The apartment is conveniently located a short walk (5 minutes) from Bologna metro station, which is ideal for easy access to all the main attractions of Rome. The suburb is nice, quiet, and safe. There is a supermarket near the station, several cafes, and a great pizzeria along the street between the station and the apartment. We received a warm welcome from Antonio, the caretaker who welcomed us and showed us the apartment, which was absolutely spotless and had everything you could need. We could not fault the apartment, the location, or our hosts Antonio and the owner Elena, who could not have been more hospitable. A real gem of a place and the ideal base for exploring all that Rome has to offer and an excellent retreat from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Highly highly recommended.

The apartment was as we expected. well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was worth it and for sure we may return again.

The apartment was a little far from Rome’s attractions, but with the public transportation it was just some stations away and a bus station was right before the entrance and the Metro station some minutes away.

Two things need to be fixed: - Fridge is too loud - When you turn on 2-3 burners on stove electricity goes down

It is a very nice apartment. Newly renovated and nicely furnished. All in place. Nothings missing. Even salt comes in 2 types to make sure you cook your pasta properly! Few grocery shops within few mins walk. 4 mins to subway and 7 min ride to Colosseo station! Taxi ride to/from tourist locations 12-14 EUR. Metro 1.5 EUR. Kids up to 10 yo ride free. I’m definitely recommending this! Bakery, coffee and gellato you can get locally

Very fresh and nice apartment with many facilities. Our family is very satisfied with our stays.

It is bright in the living room where there is a extra bed. It would be nice with blackout curtains. It would be nice with some information about where to throw trash/how to do waste sorting etc. Otherwise we did not miss anything. It was just perfect!

The apartment was clean and beautiful. The owners and staff are very kind and happy to help and guide about Rome. We will return to the apartment next time in Rome

Very clean and nice one bed room apartment with kitchen. Easily reachable by public transport (bus and metro). Host is very friendly and helping. They kept fruits and muffins to welcome us. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plates, frying pan. Living room has a sofa cum bed and the bedroom has one double-bed and a single bed. Overall it is a very good property to stay with family.

The apartment has all you need for your stay, close to the food stores, good gelateria, a few restaurants/bars, metro/bus (Piazza Bologna). The design is stylish and practical so it easy to use. I always look for a clean apart with a good location and this one was perfect. It had more facilities than I expected actually, starting from kitchen and bathroom amenities to such small details as even salt/prepper; oil, etc. which was great for breakfasts. Host explained how to get round the city from the apartment and responded to questions if we had any later. The apartment is small but anyways with our family of 5 we only stayed for breakfast and sleep time so really do not need anything bigger. So do not hesitate if you like staying in apartments :-) A suggestion to the hosts - maybe good to start What's up chat a bit before the arrival of the guests, it is always stressful to wonder if somebody will pick up the phone once we arrive. Not that we complain, everything was great :-)

As I said we had great stay in the apartment, it is impeccable really. Just a note for families with small kids: there is a step between the living/kitchen area and the bathroom & bedroom part. As the apartment is really well designed there is special lighting for the step so you can leave it for the night for little nightwalkers. For our daughter of 6 it was no problem but better to be aware :-) Anyways as I said, it is impeccably clean & well designed, well located and with great amenities and nice host so fully recommended for families as well.

Great welcoming from the owner husband. He was really nice and helpful with us. The metro is only a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The metro deserves every good places in Roma.

It was a little bit too small for 5 persons.

Sweet little apartment near Piazza Bologna, close to the Metro B, various buses, and a large supermarket. The apartment was clean and mostly quiet, both the main and pullout sofa bed were comfortable, and it was equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Hosts were helpful and accommodating, and (mostly) quick to respond.

No soft seating area, which means it's hard to relax together. The space would allow a sofa, if there were the expectation that the pullout bed were closed during the day (which it should be, because it's very hard to walk around when open). Additionally a few smaller issues the hosts could easily fix (eg, no washing up liquid or tea towels, in case we didn't want to use the dishwasher; reliance on small, inconvenient clothes lines outside the window rather than an airer indoors; not enough toilet paper).

The apartment was amazing, really clean and Stefano and Elena were the best hosts. I really recommend the place, very nice

Melanie was magnificent very kind and helpful. She gave us a map and showed us hotspots for where to go and how to get there using public transportation. She even waited for us in a parking space to make sure we could park our car near the apartment, so appreciative for that. The amenities were plentiful and it was nice to be able to make coffee in the morning that was provided along with muffins and delicious apples. We liked that there was an elevator as well. Coffee shops, gelato shop and Lidl is near by so a plus. We would catch the subway into downtown which was like a 5-6min walk very easy and even the bus stop was near.

Really nice place!! Clean, many facilities, close to the metro/bus, a very friendly host who welcomed us with sweets and informed us about what we could see/do/how to get to where we want to go, also really easy to comunicate with the host via Booking/Whatsapp. I recommend this place!

Hot water doesn’t work good if you take shower for 3 people then you have to wait until they work again
