Watch the dolphins swim by each morning and afternoon, watch the amazing Mission Beach sunsets from your comfortable convertible Euro Loungers while watching your favorite TV show. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle even a Thanksgiving dinner! The Calvin Klein sheets, towels & pillows come from a 5 star luxury hotel. Every detail is attended to. We own 6 properties on the beach and bay and pride ourselves in offering 5 star service! You will be the King of the Beach staying at one of our properties.

This was a fantastic find. Our family of 6 has stayed in Mission Beach for years at another complex, but wanted to bring our dog for the first time. This unit had much more inside space than we expected, lots of seating in the main room, an amazing view of the ocean from the huge front window, and out the door beach access as we wanted. Maurice is quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place. I’m very hard to please and they came pretty close to getting 5 starts. Parts of the apartment are dated but everything worked and was clean. I would definitely come back again.

2nd floor Ocean front 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms but two couches that fold down into beds. We had my wife and I, two boys and my one sons wife with a dog PERFECT! Owners are very nice and flexible and being on the beach AMAZING. Location cannot be beat! We will be back thank you. Tim

This is the perfection to be close to restaurants and without saying, the beach.
The property owner couldn’t be nicer or more responsive.
The most amazing part of this lovely condo for us was being able to keep the front windows open and hear the ocean all night.
We will for sure be booking this location again.

Love the view for the window. The place was equipped with working appliances and stick with nice cups, plates, utensils, and cookware. The kids enjoyed the stay and we’re memorized by the morning views of the dolphins.

Everything about this property was top notch. Communication was prompt from the minute of booking onwards. The location is perfect for being on the beach and near/walking distance to many shops/food establishments etc. Easy driver/Uber ride to the city. Sleeping accommodations as well as beds, laundry, stocked essentials, etc. made this a top notch rental! We'll definitely stay again if in San Diego! Thank you!!

The house is in a great spot and it was so nice to let the kids play at the beach as we sat on the porch and had a drink. There is no AC in the house so be prepared to sleep with a lot of street noise. Additionally, the listing stated that it didn’t carry items like beach chairs, beach towels, etc and therefore we bought and brought all of those things only to find that there were these items in the house. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The location was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a minor issue with the fridge, but Maurice promptly took care of it. My grandkids had a blast and loved waking up to the ocean. There are some maintenance and updating issues that need to be addressed to make this unit truly luxurious. Parking is tight, so patience is needed. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.

The location can't be beat. For the most part the condo was as advertised. When we arrived the floors were filthy...the check out instructions say to clean the floors, I guess they rely on the guest to do this part of the cleaning because the housekeeping staff certainly did not. Several of the cabinet doors were hanging weirdly and just had a feeling of being old and unkempt. We never were able to get the tv in the living room to work. Otherwise it was perfect for our purpose, you cannot beat the location. Just disappointed on the property upkeep for what we paid.

Stayed in 2 of the units in the building with teens and adults. Was great to be so close to the beach and right on boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and sleeping accommodations worked well for our group. Internet was spotty so be aware if you are needing to work while staying. Host was amazing, very responsive and helpful and even helped my elderly parents carry in their luggage as they arrived a couple of hours before we did.

Fantastic stay
The best location and space you could ask for in San Diego. We were 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 0-6) and it was perfect for everyone including the baby. Sleeping in to the sound of the waves was simply an incredible experience. The beach was a stone’s throw away and the kids had a blast. Would highly recommend

Property is located on the boardwalk and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the beach. This unit came with the beach chairs and frisbees, so that was nice. We had secure building and room access (with passwords), with it is a quick walk to Ralphs, restaurants, pizzerias, bike rentals on/next to the boardwalk. I would highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing family vacation..
Minor issue was that shower water was slow to drain from the bath tub in the living room bathroom.

Beautiful beachfront condo
Great location right on Mission Beach! Nice little condo. We had 2 families of 5 that stayed 4 nights. Perfect location for hanging on the beach. It was good for us because we had kids. It would have been tight if we were all adults. The 3 pull out couches in the living room worked well for the kids, but wouldn’t have fit 4 adults. The kitchen was hit or miss with what we needed to cook. For a larger meal, was kinda hard to find what we needed, but we still made it work fine. And the grocery store was a short walk, which was very convenient!! Parking spot was tight and finding parking for the second vehicle was hard, but we learned much easier once people left the beach for the day. Overall, it really was a great place!

Excellent location and lovely view from the living room. Plenty of space. The interiors can do with a bit of sprucing up. Since these sleep 10, likely to attract younger groups-we had one occupying the unit next to us who didn’t let us sleep the first night. The property manager was prompt in reaching out to them after we complained and the following nights were better.

Can't beat the view, but unit is warn-out
The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The view is perfect, however the unit itself is quite tired and in desperate need of a make over. The property management team was great and quick to respond to our issues, but for the price we paid, I was expecting "luxury" as described in the listing. We stayed for 2 weeks, so perhaps if this is a quick weekend rental, the fatigue of the unit would be less disruptive? Also, the internet connection was spotty, so if you are planning on working remotely, keep that in mind. We had issues with connectivity on Zoom calls.

Great ocean view
Great ocean view and spaced out condo. Property owner Maurice is nice and was on site during our stay. Only problem during our stay was the elevator seemed to work when it wanted to but other than that it was a comfortable stay.

Had a great trip at this property. The location is fantastic and right on the boardwalk. Parking is never easy but we had an easy time navigating our parking spot. The big windows over the beach were wonderful to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is unbeatable steps to the water, entertainment on the boardwalk and sound of waves lullaby to sleep by. Very quiet at night and minimal noise in the day.Property was clean and maintained well. Comfortable but beds a little soft for me and couches a little hard but that’s my back.We enjoyed having our fur baby’s with us.Check in and check out very smooth. We had very little interaction with The manager Maurice but when we did it was positive.All in all it was a pleasant 3 day vacation and I would recommend.
