Fine for short stay

Fine appartment. Close to metro and trams, some of us made even longer walk there from Duomo. Clean and with all necessary things. Francesco was very helpful and was waiting for us with keys

There were 6 of us, we made reservations for 6 of us, but only 5 beds were prepared. We handled the situation, but wasn't very comfortable.

No lock on the bathroom door. Needed for a big group

Fair place, experience spoilt by dealings with manager.

Spacious, close to convention centre if you are attending a conference there, COOP supermarket close by (5min walk), tv in each room.

The manager - not helpful, seems stingy with poor sense of service. Inadequate provision of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, tea towels. Crockery and glassware not properly cleaned. Bathroom has no bench space or hooks. Shower head sprays everywhere. No holder in shower to put your soap or shampoo. No instruction manual for the washing machine (difficult to understand settings). Only one key provided for the apartment even though we had 4 people staying. His rationale was that another person who had stayed there in the past had lost the keys, but he obviously made no effort to replace it. This made the stay challenging unless we were all out and back at the same time. Just simple things like providing extra keys and toilet paper would have made for such a different and pleasant experience. Also if you want to be in central Milan, it is about an 8 mins walk to the metro station. Basically chose this place because we were attending a conference and it is just across the road from the convention centre.

Disappointing

Lot of space

1) Checkin was 14, but they don"t have time to let us in, so we should wait until 16h.. When checkout time come, stuff ask to leave earlye, but we not agrer to it. 2) Apartment without any sound protectin.. We can't sleep because it's ground flour and we heard all neighbours when they come back. We heard even neighbour when they whatch tv or talk with phone. We had to support flat door with chair, to prevent it "knocking" all time from wind. 3) Insane penaltys: lost keys 200euro, bad garbage sorting 50euro, not clean kitchen 30 euro, and so on and on.. 4) Very cheap furniture. Just in photos looks good.

Everything was great, there are some nice restaurants around the area, the rooms were nice and spacious

The blanket smelled like somebody who didn t take a shower slept naked One of my friends was stung by a bedbug The beds wers creaky if you wanted to move from a side to another. Probably the matresses haven t been changed in ages.
