About this house rental
Come on down to Austin for your special Event or just to hang out in the Live Music Capital of the World! We have a remodeled home, with great amenities for you! We've just added a new 10 person SwimSpa/Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and a new 5 person SAUNA for our guests to RELAX in. Go Downtown to the Rainey Historic District or 6th Street, head to SOCO for food, music and shopping, or just relax! We are close to Zilker Park, SOCO, and the 1st Street District, the VA Center and IRS facility, plus 2 blocks from St. Edwards University. We're located just minutes from the Airport, and very close to Circuit of the Americas! Take a walk, in the Blunn Creek Nature Preserve- stop and see the Volcano!! Also, there is a community swimming pool, Big Stacey Park, for lap swimming or fun, just 6 blocks away. We have (3) Three Security cameras outside of our home- 1. on the front porch, 2. along the left side by the garbage cans, and 3. the back door-the pérgola patio. Each camera has a security surveillance sign in the area. Our guests can unplug them, at any time.

The host was most gracious. The place is so inviting inside and out. Neighborhood was chill and super quiet. Artwork, outside garden area , just the flow was much appreciated. Lots of useful space as well. Will definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful, great Mexican spot right down the road. Walking distance to SoCo and only 10 minute Uber to downtown! Perfect stay for a larger group. And the hot tub!
Maria was an absolute dream of a host and the house was nothing short of perfect for our Bach Bash weekend

The hosts were amazing to work with from lead-up to stay and during stay. They are quick to respond and made us feel welcomed even if it was via email/text.
Everything was fully furnished and the personal touches were great. Instructions were also crystal clear! Cannot thank them enough for creating a space where not only we can rest but also work out of. Such a great find!
Such a great stay and will rebook in future next time our team is back in Austin.

Maria & Joe were fabulous hosts. They messaged frequently and offered a ton of information about the local area. They were communicative about the check in process and even responded promptly when I asked a question during our stay.
The house is really beautiful and spacious. We had a large group of family in town for a wedding, 11 people, and everyone fit easily and slept comfortably.
The home was located in a residential area, but also very close to everywhere we needed to be. South Congress street is walking distance which had a ton of great shops and restaurants.
Would definitely stay here again!

This stay was absolutely amazing! The property was beautiful and clean, the sauna and hot tub worked great, and the hosts were very responsive if we needed any help. If you’re staying in Austin, this is the place to do it!

Our overall experience was excellent. The house is spacious and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedroom-bath layouts worked great. Porch, pool, and outdoor areas were as advertised, but 105 degree heat limited use. Owners are very responsive. Universal thumbs-up from all my family. Plus location worked very well.

Spent five days in Austin with family. This is a great place to stay while visiting Austin. All accommodations were perfect and Grandkids loved the ping pong table and hot tub. Owners were very responsive and great to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group!!

The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating for our large group of florida girls celebrating a bachelorette. The house was spotless and perfect for large groups celebrating life events. The location was great, super quick Uber ride to south congress and not far from downtown. 10/10 would recommend!!

What a beautiful and amazing home! We booked this home last minute, after having a horrible experience with a certain BnB, we had to leave. The check-in process went amazingly smooth, the home was spotless and the owners are wonderful people. This home is in a perfect location! From here we visited Austin, Fredericksburg, Bryant, San Antonio and a several other smaller cities that were in close proximity. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful house. Located close by to many restaurants as well as places to go. Toured the capital, bouticantical gardens, nature preserve and other cool things. The house has a great hot tub which was very relaxing after a full day of exploring. You will enjoy!

Fun time in Austin Despite COVID
Great property in a perfect location. Communication with the owner was very helpful and I received quick responses when needed. Some of the rules of the house were quirky (hot tub curfew b/c of neighbors, countertop rules, no sleeping on the futon in the living room?) but didn’t affect the stay at all and probably all have good reasons for them. Very clean and a nice cozy home in Austin. I would personally highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house, great location
Our family met for Christmas in Austin and with four couples and two children, this house was just perfect for time together. We loved the hot tub and also the walk in the nature preserve. For more entertainment we were close to everything in Austin. The owner was wonderful, immediately helping with a couple of minor issues. Many thanks.
