responsive and check in and check out are very easy. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay here again!

This was a clean, updated condo, perfectly located at the base of Peak 9. For families, it couldn't be easier! Steps to ski school, steps to town and steps to the base of the mountain. We've been coming to Breck the past few years and would absolutely rent this unit again! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough for our family of 5 with ease. Only suggestion would be a few more lamps in the rooms and front room, but that is more personal preference. Overall 5 stars and we'll definitely rent this place again if available!

I have nothing negative to say about the property or the manager. There was a bit of a hiccup and Twilla was on top of it. You can see the ski lift from the property. It was a quick walk to get to the lift. We were able to save money and go back to the condo for lunches and relax. I hope to stay here again!

The lift is literally right outside your door! Perfect for families with kids who make you schlep their gear! Condo is very spacious. Plenty of beds. Condo was recently updated. Great kitchen with everything you need. Host was very helpful and accessible! We will definitely be back!
