The location is great to come and go the Vatican. The appliances are complete to prepare meals. We also like that the beds are comfortable and complete with linens.
The mugs and glasses are not enough for 7 people. I suggest to provide enough based on the number of guests.

The place is ideal for our family of 7 people to stay. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathroom. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is great, Vatican city is just across the street. Can see St. Peter Church from the window. Many dining options nearby. Will stay again!
It would be even better if on-site laundry is provided.

it is behind the Basilica I’m which you can see from the balcony. Accessible to public transport and restaurants.

I like the location because it is close to vatican. The room is also well lited and tidy. Overall a very nice place to stay.
I do not like the check in. The instruction did not work. I was waiting outside the door for almost an hour and they have a very delayed response on my messages on whatsapp. I was pressing the doorbell for a very long time as I was expecting that it will open automatically after 15 sec of non stop door bell. I was just lucky that somebody came in and I went in too. Although, the staff checked on me after I came in which I appreciate.

location is great, and the rooms were absolutely spotless clean. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. nice showers
the Wi-Fi and TV never worked, the kitchen could be improved, with more comfortable chairs for instance.

The location was exceptional and we enjoyed eating at the nearby restaurants which offered great value and service. We mostly walked everywhere and the location provided a good starting point for the delights of Rome. The room was comfortable and quiet!
Perhaps another towel but everything was great. We liked the kitchen area.

The place is in a great location, the price-value ratio is good.
The communication was really hard with the accomodation. They did not tell us how to self check-in late at night, altough they knew when we were arriving. (We even used the car service.) Because of this we had to spend quite a long time in front of the apartman in the middle of the night, and for a while nobody answered their phone.
The other thing is that if your neighbour is unpleasant that can really affect your stay there.

The apartment was top notch in comfort and very clean. It is in the main area next to the Vatican and you can find whatever you need such as food, etc.

Great location, close to multiple bus stops and about 15 minute walk to the Roma-San Pietro Metro train station. The place is just across the entrance to the Vatican. Ilaria is very helpful and is always getting in touch with us - before, during and after our stay.
Elevator is too small especially if you have a lot of luggage. Both issues are not a deal breaker for us. Just have to do multiple elevator trips and only mattered during check-in and check-out. Any other time, we just walked up and down the stairs.

Arrival….very confusing. The codes didn’t work. Nobody said to get the WhatApp. I received the video 1 day later. The entire process was overwhelming. The street store owner was AMAZING!

Very clean and organised room. We had everything we wanted, although we didn't use the kitchen. We really liked the bathroom and the different kind of lights!!
Little noise from the street but it didn't really bother us.

The property was very nice and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and easily accessible. The location was extremely nice for the sites we wanted to see. I would stay there again!

The location is too perfect! The facilities and size of the room are just right. Can't fault any of it and the staff (Ilaria) is very friendly and helpful, she's just a phone call and email away if you need help with anything. The whole place is kept clean by a lady staff every single day and when we left, she cleaned and disinfected everything and changed all the linens and bathroom necessities. Witnessed this as we had to collect our bags in the afternoon and she was in the middle of cleaning the place. I highly recommend this place 😍! It's worth every penny spent.
We had an amazing time in Rome knowing we're coming back to a clean and comfortable place to relax.

Amazing location, very close to San Pietro and with walking distance of every main touristic spot.
The appartement is SHARED, we did have our private room and bathroom but thé kitchen area is shared with other travellers. It was not stated clearly in the booking process so it changes the experience.

the rooms are very clean , the bathroom is clean , there was a kitchen with equipments , you can cook ,
the chairs at the dining area or a more comfortable chair for the common area can be a good addition to the furniture.
