This was a very nice residence. It was spacious, clean, well appointed. Everything one may need for a night or a month were available. The host had tons of useful information for visitors available in a binder. All instructions on things that may not be obvious or clear, such as how to use the A/V system or upkeep of the pellet heating system were made abundantly clear. Photos on Booking or ABnB can sometimes be misleading, but this place was as good or better than advertised. being able to do laundry at this point was also very welcome.
The location is easy to miss from the road, but this is not the fault of the host. Google will get you there, but by the time one is told they have arrived, the drive may be behind you!

The location just outside of Oban was perfect for hiking right out the door or catching the bus at the end of the road to go into town. The house is modern but cozy with a pellet stove in the dining area, and the kitchen is very well appointed and spacious - good for 4 cooks! Blackberries were growing wild in abundance along the paths - so delicious. There was detailed information about hiking/day trips collected for guest reference, and the hosts were readily available with even more information and answers to questions. The Dunbeg Store is not to be missed either; there were some unique and tasty local foods as well as staples and convenience items.
We wished that the local pub had still been in operation.....maybe it will return as the pandemic fades. The coastal path is beautiful as it follows bike paths initially, but then switches onto a road with vehicle traffic.

The property owner was wonderful and provided easy to follow instructions in the vacation home so we could operate everything. I would absolutely recommend this location.

This was a great property to explore the area around Oban. A range of beaches, walks and other activities all easily accessible. Holiday home very well appointed with all we needed, plus extras that added to our stay. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The quality and appearance were excellent absolutely no criticism , one of the best we have ever stayed in .
Blackout curtains would have been nice but not bad enough to complain about.

We honestly couldn't find fault with anything!

Good, quiet, location and very easy to get into Oban. Indoor and outdoor space. Very comfortable and well equipped, with wifi and selection of books / DVDs. Local info on walks also provided.
Minor improvement would be a docking station / bluetooth speakers to listen to music and maybe a kitchen tray to carry drinks so no spills.

We did not meet Sarah but she was an attentive host with an eye for detail and those little welcoming finishing touches ......from the provision of home made jams and shortbread to all kitchen and bathroom sundries. She messaged us before our stay and gave us excellent directions to find the house.
The house is in Dunbeg which is 10 minutes from Oban by car. It has a village feel to it and there is a local store nearby. It felt safe and peaceful. Sanitiser, bacterial scrub, spray and a supply of face masks provided. COVID cleaning schedule provided.
The house is very comfortable and well decorated. Everything you could want is supplied. Spacious bedrooms, comfy beds and great showers .The shower cabinet was a tight fit far tall people. We loved the log burner.
We would book again.
Sofas were low slung and therefore a bit awkward to get out of. They are beginning to sag in the middle.

A very nice modern house in a good location. The house is fairly large, open plan downstairs with good kitchen plus dining & lounge space. Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and a nicely finished bathroom (there is a good shower room downstairs too). The house is very cosy and warm. There is a small garden to the rear, and parking space for two cars at the front. The house is well located for Oban (less than 10 minutes), and the southern west coast, islands, and lochs of Scotland, as well as Glencoe and the mountains.
