Nem lehet rájuk számítani

Az elhelyezkedése és maga az apartman elrendezése nagyon jó volt. Volt parkolóhely is hozza, ez is szuper, bár kissé szűkös.

Többször is kerestem a szállást, SMS-ben, telefonon, majd itt üzenetben egyikre sem válaszoltak. Ha felvették akkor csak visszahivast ígértek. Ezt irtam nekik is: Az ott töltött kb 36 ora alatt, 2 alkalommal sem működött a kazán. Amikor megérkeztünk 17 fok volt, mert lemerült a termosztát, és érezhetően nem egy napja ment tönkre mert csak másnap reggelre érte el a 20 fokot a hőmérséklet. Másnap este amikor hazaertunk, akkor pedig a kazán nem ment, így sem fűtés sem melegviz nem volt. Itt már persze senki sem volt elérhető (ha nagyobb baj lett volna kit kellett volna keresni, mondjuk egy csőtörésnel?) másnap reggel már rég úton voltunk haza mire vissza írtak. 2 gyerekkel voltunk, és elmentünk valahova ahol 2 este huvosebben aludtunk (szerencse hogy volt klíma) és ebből 1 szer nem volt lehetőség m fürdeni az egész napos kirandulas után. Úgy gondolom így nem tudok és nem is szeretnek jó értékelést írni, mert ráadásul 4 napja nem hajlandóak felvenni a kapcsolatot velünk. Úgy gondolom minimum egy bocsánatkérés járna, hogy a pénzünkért nem kaptuk meg a szolgáltatást, de szerintem járna a kompenzáció.

Többet nem, köszönjük.

A furdoszoba szép volt, mintha nem is ehhez a szallashoz tartozott volna.

Kosz volt, mindenhol fekete hajszalak voltak a földön. Koszos érzést keltett mindenhol. Az ágy alatt is állt a por. WC papír, keztorlo nem volt. A kutyák egész éjjel ugattak a szomszédba, a pihenés teljesen nulla. A szomszédok hangosak voltak. A parkoló is nagyon szuk, rossz kiállni. Soha többet, köszönjük. 9,7 átlag indokolatlan.

Take this place if being 750 m from center (Szchenyi Ter) is okay.

The apartment was spacious and surprise -- had a full size refrigerator. The cooking tools and dishes were much better than most comparable apartments. We were fine with the location on a quiet street but it was a ten plus minute walk to the famous sights.

Sajnos így összességében, negatív tapasztalatokkal távoztunk.

Külön garázs minden apartmanhoz, modern épület.

Sajnos a komfortérzetünket teljesen tönkretette a tisztaság hiánya. Miután jeleztük, kaptunk egy másik apartmant, ami egy fokkal jobban ki volt takarítva, de óriási tisztaság itt sem fogadott minket. Kértük a szállásadót, hogy biztosítson számunkra babaágyat, ezt is elfelejtették és csak miután jeleztük, akkor kaptunk. Sajnos negatív élmény volt számunkra ez a szállás. Kár érte, mert alapvetően egy szép, modern szálláshely lenne, a takarítást viszont meg kellene reformálni.

Comfortable, at a good location, very decent, I would book again gladly.

Only tiny details, like the liquid soap diluted with water, bad quality toilet paper, not enough Nespresso capsules, no clothes dryer.

Could have been ideal, but there were many problems with the details — most of them could have been handled easily.

Great interior design, large spaces, comfortable beds.

Missing lightbulbs, calcareous toilet, non-functioning sink cap, door handle came off easily, dirty washing machine, dirty dishes from the previous guest, small parking place, no net on the windows against mosquitos.

Overall, fantastic and comfortable stay. Property was new, clean, and tidy. Location was perfect, as it was close enough

It was clean and tidy.

1. Communication messages via booking.com reaching property contact for a response was slow. I assume this is a booking.com issue. 2. Requested and confirmed a parking spot well in advance but had to park in alternative bays as original allocated bay was always taken. 3. Not enough towels and bed linen for the number of days and guests . Took time to receive additional towels & linen because technical issues with communication channel which I was told. 4. No complimentary items eg no toilet paper and detergents for washing machine etc which you usually find in other self-catering properties like BNBAir.

Nice, new apartment, clean and in a good location. The historic town centre is in a walking distance. Parking lot was provided in the garage under the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

I like everything about the apartment, i had to extend my stay with 2 days because of how comfortable i felt. The apartment is clean, cozy and quiet. You can find everything inside aswell.

Great apartment and flexible owner!

1. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center and a quick walk to tourist attractions; 2. There are smaller and larger stores nearby; 3. A good base for tours in the region; 4. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary equipment (eg. fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). 5. Although it took a moment, the owner solved the problem with the number of guests (caused by a sudden illness) and the final payment for the apartment. The owner deserves sincere words of compliment and appreciation!

I don't have any negative comments, below I just point out what to keep in mind. 1. The apartment was on the 2nd floor without an elevator and for us this was no problem but could be a bit of a challenge for the elderly or a family with very small children; 2. The parking spaces are not very large and if you have a really big car it is worth telling the owner in advance, who will try to find the right solution.

The toilet seat was loose and the shower was not fixed to the wall. It was broken. Just minor things.

Spacious apartment in good location, ideal for families.

Location is in a quiet street, around 10 minute walk to the city center, and also to the railway station. Apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a salon with sofa bed, comfortable for three or four people. Kitchen well-equipped with utensils, coffee machine, etc. Furnished in style, very clean.

Garage space is a bit tight. For us, it was fine, but could be an issue for those coming in a large car. However, not a big issue as there is always space in front of/next to the building.

Clean apartment close to the city center

Clean, 10 min away from city center by walk, has a closed parking area.

We were initially looking for a place with 2 bedrooms since we were two couples traveling. We didn’t realize that we actually booked an apartment with one bedroom and a living room. In the photos it showed the 2 bedroom apartment while in description it was one (our bad that we didn’t realize). Regardless, this apartment is not comfortable for 4 people, especially when it’s a couple sleeping in the common area. There was no soap in the bathroom, no dishwashing soap, no coffee capsules while there was a machine.

Great apartments, good value for money !

Nice, new apartments, clean and in a good location. Wifi was good. Parking per apartment available but you can park on the street as well. Picking up the keys is 300m away, but was all smooth. Recommended !

Great location - the old city was easily accessible by foot. Parking lot was provided in the garage under the apartment. The apartment was spacious, nicely set, very comfortable. The host was very helpful and accomodating.

Slightly complicated with late check-inn, as the apartment is rented by a company (if I understood well). Extra fee is charged if arriving past 5pm.
