Recently completed major renovations with all new finishes!! This home is probably one of the nicest available in area by far! Home has all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home has 5 bedrooms, plus a game room with a pull out sofa, so actually could be used as a 6th bedroom. Game room is amazing with (2) 65" TV's, 12' shuffle board table, and pool table!! All new large screen tv's in all rooms in house, unique 4.5 bathrooms, all new beds, furniture, etc. Backyard is also amazing with large pool, large Jacuzzi, covered patio, fire pit, tons of seating, corn-hole game, BBQ, and much more!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which has some of the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games! Came for a conference and were looking for a place that could host 14 of us. Two of the beds listed are actually pullout couches and one is in a game room which is a converted garage.
The home is beautiful and very clean. It has q nice pool and jacuzzi. Very nice game room. Would definitely stay here again, but with no more than 10 people.

Home fit the need of our 12 person family with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Owner was easy to work with and made accommodations to meet our needs. While close to Old Town Scottsdale by car, It is a good 75 minute walk. Overall, enjoyed our nine day stay and would consider returning.

We came in from CA for our son's ASU graduation. There were 14 of us and we had a great time. Plenty of space for us all to gather in the living/kitchen areas together. There are 3 ensuite bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms were good size. Note that 12 can sleep in the BR. there is a game room which is the garage converted very nicely with pullout couch as well as pullout couch in LR. Backyard we didn't use as it was chilly. did make use of the BBQ & firepit. If was warmer we certainly would be out there. Owners were very responsive to us. Would stay again.

The house was great. Lots of bedrooms and seating. The kitchen was well stocked. The game room was a nice bonus as well as the hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

We had three couples stay for a college reunion and having three masters with king beds and attached baths was so comfortable. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms, but the beds were comfortable, linens, towels for pool, and plenty of blankets to cozy up were great! Kitchen is well-appointed. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed the one kitchen-dining-living room. The common spaces such as the game room and outside dining were wonderful as we watched college football and even the World Series games. Communication was excellent. Great stay!

We had a great girls weekend at this house. Plenty of space, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, the house was fully stocked to accommodate a large group. The decor and amenities made this house feel like home. I would definitely rent it again and would highly recommend to others.

Used this property as a gathering place for 3 nights as everyone gathered in Scottsdale for a wedding. We could not have been more happy with it. Great bedding, very well equipped kitchen. Exactas advertised. One of out best rentals ever!

Everything was very nice with this property. The kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of towels for the numerous bathrooms. Nice washers and dryers. There were 9 of us, and there was plenty of room to relax, have fun in the game room,socialize in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Would stay here again in a minute!

Great home, lots of space, just as described! Communication with Dave was timely and the house was clean with space for six adult women. All the amenities as described with some extras like coffee pods, paper towels, shampoo, and soaps. Perfection! We’d absolutely book again.

There were five of us each wanting our own room so it worked out perfectly. The living area was large and open to the Kitchen and dining area so it made a great space for socializing. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were well stocked.
It is an older neighborhood but it was quiet and felt safe. The home itself has been updated and was well equipped. The location was great for Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix points of interest.
Very pleasant owner, easy to work with and good communication.

Access and communication were simple. Rules were trailer forward but not over the top. Nice beds! Nice bathrooms! Great pool! Games for anyone to play while enjoying beverages. Excellent property that was very central for a week of golf! Would go back for sure!

The location was pretty close to everything and was so well decorated! The pool was amazing and we had a hard time leaving! Would definitely recommend for bigger groups.

We had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale at this really comfortable home. There were 9 of us and it never felt too crowded. The pool and outdoor spaces made the house feel even bigger, and the water was warm! The beds were VERY comfortable, loved the blackout curtains. The thermostat did its job (it was pretty hot during our visit and the AC was excellent). It was not too far to get into downtown to shop, eat, and explore. We also hired a great private chef one night to cook/clean for us (Kale Personal Chef Services) and they were able to navigate the kitchen and dining room with ease.
But the best part about this rental was Dave! He was so helpful, responsive, patient, and kind to us -- even helped us find a DVD player and proper cords so we could watch old videos from our college days. It was the extra touch that made all the difference!

Our stay was simply relaxing! We did a girls trip and loved the property. The backyard was a relaxing oasis and then house was perfectly clean! I had great communication with the host and he was prompt and responsive!

Staying at this property was awesome. Great location, the house was beautiful and beautifully laid out. Outdoor area was awesome. There were nice touches like full size body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. They even had sunscreen and bug spray! All around a great experience. We will be back!

This was a great experience for us as newbies to the Scottsdale area. We were celebrating a friends bachelorette and despite the monsoon season and rain, we were able to make the most of it and got a full pool day and enjoyed the hot tub as much as possible! The bedrooms were amazing with three master bathrooms and then two spare bathrooms for use. Dave was communicative and helpful with resources. Plus the gone was so cutely decorated to make you feel in a modern home. Would recommend staying here again!
