Great spot overall and easy walking to all local spots. Bring your earplugs! This house is right over the water and the logs slamming against the house underneath kept us up the first night from the noise and shaking of the house. I’d suggest providing ear plugs and letting guests know.

unique property on the water front, and in the heart of Astoria's downtown

We enjoyed our visit at the pier apartment. It was a perfect location to explore the Astoria area. The kitchen was well stocked and we picked up seafood at OleBob's for a super dinner. There are also many good restaurants in the area. You can pick up pizza at Fort George Brewing just a couple blocks away.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. It might be a little tight with three couples because the bunks are basically in the hallway. But great for kids. Check in was easy and the instructions for everything in the place were well spelled out. Probably because we're older we would have preferred something like an electric fireplace instead of the foosball table and unicycles. :-)
The nightly fee listed is a little misleading because there are some high fees attached. So look at total cost.

Very clean and well appointed place. Location was perfect for our needs. Unique location on the pier near downtown, museums, and restaurants.

A great place to stay! Hanging over the Columbia River is pretty unique experience. We were a family of six and had loads of room. As the house is on the river front, the location is ideal to walk anywhere in the historic area of Astoria. Restaurants and breweries are plentiful and there are lots of places to appeal to different tastes. The property manager, Evolve, is great to keep in touch and help make your stay worry free.

Very convenient location in Astoria. Overall the house is nice. If you are unfamiliar as I am with smart TV sets, be prepared to take time with that as well as figuring out the climate settings for the heat.
The water comes right under the house, both charming and noisy but certainly a conversation piece.
Overall a nice place to stay for a few nights.

This was an amazing place to stay if you are wanting to be right in the heart of Astoria. There is plenty to do within walking distance, including food & drinks.
The unit was phenomenal! There were 3 of us that were meeting up with family that live in Astoria. Thanks to the numerous beds, we were able to have our extra family member stay with us instead of driving back and forth from their home. We also had plenty of room, and amenities, to let us have 2 other family members (that were camping nearby) over for several meals and quality family time.
I highly recommend this place!

The place is beautiful, spacious and there wasn’t one item that the kitchen didn’t have. The water right underneath the unit was a bit disorienting (sounds, etc.), but overall a nice place.
I just have one issue with VRBO in general. I wonder why we get charged a cleaning fee when we have to do 80% of the cleaning. I don’t think every change should be a profit center.
PS. I didn’t communicate with the property manager once, so there should be. “N/A” choice for answer.

What a beautiful home with really cool features! Love the window in the floor to watch the tide come in and out. The balcony was great for watching boats and wildlife. Everything we needed was there, and the location to all the sites and restaurants was fantastic! The people of Astoria were very friendly also!! We would definitely stay here again!

We will definitely be back! Was a little surprised initially about the slightly sketchy vibe in the evenings (especially around the porta-potties outside the unit) but we got used to it - and always felt very safe within our unit and on our private deck. Would love the opportunity to ask the owner about some of the cool items in the place - such as the cool bench just inside the doorway. Was a great (clean, modern, safe) place to stay to get the full Astoria experience!

Nine family members and I stayed here for three nights for a family trip to explore the area. We loved the accommodations as far as the location (right on the riverwalk and within striking distance of Cape Disappointment and the Lewis and Clark National Park) and the amenities (large comfortable beds, great kitchen area, spacious bathrooms, plenty of space for the 9 of us.) The only downside was the relatively high temps in the high 80s during our August trip which left the house uncomfortably warm in the mid to late afternoons without A/C and with a shortage of fans in the condo. When the temps dropped in the evening, and with the windows and door open wide, the temps in the main living room/kitchen area became more enjoyable. So just a consideration if you’re traveling during the summer months. Otherwise our stay was great!

Fun house
House is a good location for walking to all the Astoria has to offer. Kids loved watching the water through the floor window.
Wish we could have seen the water, since it was a rainy weekend.

Fabulous condo and location
I had always wanted to visit Astoria, and this condo was the perfect option for a place to stay with my family. The condo has everything you'd ever need, was clean, beautiful, private and fun! I especially loved the back patio with river views and we enjoyed watching the tide come in and out. I loved that you could easily walk to downtown Astoria to enjoy shopping and dining, and you are on a trail that follows the Columbia River right out your front door. We had a great stay!

Spring break stay
Location was excellent. Very well appointed. Sleeping arrangements worked well for us but might not for 3 couple because of need to walk through the area with bunkbeds to reach bedrooms.
Really enjoyed our visit. View of river is limited.

Incredible Condo for a Magical Getaway
Our short vacation could not have been better. This condo is filled with thrills for everyone from the bunk room with a window in the floor, to the foosball table, to the guitars (which I think and hope were intended for guest use!). My family had a magical stay filled with seal sightings, ice cream, and trips into downtown, just a few blocks away. Trila and Marty were incredible hosts and made sure that our stay was perfect. We will be back. Thank you!!!

This is a truly special place. We are 3 moms looking to escape for a weekend get away and we were not disappointed. The property is great, feels freshly remodeled and well stocked. The beds - WOW great sheets, comfy mattresses, throw pillows.... It rained all weekend and we didn’t even care that we didn’t go outside. We watch Netflix, laughed & enjoyed listening to the tide come & go.

The location was in a great location and very walkable. I loved the floor viewing of the Columbia River, watching the tides come and go, although sometimes it felt like I was inside a washing machine :). The kitchen was well stocked and everything I needed to cook was there. I plan on coming back. Thank you

Great location in the heart of Astoria
This property met all our expectations and beyond. Everything was updated and clean. There were bird games and musical instruments. Location was everything though. We walked all along the pier and could walk up a couple blocks to Blue Scorcher Bakery and Fort George Brewery. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
