Das Zimmer war groß, sehr modern, ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Minibar ist inkludiert, sehr gute Pflegeprodukte, Bademantel & Co. auch inkl.
Das die Dachterrasse zu war aber es fand einfach eine Veranstaltung statt.

Only takes 3 minutes by walk to get to the Vienna Central Train Station. The staff were very friendly. I accidentally booked twin room, but they right away changed it to the double bed room. Everything in the fridge was complimentary, the room was very clean and neat. Recommend this place!
The bathroom in our room was a bit off. The toilet is not really separated from the room, just one thin glass door between the room and toilet. So.. it wasn't soundproof at all haha...

Das Hotel hat einen sehr eleganten und modernen Stil. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat eine tolle Lage ca. 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und liegt sehr nah am Belvedere. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit einem tollen großen Bett in dem wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Außerdem sind die Zimmer extrem ruhig. Das Highlight des Hotels ist die Rooftop-Bar mit einer großartigen Aussicht, tollem Ambiente, superfreundlichem Personal die jeden Cocktail mixen können den man sich wünscht.

rooms were pathetic.... dirty, broken furniture, stains everywhere , didn't even bother to put new toilet paper but just let the one from the last guest in the holder .... manager doesn't have a clue .... problems always start from the top ...

Staff were extremely kind. :)
Parking is very convenient (right below the lobby). You can easily park your car (though you need to pay per night).
I liked the lobby and how it is decorated and furnished. Especially with its nice coffee and cookies. Perfect environment for working.
Rooftop has a very nice view of the city, good drinks and snacks available. I recommend booking it in advance, on busy days :)
Very clean spacious rooms. Comfy beds. I liked the view. Also I liked the easy control of the lamps in the room; surely the best idea I have ever seen in a hotel :)

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich schön und mit viel Liebe zum Design gestaltet. Der Aufenthalt lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof und ist daher vor allem vom Flughafen sehr einfach zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem sehr schönen, aber weniger touristischen Bereich Wiens - Schloss Belvedere, Arsenal, und Schweizergarten - wohnt man etwas außerhalb des Trubels des 1. Bezirks. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Aurora Rooftop Bar auf dem Hotel. Volle Empfehlung.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön Angerichtet und Beschildert. Das Zimmer ist Sauber und Ruhig.
Information zur Stadt Wien oder nahverkehrsunternehmen unzureichend. Bei Frühstück suchte man den Jogurt der im Buffet versteckt war oder die Kaffeelöffel könnte man anders platzieren.

Good breakfast with healthy options, we love it. The place is a well connected area, the room was clean and comfy bed we didnt have enoug time to enjoy the spa but definetely will return, staff was super friendly and most important helpfull.

Floor to ceiling windows, nice view, proximity to the train station, well designed and equipped rooms. Gym is spacious and open 24h.
Breakfast is a total mess. Only 1 coffee machine with a long queue. Order took 30 minutes on two consecutive days. Quality and variety far from what you expect from a five star hotel. They need to rethink their breakfast service.

Super Unterkunft mit toller Lage, toller Ausstattung und gemütlichem Bett. Wir waren in der 10. Etage und hatten einen tollen Blick auf Wien. Wasser gab es kostenlos.

The breakfast price is a joke. We could pay to have breakfast in the middle of the city in a beautiful restaurant for half the price.
We were given a disabled room which was annoying because of the scaffolding dotted around the room but it was still nice.

Das Zimmer war groß, gute Ausstattung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage für Sightseeing war optimal. Nähe HBF, Busstationen, U-Bahn, Belvedere.
Die Lage des Zimmers. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht und auf das Arsenal, die zwei Hundetoilettengärten und in das Appartmenthaus gegenüber geschaut. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt dass wir ein Upgrade bekommen hätten. Wofür wissen wir leider nicht.
5. Etage war sowieso die erste Etage mit Blick. Okay, wir hätten auch auf den HBF schauen können. Uns wurde gesagt dass man bei der Buchung dann explizit angeben sollte mit Blick auf die Altstadt Wiens und in einer höheren Etage. Für mich war es eigentlich selbstverständlich dass das jeder möchte und deshalb Aufpreis für die besser Kategorie zahlt.

Near to the main railway station and within walking distance of the centre of Vienna. Loved the room/hotel decor which was much to my taste.
Billing was not well explained. Lots of deductions on my credit card which were then reversed. In the end I trusted the correct amount would be billed, which it was. Still a little disconcerting!

Did not take breakfast as we had an early start both days however the room was excellent and location was central to train for moving about the country / city
location and surrounding areas as I felt a little insucure walking late at night around the Wein Station due to people drinking and creating loud noises

The design concept was very nice and unique. They have several areas of the hotel that make it perfect for an evening in or an afternoon. So if the weather is not great, or your plans get canceled, you can still really enjoy yourself with all the amenities of this hotel. It’s super close to train station, Belvedere castle as well as several other museums, metro station and the trolley that takes you into the main areas of Vienna. It is a quick and easy way to get to everything you need.
Nothing, Andaz hotels always do an excellent job.

Sadly we couldn't extend the stay another night, it would have been with it. Great view from the 8th floor, clean room with all the expected amenities. The late checkout was easy to get and let us enjoy the room a little more.
Our special requests were honoured and the room was already prepared for it.
We were really for the check in and were able to enjoy the lobby, we even got a little work done
The music in the lobby was a little loud

Pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne, duże okna zapewniają przyjemne widoki i dużo światła. Personel przyjazny bez wyjątków. Położenie hotelu przy dworcu zapewnia dogodną bazę do zwiedzania Wiednia. Śniadania pyszne - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Jedna para drzwi przesuwnych do toalety oraz łazienki pozwala na odcięcie tylko jednego z tych pomieszczeń naraz. Po ich zamknięciu i tak pozostaje duża, dwucentymetrowa szpara. Może to się nie spodobać niektórym wspólnie mocującym.

Die Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad sehr schön.
Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos und die Auswahl ist in anderen Hyatts deutlich besser.
