This place worked great for three 40yo guys. We loved the location - it was a reasonable walk to the Snowflake lift in the morning, and we could ski right to the parking lot at the end of the day! Nice hot tubs, and we had a couple games of pool & ping pong. Nothing too fancy, but everything we needed. The sofabed was not comfy, but none of them are :)

Stayed here for a recent ski trip. Everything was as advertised. It was a short hike to the nearest lift, or you can take the bus that has a stop right near the place. When you're done for the day, you can ski down right to the complex. It was also a relatively short walk to downtown Breck.
The only issue, as noted in a few reviews, was that the walls are thin. Not an issue if you are on the top floor, but if you are on the bottom, hope you have courteous upstairs neighbors. We could hear our upstairs neighbors clomping around at 6 am and until midnight, and it was hard to sleep through it even with ear plugs. Maybe we just got the bad end of things, but it was a little rough. I realize that's not really the rental company's fault, but it's worth mentioning for anyone who is a light sleeper.
All that said, it's hard to beat for the price and location.

The apartment was easy to find and close to everything. We went to Breckenridge to ski for my husband’s birthday and walked down to Main Street for dinner and shopping. There’s plenty of parking in the back of the building. We appreciated a welcome package in both bedrooms that included things like earplugs and eye masks - a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Everything was clean even if older. Location was pretty good; very close to the 4 oclock run which will take you down to the breck connect gondola.

We love Park Meadows! We are repeat travelers there. It’s so homey and close to the slopes and walkable to town. The kitchen appliances may need updated soon in this unit. They worked well, but the DW was loud. The refrigerator was loud at times as well.

We really enjoyed this remodeled unit. It was the perfect size for our group of 5. I inquired about a crockpot and was told there wasn't one. For future guests, there is a crockpot in the kitchen and also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs since we cooked almost everything in the unit. Some measuring spoons would be nice. The d/w did not clean the dishes, but cleaning supplies were provided and we were able to take care of that! The bath tub could use something slip-resistant. It was very slippery when first used and could have been the cleaner. The hot tubs were great! There were some heating issues a couple times, but they were attended to when we contacted maintenance. The convenience of the unit being right next to the lobby was very nice and we took advantage of playing pool and sitting by the fire each night! The free shuttle was very efficient when we called for a ride. Unfortunately, there were several nights our sleep was interrupted because it sounded like someone was doing laps in the unit above us. The floor squeaked with every step. I know it's an older unit and we are provided earplugs, but it was EVERY night. We'll be back though an appreciate the kindness of the staff.

I love the location and the price. The property and furniture are slightly dated, but that is why it is affordable. Walking distance to restaurants. Across the street from town / slope bus stop. Can ski in from 4 o'clock lift. The only complaint for this trip was that the shuttle from Ski Country Resorts was not operable some of the time. They couldn't keep staff to keep it running. But, that was not the fault of Park Meadows or the unit. It is just how things seem to be post covid. That is why the location of Park Meadows is so great. Can easily get by without the shuttle.

Excellent for summer, short walk to Main street. Winter, you'd also be a short walk to Gondola. Small but efficient 2 bedroom. A little loud, so the ear plugs would have been nice that were promised. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Contactless checkin worked great. We had several messages between booking and arrival that kept us informed. The 2 bedroom unit was cozy but met our needs and well maintained. We were about .3 miles from downtown or bus stop right on corner by the property so great location. Would stay here again.

The room itself was great! It had plenty of room and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, the property itself was not what was expected. It was under construction, which I understand, but it should’ve been disclosed to us prior to booking. The fireplace was broken, the pool table was unusable, and there was no manager in sight when we checked in. Again, I understand, but it should’ve been relayed to the customers renting the property

Good room, good location, mediocre property
The room itself was great! It had plenty of room and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, the property itself was not what was expected. The upstairs especially is incredibly noisy when coming in from a late dinner. Just the basic movements upstairs sounds like a herd of buffalo running around. Amenities and atmosphere were nice but this will not be a repeat for our family.

Lovely Cozy Get-Away
This cozy place was perfect for a short weekend get-away with my spouse and in-laws. It's well organized and was spacious enough not to feel cramped even with four adults staying. The furniture was all fairly comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably stocked. (Don't expect to find everything. For example, we ended up purchasing a spatula during our stay. But, it definitely has the basics.)
The hot tub was a wonderful plus and is in a quiet tucked away part of the property which is nice. Hot tub towels are provided, which I appreciated. The common area looked lovely, though we didn't use it during our stay.
Check-in and check-out were both super straightforward. Didn't end up needing to talk to anyone else our entire stay. The location was reasonably convenient, though we did need to drive to the downtown area.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we ever head back to Breckenridge.

The internet connection in our room was broken. I called the service. They let me used the connection from the room next to us and said that they will send someone over to fix the problem, but they didn't.
