Excellent location near to the central squares, away from hustle and bustle but walking distance to nearby attractions,

Quaint but modern little hotel, clean and comfortable with helpful & friendly staff.

Beautiful little hotel a few streets from the main street. It's clean and comfortable and should meet the expectations of most travelers. Has a little cafe in the lobby for lunch and dinner if you don't feel like venturing out. There are a few little bars and cafes just down from the hotel that can get quite busy. You can get a cab/taxi/uber/bolt to take you to the front door but if you're walking (which is doable) there are quite a few stairs to climb. Typical Lisbon backstreet that you should be aware of, narrow and cobblestone. Great staff too! Overall enjoyed my 2 nights there and was not disappointed.

Not the fault of the hotel but the noise at night from the revelers at the bars on the street can be heard from our 3rd floor room. Didn't bother me but could affect light sleepers.

Molto acccogliente… Lo consiglio!

Abbiamo avuto una bella sperienzza! Lo staf è molto educato ed efficiente. L’hotel si trova in un punto strategico. Si puo arrivare tranquillamente in metro dall’aeroporto prendendo la linea rossa e poi la giala. Molto pulito… il letto è bello accogliente. Le foto condiz con quello che si prenota. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Lo consiglio!

Very poor

wifi was non operable, staff weren't helpful in solving the problem. 2 separate buildings, not 1, and both had no wifi.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome. The location was great too

Very comfortable stay in a great location with great staff

This hotel was in an ideal location with so much in walking distance. The neighborhood has no end in restaurants to choose from. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly! The rooms are a good size and clean.

Exceptional

The staff went out of their way on every detail. It was clean, quaint, charming, and in a great location. The restaurant associated with it was an unbelievable experience. I will go back again!

The pool was in another building. However, you are in Old Town Lisbon. It's pretty good they had a pool.

Superb

The location was in walking distance to everything I needed to see and do. Restaurants are close to this location and the water is in walking distance from the Hotel. Had a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch extracted to the hotel.

I could smell the people outside smoking cigarettes from my room.

Nice hotel but beware of walking up the slope

The hotel is small and nice, in a small street up the slope. The staff is helpful. The room is clean. It is within walking distance from many sightseeing attractions.

On arrival we found the shower cubicle leaked water and flooded the bathroom floor. We mentioned it to the staff and it was fixed the next day. The hotel is on a slope. It is a bit difficult to carry luggage up the slope along streets of cobble stones. There is a long automatic escalator from the main road up to the level of the hotel. But that is out of order most of the time, so we were told.

Great apartment in excellent location, difficult to reach.

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and well equipped. Central location, close to public transportation, restaurants, supermarket. TV with English channels. Good gym and pool. Refilled tea and coffee upon request. Taxi to airport cost 15euro through reception. Great views from upper floor.

Located on a high street so difficult to reach by foot. If you arrive using public transportation, use escalator from main square and not stairs (see photo).. TV only in living room...

Exceptional

Lovely boutique hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. In a quiet area but very close to all the action in Lisbon. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful.

The only thing I think the room needed was a full length mirror. The pool also needs regulary cleaning.

Very good

The location was very good,near to many sightseeings,quiet neighbourhood and lot of little restaurants near for quick dinner.Wemily the receptionist was always happy to help us where to go at the city,and during our stay she was always smiling when she was seeing us!

More amenities would be good

Nice room, location, and staff.

- Wifi is not so good - There's no place for breakfast besides the restaurant they have in the building, but that's not from the hotel. It was a bit expensive.
