Location was clos to project we've had, with free parking on the street. That's all it was needed.
The place could've been a little bit tidier.

The toilet had no mirror. The internet was not working. Poor lighting. TV has no telecast. Toilet door was not closing properly. Washbasin has seperate taps, so either you had water too hot or cold.

Nice and warm, good shower, parking.
A bit worn in places and not very close to amenities.

Manager was nice and tried to be as much helpful as he could. Quite place. Private Parking. Hot water.
Small house. Sofa was smelling of bleach all the way throughout the stay. We had to cover the whole thing with towels. House had lots of damages. We immediately took pictures to protect ourselves. Need proper cleaning and furnishing before re renting please.

We enjoyed having access to a fully equipped kitchen, which enabled us prepare some meals whenever we needed. Given that not many restaurants deliver around the area that came particularly handy. The house was also very warm and the host checked in with us to ensure that we had no trouble entering the property and settling in.
-The property seemed poorly cleaned (someone had used the bathroom before us without having flushed the toilet too) and extremely dusty. Moreover, there were many damages (like holes in the doors and a broken fire alarm hanging from the ceiling), the majority of plates and utensils were dirty, and there was a very pungent smell in the main bedroom, enough to make it uncomfortable to sleep in. When we arrived we also found empty liquor bottles in the lawn and other trash hanging around the main entrance.
-The sofa could not really be used as a bed as the compartment that opens up as a bed was "broken" and disconnected from the couch; even after trying to keep it "together", it kept collapsing and we ended up not being able to use it as a bed although it was advertised as such.
-Location was very inconvenient and there are very few convenience stores or transportation links to the central part of Manchester.

good stay, decent size 2 bedrooms, parking was good- never heard noise from neighbours, would definitely stay again- hosts were very nice as well kept in contact seeing if we were ok
pots, pans and trays were dirty limited cutlery and no mirrors would’ve been nice to have a few mirrors around the property.
maybe needs a little tlc as was a hole in the door and downstairs toilet was smashed but wasn’t a problem enjoyed our stay

It was a cute house, relatively clean and living area was comfy and a decent size.
This property could really do with some more mirrors! That was honestly the main issue for us. And the location wasn’t ideal.

It wasn’t as advertised. There was damaged doors, dirty bathroom, the couch was ripped and had stains on it. The carpet looked and felt dirty. The heating didn’t work and the house smelt pretty bad.
