The condo was walking distance from both the Snowflake lift and town, which would make this a great place for skiiers and/or non-skiiers. 4 O’Clock made it quick and easy enough to ski/snowboard back to the condo for lunch before getting back on the mountain for the afternoon.
The condo felt clean and the kitchenette had everything that we needed, but the oven was nearly impossible to not burn the bottom of whatever was cooking. Beware that the walls and ceiling are very thin—every footstep of the people above us was very loud.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and understand that there is much out of the Host’s control. I would certainly stay here again and recommend the condo, especially to anyone who is interested in spending most of their time on the mountain or around town.

It is what it is. No frills stay near the ski mountain and town. However for the price, I would have expected a little better. The queen bed is completely caving in. So when two people sleep in it, you both roll to the middle. My husband had to sleep on the pull out couch, which is unacceptable in my opinion. Also, the host is completely non existent and did not respond to messages in a timely manner. And when they did respond, it was an automated message. No way to communicate with a real human since this is a property managed by an outside company—ski country resorts. I would not have booked this stay if I had known that. Additionally, there was zero flexibility on check in or check out time. We even got an automated message that our unit was ready 4 hours early, but to have access we would have to pay an early check in fee. Overall the stay should have been significantly cheaper for what we received—poor sleeping conditions and bad hosting. Stay away from Ski Country Resorts!

The property was right next to the slopes which made our ski trip a 10 out of 10. Place was small but perfect for us and very clean.

Liked: The best things about this property: walking distance to restaurants and shops, a public bus stop at the property that took you to the main transfer station/gondola for Peak 8, a private bus shuttle available, and the ski-in option from the 4 o'clock trail - which takes you to the cul de sac and you can walk to the property! As a family, we enjoyed the game room - pool table, big fire pit, ping pong table, and foosball. We played each day after coming from the slopes. Lots of hooks and storage space, especially liked the outside ski equipment storage box!Didn’t like: The unit had several issues during our stay. Management responded quickly but was unable to take care of everything. On the first night, we noticed the bathtub drain was clogged, so we showered in standing water. Management sent maintenance with draino and they could unclog it the next day. Electrical issues - you could not use the coffee pot and turn the kitchen light on at the same time. I found an extension cord in a kitchen drawer and was able to plug it into a living room outlet. The hairdryer did not work (we tried several outlets.) A lamp in the bedroom flickered on/off, possibly also related to electrical. The upstairs unit had wooden floors and walking sounded like stomping (at 1 am, 5 am, all hours.) The walls are thin (we could hear the newlyweds next door on our last night.) Many of these issues cannot be controlled by management, and we understand that. We weren't able to sleep well (stayed 4 nights.) But I want to make other guests aware they may experience similar issues. I am not sure we would stay here again, but the location is amazing and the ski-in option at the end of the day was awesome. We let management know of all of the issues, so hopefully, they would be able to take care of them for future guests.

Nice place, good location. Small but well equipped. A bit noise from neighbors, but acceptable. Ski in is tricky, but once you figure it out, it works well. Shuttle is really close.

Perfect size for one or two people. Clean. Good location next to Ski Hill. Reasonably quiet. Watch out for bears. Kind of seems cheap to charge people $25 to come early, when they didn't ask for early check-in and the place happens to be ready.

Overall we had a good experience with a few less than satisfactory items.Pros: Location. Walking distance to Main st, gondola, and snowflake lift. Rental company: Friendly and answered questions quickly. Cleanliness: It was spotless and the cleaning staff was very friendly!Lodge: We spent almost all of our time not snowboarding at the lodge. The kids could play games and do schoolwork with plenty of space to spread out. Cons: Kitchenette was lacking in basic items. We didn’t have a mixing bowl or a muffin tin. However, we were able to cook all of our meals by being creative and having patience :) Do note that the fridge is a mini fridge so take that into account when grocery shopping. The shower had varying pressure and temperature while taking a shower so you had to be ready to turn it down/up quickly and be okay with low pressure for a short bouts. And the sink only had two temperatures...burning hot or freezing cold unless you put the two handles at the PERFECT angles. Also, the building shares hot water so you could run out if lots of people are taking showers so we tried to time our showers when we figured other guests would be doing something else. All that being said, the pros outweigh the cons especially considering the price compared to other properties within walking distance to the lifts. We would stay here again.

Great location and a price performer
This is our third year in a row starting here. If you can make it over the huge mound of snow off of the 4 O’’Clock at the end of the day, the location is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay Jan - Feb 2022 at Park Meadows. it was easily accessed on the first floor with a ski locker, ample parking, ski in from the mountain and an easy shuttle out, with a convenient 10-15 minute walk to town. It was cozy and quaint with all necessities. Decor and furniture were worn but comfortable. The staff at ski country were easy to reach and happy to help with some of our packages delivered during our stay.

Great location
Perfect for waking to town and to shuttle for Breckinridge resort. We had a great time. Perfect size for 2 people. Pots, pans, cups, and paper towel all included!! The cold water in bathroom sink doesn’t work properly. So sink water is extremely hot. Ceiling was very thin, you can surely here everything going on above you. Overall, great experience here. Would stay again.

Nice place, cozy, right on the bus line
Nice place, has everything you need to stay more than a couple nights. Comfortable bed. Only issue I had was water was shut off for one evening due to another renter leaving the window open and pipes froze/burst. Management was quick to respond and took care of the situation.

My friend and I had a great stay - location is the best part of the property - very ideal, super close to downtown Breck and ski in/out. Check in and out process was incredibly easy. They also worked with us to extend our parking at the property lot, which was really helpful. Recommend!

Ski 2019
Enjoyed our stay, I would return. It's hard to relax on the couch, everything leans to the center. There is a soft spot in the center even after we flipped the cushions. We really enjoyed our time away!

Cozy spot in a great location
We loved our stay at Park Meadows! It had everything we needed. The complimentary shuttle was very helpful as well.

Adequate
It’s small, cozy and adequate for two. The bed needs a new mattress and the front door could use more weatherstripping.

Cozy and Familiy Friendly
ParkMeadows proved to be the perfect place for our family of 3. Even though it's a one-bedroom, the layout provided just enough space and privacy for everyone when needed. Our son was able to claim the living room area, which had the TV. My husband and I took the back bedroom which was cozy and warm, with plenty of space to unpack and move around.
The kitchen was fully equipped, and we did not find ourselves needing anything other than what was there.
We were also located right next to the lobby/gameroom, which was an awesome haven for our son. There were vending machines, a pool table, ping pong tables, and foosball...truly a kid's paradise!
The ski-in was just as promised, right off of 4-o'clock run. You do have to look carefully to find the small trail that someone has walked through to the parking lot of Park Meadows. It's not marked on the run. Thank goodness, my husband spotted it, but even if you did ski all the way down and walk to the place, it wouldn't be far. The small trail is just handier.
We also loved and made use of the free shuttle. It was never more than a 15-minute wait and the day that the mountain was totally shut down, the shuttle came through and managed to get me back to Park Meadows in the midst of huge crowds.
We loved, loved, loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and convenient!
Convenient location to downtown shops and slopes (if you're ok with walking a small distance uphill, or just take the shuttle). Only thing with the ground floor is that you can hear everything from above.

Okay place for the price but thin walls and you heard every footstep from room above
Older space but reasonably clean and great location

Great location and common areas
We came to Breck for a long weekend of skiing and we were very happy with our accommodations. The room was as advertised and had everything we needed. It was just 2 of us and the size was fine. It might be a bit small if traveling with the whole family. You really can't beat the location and the shuttle service was fantastic. The common area with the huge fireplace and hot tubs was perfect after a day in the cold. Our only small complaint would be that the walls are thin and we could hear every move the neighbors upstairs were making. (Including their 5am alarm) That being said, we would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone. Also, the staff were all very friendly and eager to please.
5.0
Cozy and convenient
Very clean and cozy place. I loved the close proximity to everything. With the exception of the grocery store, ( which was about a half a mile from the property), Main Street and restaurants were just a short walking distance away. Another plus was the ski in option off of 4 O' Clock trail. All in all, a great place to stay in Breckenridge.

March 2016 Stay
The place was very cozy but clean and within walking distance to everything...Main Street, Groceries, Gondola, Starbucks, etc. There was a courtesy shuttle, but the weather was great so we opted for walking or free bus since the stop was at the end of the drive.
Liked the lodge with fireplace and pool table! The remote controls need new batteries! One hot tub work very well...the other not so good. Didn't use the grill...next time.
Randy was very accommodating with arranging transportation from airport! Would definitely stay again!

July 2015 Stay
This is just what we were expecting, clean, easy access. What we would like to see or know about before staying: Unit is not air conditioned and has no fans or ceiling fans. Sofa bed is missing springs and acted like a sling shot (kids loved it though). Shared common area/game room had ping pong and other game tables that need service or replacement. More towels in the unit would have been nice too. We would still come back and recommend to a friend.

Nice place, perfect for 2, crowded for 4 people. Very clean, comfortable, very nice check in and staff. Would stay again next time in Breckenridge
