the price was quite expensive but probably because of the rugby game that weekend

Yes I tried to cancel my booking with the hotel first and was told I had to do it through booking.com which I tried to do and got acknowledgment. I couldn’t go as my mother took seriously ill and is still in intensive care now.
I didn’t get to go

Great location, near some great pubs and has parking!
TV remote wasn’t working but other than that perfect!

Staff so lovely.
The description of the Superior Double room on booking.com is incirrect; there is no kitchenette/microwave. Its not the staff's fault - they didn't know the description was incorrect. Emailed booking.com -- haven't heard back. So, if you're expecting facilities in that type if room, you'll be disappointed.

The location was perfect, quiet area but only a few tram stops away from the centre. Tram right outside! The bed was HUGE which was lovely and the shower was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a weird noise that occurred several times during our stay, sounded like water/pipes and mainly in the mornings. Wasn't too sure what it was but it did wake me up a few times the 2nd night. Maybe have more teabags available and firmer pillows.

Clean. Beautifully presented. Professional staff
Rooms are not soundproof. We could hear everything in adjoining room. Phone notifications, TV, even conversations, word for word. Notified staff of issue on check out and was told it would be fed back.
Not recommended if you want to have a good night's sleep!

Clean tidy friendly helpful staff plentiful breakfast
Noise - Works going on outside and when we got to our room there was constant noise all pm when we tried to have a sleep drilling banging and even 8am Friday morning should have complained. That was the only thing that spoilt our stay and I feel this should have been reflected in the price

The location was perfect. Beautiful, quiet area right beside the luas green line, a couple stops from Grafton Street. Very welcoming and lovely clean, comfy room. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Chambre confortable et de bonne taille.
Dog friendly

Location is perfect, Breakfast is very good and the room was small but cozy.
Fitness - the only treadmill was broken and Ive chosen a hotel with a fitness center because I am training for a marathon. It was raining outside, I couldnt do anything.

We asked if there was an available room for my son and partner and the Hotel staff Carlos and Felipe were exceptional even going to the level of providing us with a room upgrade and discounted rate for my student son.
The car park was very small and very tight to exit.

Good connection to the Luas, parking great, hotel staff friendly, good hot buffet breakfast
Overpriced but that’s Dublin for you unfortunately

All in all, the staff were excellent and kind. Catered to every need. The location was very good as well with the luas line right outside the hotel. The room comfortability was also a 10/10. It was also very quiet outside but still very close to the city centre. Would highly recommend for couples trying to have a nice getaway in Dublin!

We found the rooms very dark

The room was spacious with large. Clean and bright. Breakfast was nice. The bed was large and comfortable also. Big heavy blackout curtains to block the light in the room. There was construction taking place next to our hotel room and we were lucky there was no work taking place on the day we stayed.
For come reason there was a generator by our room. It whined, rattled and whistled throughout the night. Did not have a pleasant sleep after a full day of travelling. We stayed at the Hilton for a luxurious start of our Ireland road trip and it ended up being the worst experience. Be careful with the car parking, the girl at the desk didn't request for our car parking ticket and we ended up being charged €22 at the desk, then €44 at the parking machine due to the car parking process not being communicated to us. We then had to contact the hotel to request a refund who then wanted to see proof we paid the car parking twice. It was supplied the the refund was issued.

The location was decent that is it
The front desk were very unhelpful and very rude, it was raining almost like a storm outside and I just asked if someone could assist me with my luggage as i could not do it alone, not that I was going to leave them to do it but it was raining very heavily and I just needed some help they did not even try to help me!
They charged me twice for the booking, when I entered I told them I already paid by bookings but they did not believe me even when I showed them the receipt, and recharged me
They were very rude especially the man at the front desk, unprofessional !
The room was tiny would not recommend anyone to visit, towels were stained and it was overall a terrible experience !

The mature lady working be hind the bar
The tram that ran every few minutes all night out side our window which kept us awake.
The check in staff were rude and unhelpful
5.0
Luas directly outside to access city centre
Customer service at reception was very lacking.
After waiting for a long period of time whilst a staff member prioritised a phone call there wasn’t any apology offered for the long delay
No hairdryer in the room and after requesting one it arrived twenty minutes later
Also had to request toilet roll as supplies hadn’t been provided at the outset
