I didn’t realize it was a little apartment in the house, it was cute & comfy. I never heard from the owners when I texted a hello and goodbye. I would stay again. Actually would want to know if the owners are willing to rent it out?

Not sure if this is a public sharing space or confidential.
I have a couple of observations, but don't want to share these in public sharing space. So need some clarification who will be seeing this message

Communication with the host was great. We were only there for a night, but it was exactly what we needed coming in on late flight. Easy check in and checkout. Thanks for a nice stay!

We stayed because we had late flight arrivals and were heading out early the next day. Close to airport, really cute neighborhood. Basement apartment in a family home. Nothing fancy, and all we needed.

We needed this just as a place to stay overnight before we took off. The host was very accommodating to a last minute situation that came up and the place was clean and just what we needed. Thank you!

First of all, the ad stated the rental was an apartment. The unit is the basement of the owner's house. It had a shared entrance and then a lockable door to the basement. Not what we expected, but overall worked out just fine. We only stayed one night, but it served its purpose and we'd stay there again.

A group of 5 adults stayed in this basement apartment for one night. The house was close to the airport (only about 15 minutes), was clean, and comfortable. We even saw a moose in the neighborhood! Half of our group arrived super late due to flight issues. Check-in was easy. The apartment is spacious & comfortable. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Would definitely recommend.

Trash was outside when we pulled up. Host was still cleaning. Bathroom was nice but king bed mattress was pretty firm.

This was a great launching point for our family of five! The place was clean, there were plenty of beds and there was good space to hang out! Our eleven year old especially enjoyed the ping pong table! Communication with the host was great!

We rented their car from Turo for our 2 week trip. That worked out great, they were able to deliver it to the airport when we arrived. Then, we stayed at this house on the last night before going to the airport (again able to deliver us to the airport). Was close to the airport and comfortable for us (2 adults, 2 teens).

We had just one day to explore Anchorage before we flew back home. This house was perfect to the ending of our trip. We got to relax, do our laundry, play a little ping pong and get everything ready to go home. With all the house offered we were able to spend a good night and have energy and time to explore Anchorage before our late afternoon flights departed.

It was a perfect place for our quick stay. My teenage kids LOVED the ping pong table! Kitchen was well stocked and basement apartment was clean and comfortable. Definitely had many features for a family, especially with small kids.

Everything thing worked well except the light switches were very hard to figure out. Labeling the switches would be a great improvement. It was nice to have the laundry.

Nice, clean half basement apartment. It had everything we needed to stay the week and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. It was big enough for my two teenage boys to not get cramped and the ping pong table was a plus for them. There was no bidet like in the listing, but that was not why we picked it in the first place. Very nice.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night after a long flight, before our drive to Denali. We had a family of 4, parents & 2 adult children (25 & 22 years old). Comfortable, clean property. Very easy communication & check in. Absolutely would stay again. We pack light, so carrying luggage downstairs was not a problem.

We’re from Alaska and traveled to Anchorage to watch some college basketball. Met our needs. Basic. As we just needed a place to sleep. As there were five adults.

as described, no surprises. good location for south anchorage activities

It has a ping pong table that you can use. I think the pictures are not fair to what the place really looks like. It is like a big, simple, well cared basement. It receives natural light and windows can be open. Radiant floor; so good 😊. It wasn’t fun to see two, worn out bear skins nailed to one of the walls. We are animal lovers and that didn’t sit well with us. Besides that the rest was great. Thanks
