Ein herzlicher unkomplizierter Empfang bei Ankunft.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer welches im Jugendstil dennoch modern eingerichtet war, sehr geschmackvoll.
Es ist hervorragend dass das Hotel zwei Kategorien für Ihre Zimmer ausweißt, wir hatten demnach "Modern.."
Das Frühstück welches bis 12:00 angeboten wird ist ganz hervorragend.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Zudem wurde angeboten, wenn man einmal oder mehrmals auf die Reinigung des Zimmers pro Tag verzichtet, erhält man pro ein Getränk an der Bar oder trägt somit für ein soziales Projekt bei.
Man muss schon ein bisschen laufen, aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants sind ungefähr in etwa zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten gut zu erreichen.
Auf unsere vorherige Anfrage nicht zum Innenhof wurde überhaupt nicht geantwortet.
Am ersten Morgen wurde leider am Frühstück versäumt Brot nachzureichen sowie auch Eier, viele Gäste haben somit darauf verzichten müssen. Erst später als die meisten Gäste gegangen sind wurde nachgelegt..
Das war sehr unorganisiert und darf nicht vorkommen, jedoch an allen anderen Tagen war alles bestens, außer das hier und da mal die Gläser gefehlt haben.
Wir hatten vielleicht leider das kleinste Zimmer.
Mehr Kleiderbügel wären nicht schlecht.

Location was great as the hotel is in a quiet side street but only a few minutes from a tram stop. There are a couple of restaurants very close by too. The view from our room was of other parts of the hotel but we'd asked for a quiet room so that's understandable. Breakfast was terrific with the usual assortment of cereals, breads, cheeses, hams and some hot stuff. They even had bubbly you could help yourself to! Like many hotels are now doing, you get a "bonus" if you elect not to have your room cleaned on a particular day which is a free glass of wine, a small beer or a soft drink. Room was a good size with a double-length shower with a movable shower head, as well as a fixed overhead one. There was a coffee machine in the room and a small fridge too so we were able to store a small glass of milk for coffee as we're not keen on the long-life stuff. Staff were friendly, especially Tomas who couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived, (and during our stay) pointing out on a map where sights of interest were, telling us about the "room-cleaning bonus", getting milk for us etc.
Unless we missed it, a larger room for relaxing with a drink at the end of the day. There were a few seats in the little bar area and another room with maybe half a dozen comfy chairs but that was it - not enough for a hotel of this size

Location was very easy and central. Room and hotel were quiet and peaceful. Good range of breakfast options, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially thank you to Larissa and Stefanie who were really helpful with booking us restaurants and providing recommendations. Lovely initiative to provide drinks vouchers for guests who didn't need their rooms cleaned.
Tables in certain areas at breakfast were a bit too close together and felt a little claustrophobic.

The hotel is in a fabulous location ,we love to stay in this part of Vienna and it is a beautiful old hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is expensive but really good and a relaxed atmosphere in the dining room.
We upgraded our booking and were given a room on 5th floor. It had velux windows which could be opened but the room was extremely hot and the heating could not be turned down.
After the 1st night we were moved at our request and the staff were extremely helpful about this . The new room on the 2nd floor while nice temperature was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in even though it was covered by the upgrade we paid for.

Gostei da rapidez com que resolveram o problema do chuveiro (não funcionava água quente) nos mudando para outro quarto com upgrade, porém, não gostei de ter que arrumar tudo de novo depois de ter aberto 2 malas e organizado tudo no quarto pra ter que mudar depois. Penso que eles deveriam ter um controle antes para nem deixar o hóspede precisar passar por isso depois de chegar cansado de viagem. E gostei de ter uma recepcionista brasileira.
Não gostamos da localização. Achei que as fotos do booking superestimam o hotel, pois não é tão bonito assim... meio estranho... o quarto com carpete e aquecedor muito quente com pouca manobra de regular. Limpeza deixou a desejar... deixavam xícara suja no quarto. Mas o que mais não gostei foi da taxa de 5 euros para levar algo no quarto... ficamos hospedados em diversos hotéis, nunca tinha visto isso. Atendimento do recepcionista não disponível, muito rígido, sem flexibilidade.

Quiet street, excellent location, nice and clean lobby and rooms. Friendly staff.
Our room was very warm. There was some kind of fan or air condition, but according to the evening staff who came and checked it was only for heating and thus the room temperature couldn’t be lowered. We had to open the window to get some relief. When coming back late at night there was only boiling hot water in the taps. When checking out they wondered why we had not changed rooms, but that was not offered to us when we alerted the staff. Because if the stuffy air we did not get a good night’s sleep. We didn’t ask for any compensation, but if I had worked there I would have offered something in the same situation.

Lovely quaint hotel in a quiet part of the city close to main train station. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Staff gave us free drinks for a birthday which was a nice gesture.
Small issue was that the temperature of the room was too warm and we could not turn the radiator off (dial was broken). Room 204.

We upgraded from Classic to Vienesse Deluxe room and this was well worth it. Location was good in the Museum Quarter, tram and underground within 5 minutes. 15 minutes walk to Hofburg. Good restaurants nearby.
We booked a room with breakfast, we then requested an upgrade direct with hotel which it turned out did not include breakfast, we we paid extra for the room and then extra for breakfast.
Breakfast at 25 Euro per person is extortionate and although the buffet breakfast was nice, it was not worth 25 Euros.
Despite explaining all this to receptionist, the hotel charged us for the breakfast, so what was initially a reasonably priced room turned out to be much more expensive than intended.

Struttura in un'ottima posizione per girare i mercatini di natale, molto accogliente e calda.
Purtroppo la nota dolente è la pulizia della camera, gestisco una struttura e so quando una camera è pulita o no e devo dire che non lo era per niente, per una struttura così è un vero peccato per questo ho dato un punteggio basso ai servizi. L'otel si presenta esteticamente curato e pulito nelle aree comuni quindi bisognerebbe attenzionare di più le camere.

Hervorragende Lage unmittelbar am / im Museums- / Rathausviertel, charmante Ausstattung, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das uns auch "geheime" Ecken in Wien empfohlen hat, perfektes Frühstück (alles da und in perfekter Qualität, z.B. frisch gepresster O-Saft, Sektfrühstück, u.a.), charmantes (altes) Gebäude. Vergessene Gegenstände wurden uns nach Hause geschickt.
Das (irgendwann) einmal renovierte Bad wurde ohne fachmännisches Verständnis designt und installiert. (Das technische, als auch (innen-)architektonische Niveau des Bades war nicht mehr auf dem, für ein solches Hotel, üblichen Standard!). Die Kommunikation zu den vergessenen Gegenständen war ein bisserl zäh und die Kosten für die Nachsendung für ein kleines Paket mit 50 Euro doch sehr hoch.

Fantastic location, great for exploring the center. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.
Staff service was uneven. While some excelled, others were quite frustrating. The evening bar team was a particular low point.

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, das Zimmer war sauber.
Leider ist das warme Wasser an einem Morgen ausgefallen. Nachdem wir Bescheid gesagt hatten hieß es nur man wüsste bereits bescheid. Es gab kein Danke für das Bescheid geben, man kümmert sich oder ähnliches. Als das warme Wasser wieder funktionierte gab es keine Information und auch keine Entschuldigung. Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen wäre ein Getränk auf Kosten des Hauses oder ähnliches sicher kein Problem und doch kundenorientiert.
Die Zimmer sind klein, vorallem das Bad ist sehr klein

My room was on the top floor with the angled roof section of the building, and the curtains don't cover the multiple windows. Would be good if they had proper blinds or curtains for the windows to block out the light.

My room was lovely. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed. It was quite hot in Vienna at the time of our visit, and the room was cool and pleasant. Breakfast was more that I anticipated, bad luck we missed out on our last morning because of an early flight. A private taxi was arranged by the hotel, which was early, and a speedy transfer to the airport. Staff were very helpful, professional, but personable also. We enjoyed our complimentary drinks in their external garden area in the afternoon. Vienna ok, Josefhof am Rathaus, great!
My friend had a room on the top floor, with two attic windows, making her room quite warm
