Nice location close to metro station. Within kilometer there were many restaurants and cafes where locals used to spent their evenings.

Very good access for the public transports, there are nearby market, pharmacy, coffee shop, and bar within 2 minutes!

the hotel is near the metro station policlinico. the location was good, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!!!
the blanket had some dirty spots, and therefore, we did not use it. There was no fridge to store some water.

Good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with artistic feel with many pictures on the wall. Overall a very nice place.
The hotel is on a busy road, it's very noisy with cars and bikes screaming up the road all night. Try to get a room at the back of the hotel if you can.

I most appreciated the very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated (as was loby) and cleaned daily. Also loved the location, close to metro, park and many bars and cafés nearby. I will happily return here.

Simple, clean and close to the metro
Very little, the lack of breakfast facilities was easily made up for by the coffee place over the road

Overall pleasant stay
I had to wait almost 40 minutes for the check-in as there was none at the desk and struggled to get an invoice for my stay. The place could be cleaner.

The guy at the reception didn't give me invoice for my stay. He always told me some dumb excuse why he can't give me the invoice. 4 nights spend, I asked for it every single day. Before I left he promised he will send it to my e-mail - never happened. I gave him all info he needed and he is not responding to my e-mails. very unprofessional! I'm going to have troubles at work because of this!
at this high price I also expected something good. No fridge at room, AC not working at all, wifi slow or not working at all...
My room was faaaar away from photos on booking...

maybe we get the worst room in the hotel - old furniture, old bathroom with cloged sink, cleanlinesss of room was poor - dirty floof, dirty wall

The rooms were clean. Beds and rooms were tidied every day. It was good enough for a short stay and to sleep
We stayed in the quadruple room which was too small for 4 adults with luggage in our opinion. The man at the front desk seemed annoyed when we asked for 2 extra towels. Overall the stay was fine but I think it is overpriced for what you get

staff were awesome
shower was moldy. toilet was seat was cracked. advertised for breakfast and when we arrived we were told there was no more breakfast. ac was partially functional. no drinking water

Location - top. And staff is friendly and supportive too. A good deal for the money spent.

Everything was really great. Very close to the metro station and Close to Sapienza University. The room was really clean and equipped with everything we needed. Osovlje was very kind.
