Children welcome! but no pets per the HOA rules. Location, location, location! This stunning Immaculate condo has been upgraded and is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort! This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom + loft/2 bathroom upgraded condos and has new paint, washer/dryer, internet, pool, hot tub, full kitchen (dishwasher, etc), wood burning fireplace and much more! Spectacular views of the mountains, terrain park, and Park City Resort are experienced from the living room and deck. The patio offers an amazing apres ski environment and the heated pool and 14 person hot tub are just icing on the cake for your Park City vacation. FREE WI-FI, hot tub, heated pool, washer/dryer. This condo is the largest unit in the Snowcrest complex, boasting 1000 square feet, and is fully equipped for your vacation stay. The downstairs master bedroom has a QUEEN log bed, mirrored wardrobe doors, minimum of 300 thread count sheets, down comforter and log furniture. There is a full bathroom downstairs off the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully decorated in granite and comes with all appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc). The living room has an LED/LCD HD flat screen large TV, DVD player, NETFLIX, DVDs, wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and comfortable sofas with great views of Park City Mountain resort. There is also an expandable dining table that seats up to 6 along with 3 spots with stools at the island bar. A spiral staircase off the living room brings you upstairs to an inviting loft with two twin beds. There is another Queen bedroom and a loft along with a Full bathroom upstairs (bathroom is between the loft and private bedroom so no need to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the unit. A high end private HE WASHER & DRYER has been added for your convenience. I also have another 2 bedroom + loft in the Snowcrest complex (850 square feet) which also may be available. Please note: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR in this complex and both of my units are on the 3rd floor. If you are coming for a ski/snowboard/active vacation this certainly shouldn't be an issue for most but If climbing stairs is problematic for you or someone in your group, please do not rent in this complex. Also the pool and hot tub is closed in the off season between mid April - Memorial Day and mid September - mid November. *NO MONTHLY RENTALS IN THE WINTER* ALSO, NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME IN THE CONDO/ON BALCONY/OR ON PREMISES. This is a *NON SMOKING* complex and smokers may be fined and immediately evicted without any refund.

Very nice condo in a perfect location for skiing and snowboarding! Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen, as advertised. We enjoyed grinding our fresh coffee every morning. It was a great and comfortable stay for 4 adults and 1 teenager. Seamless check in / out. The owner was so nice and very responsive. Overall would recommend as a very comfortable, convenient spot for skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My friends and I enjoyed our week long stay in the condo. Easy check in/out logistics and great location for skiing and Main Street. The property was as advertised - a bit dated but functional. Good water pressure and hot water. Found the heat to be a bit variable between rooms. Really well stocked kitchen (butter, coffee, etc.) and bathrooms with toiletries. We’d definitely come back!

Everything was seamless with check in. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the base slopes of mountain village. Beds were comfortable. Had all the necessary appliances for cooking in the condo. Would definitely stay again

We had a great time at this location. It is conveniently located near Park City Resort so that, every morning, we had only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift.
Patti is an exceptionally good host and provides recommendations on transport, places to eat, and stays in communication with her guests.
The property itself is clean, cozy and perfect for a family. Our two children stayed upstairs in the loft area while my wife and I stayed in the bedroom below. We all felt that we had more than enough space.
It is a short walk to downtown Park City and we did not feel the need to rent a car.
We will absolutely book again the next time we come to PC.

Easy access to mountain and can walk to town
Everything you need to have for a weekend on the mountain. Walking distance to the lifts, ski rentals, and groceries. Downtown is a 25 min walk but easily reachable and can take a quick uber either way. Full kitchen makes it easy to eat before and after a long day on the slopes. Communication with owner was very easy and hospitable.

Wonderful
We had a great stay. This condo was perfect for our family of 5(two teenagers). It’s very close to the ski lift and either a quick bus ride or 15min walk to the town. It had everything we needed

Snowy spring break
This condo was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was our first trip to Park City, and this condo was the perfect location. Close to lifts and an easy ride to town on the shuttle. The grocery store is even walking distance away. Patti was very communicative and responsive. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. We loved Park City and will definitely be back.

Location, Location, Location!!!
My boyfriend and I traveled to Park City for the entire week with another couple. This place was perfect for two adult couples, since each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and we never felt on top of each other. We loved the access to the hot tub, heated pool, and most importantly, the very short walk to the lift and Park City Mountain Resort. Fresh Market, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven are also an easy, short walk to-and-from this location. On the warmer, sunny days we walked to Main Street and enjoyed the shopping and dining experiences Park City has to offer. On the colder evenings, we took the shuttle to Main Street. The shuttle service is right near the condo! It is FREE, and was easy to manage. One of my favorite parts of the trip was meeting so many amazing, fun people in the hot tub. We had some great convos, beers, and laughs! We are thankful for our stay, and the effort that the host puts in to ensure we had a great time! I have no doubt that if I went back to Park City, I would try to stay here again! The location is SO IDEAL!

Park City Ski Trip Jan 18-21/2022
My wife & I stayed in the condo with our 3 kids under 11. They enjoyed sleeping in the loft and the condo was very convenient to the lifts and ok downtown Park City. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Fantastic location and owner
Our family of two parents and two adult kids had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is excellent for skiing. Within walking distance to some of the lifts, but we drove since the crowds were small during our stay. The condo is also close to the shuttle which will take you skiing or down Main Street Park City to shops and restaurants. Patti was amazing! Probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had with VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for our needs, and everything was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Patti was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental process, including during checkout when we were faced with a blizzard and cancelled airline tickets. The condo was in an excellent location and our family was very comfortable at the property. The ski lift is basically right out the back entrance of the condo, the grocery store one block away, and all of Park City a short walk, bus ride or Uber away. Enjoy

When I look where to book my stay, I look for location, location, location, comfort and cleanliness within my budget, of course. This rental was excellent at all of those. It is a narrow condo but very comfortable for 4 adults and one teen. The hallway has no storage but there are plenty of hooks for jackets, snow pants, gloves and goggles for all of us.
There is also a bench and a place for boots. There is a ski locker but we did not need it as ski valet was included with our Epic passes.
Master bedroom was cozy, super comfortable bed, pillows and linens and full closet and a small tall dresser.
The kitchen is small but it has absolutely everything you need and more. Appliances were new or just so clean they looked new. If you wanted to prep a feast, you could! Tons of pots, pans, utensils and gadgets.
The loft was comfortable with two twin beds. No closet but plenty of drawers. Full size washer and dryer. Then the 2nd bedroom which again had a comfy bed, pillows and linens. A ton of closet space, TV and dresser.
The complex has a heated pool and jacuzzi which we used every day.
It even had a boot blower/dryer inside the unit which came in super handy. Also, plenty of towels for us all to use after showers and also for the pool/jacuzzi.
I was worried about only one split unit for heat but that worry was unnecessary as the unit was more than sufficient. We like to sleep cold so we never touched the base heater in the master and only used the split unit in the mornings while we got ready to start our day.
The only negative is that the unit is a bit dated. But that was easily overlooked because, again, location, comfort and cleanliness. We walked EVERYWHERE which we love. We all slept super comfortably and the unit was spotless.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway
We’ve been traveling around Utah and the state parks and wanted to make a short trip to park city. The condo exceeded our expectations and this is a place we will look to return to in the winter if we can get in!
Patti was an A plus host and all instructions in checking in were on point. The place was super clean and super cute. Beds were super comfy and we loved the separation of the loft and the living space as we wanted more space than a traditional hotel room provides. We also loved how there was plenty of parking outside, and we could easily either drive to places or walk 10 mins to town or 5 mins to the main park city ski base.
We can’t say enough about park city. We were told that a lot of things have been cancelled this year. But we still could hike and access some awesome mtb trails nearby. And the kitchen was big enough to handle cooking proper meals.
During our stay it was quite hot and ac was lovely and a must!!!. We noticed that quite a few other condos in our search didn’t offer ac so definitely a plus.
We’d love to come back this winter and will try to stay here as we can easily access the lift and just being a block from the main resort feels a little removed from crowds. But still easy to get to!

Great find / excellent stay. Very clean and updated condo with great amenities, comfortable beds, and had everything you would need for a home away from home. Loved the layout and location was fabulous right across from Park City Mountain Resort. Communication with owner was great. Definitely A+ and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location
This condo is in a great location just at the base of Park City mountain. A word of caution - be sure to understand the layout of this two bedroom and loft. It is suitable for people without small children as the second floor is accessible by a spiral staircase.
The condo was well equipped with the proper cooking utensils.

Very nice place! Heated pool and hot tub. Seemed a bit smaller than we thought when booking but loft with additional bedrooms up top was great! Easily sleeps 6. We would stay again!

Great location, comfortable, upgraded
We enjoyed our third year in this cozy, comfortable, and clean condo. Kitchen appliances are new and full-size and the table expands to accommodate quite a few extras for dinner if needed. Location is perfect for walking right on over to ski equipment and lifts, and the fireplace is fun in the evenings. The place is well-stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and has lots of fireplace wood and starter logs. Great fun!

Perfect Park City Condo
We had a great family holiday at Patti's condo. It is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The location is perfect for Park City Mountain skiing and shops and bus stops are within walking distance. Park City is an amazing holiday destination and staying in this Condo made our holiday even more special. Patti has excellent communication and was accommodating to requests. Beautiful and very convenient home
We went there for New Year’s week. It is a great place to stay. Very convenient. We are a family of five with three young children who were all in ski school. We were able to walk to the lessons / mountain. The bus to main part of town is just down the street.
The home is beautiful, with new appliances, ample amount of firewood, board games, and net flix. The owner provided us with all sorts of useful information including car service, ski, restaurant suggestions, etc.
We can’t wait to return!

Overall, it was a great experience.
The condo is close to the base of Park City Mountain and is walking distance to the lifts. It is a little difficult for your smaller skiers, but doable. The condo has all the basic needs and was very clean. Patti, the condo manager, was extremely helpful and provided lots of great information before our trip. She was also accommodating with our VERY early flight schedules. Our only real issue was the hot water... for some reason it only stays hot for one person to take a QUICK (about 5 min.) shower, even though the condo sleeps 6 people. As a result, we had to really work to rotate our showers and many times at least 2-3 people had FREEZING cold showers.

Comfortable Stay, Location, and amenites....
Stayed at the Snowcrest Condo with 4 guests. Location to the mountain was very good, and many supplies and essentials were supplied. Liked the loft were the kids could have their privacy. A little tight for luggage space, but overall it was fine. Fireplace and balcony with a view was a plus. Building is a bit worn, but this unit was updated. Nice hot tub on premises. Third floor walk up was not a big issue for us. Internet worked well. Despite six beds, would be a bit tight for more than four adults. Unit was clean and ready on time. Free bus route near condo was a plus. No need to rent a car. During our stay, building was quiet. Overall a nice unit, and would at least consider it again in Park City.

Great location and facilities
Very helpful property owner even before we arrived. Super location just across from the lifts, ski rental and bus stop. Pool and hot tub an extra bonus which the kids enjoyed even after a long day skiing. Accommodation very good for our family trip. Hope to come back again!

Spring Break
My wife often jokes that Convenience is a high priority for me. In this case, she was exactly right. The entire trip was easy and convenient. Loved the condo and the location. Close enough to walk to the lifts in ski boots with tired knees and ankles. Our family of 4 had an awesome time. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved this condo! It was very clean and very close to everything. Kids could walk to and from the base of Park City. The bus stop was a 3 minute walk. We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic. Comfortable, close to Pay Day lift, beautiful view of mountain, our home away from home
We had a fantastic experience over the 5 days between Christmas and New Years at this condo unit. Great access to the mountain with an easy walk to Pay Day lift and a view of the entire mountain from our living room. Cozy fire and comfortable living room made the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely rent this unit again and would recommend this to any of my friends or family. I would sum it up as not a rental but a home away from home.

Great condo right across from lifts at Park City Resort
our family had a wonderful time at this property and in Park City. The condo was warm and inviting and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to walk across the street to a few different lifts (took about 3 minutes in our ski boots!) and were on the mountain in no time. We took full advantage of the free shuttle bus system that stopped very close to the condo to go to main street (about 5 blocks away) for dinner and shopping as well as Deer Valley. The condo's beds were very comfortable and Patti the owner was very helpful with rental and dinner recommendations. Highly recommend this condo and hope to come back again for another Park City trip very soon! This would be the absolute perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival as well. Hope to be back for that one day!

Great condo in fantastic location.
Loved our stay here - although the snow was lacking we had a wonderful time. the condo is in a fantastic location directly across from the base of Park City Mountain entrance - about a 2 minutes walk in skis to the First Time lift. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a 'home away from home'. The owner, Patti, was very attentive and responsive and gave us some great suggestions on restaurants and things to do along with getting us into the Park City Museum (not to be missed). We can't wait to come back!
