Not worth the money to stay.

The rooms were not sound proofed. You can hear the noise from outside and next door which was very disturbing while sleeping. The breakfast was not worth it for its price and too little servings.

Luxurious

Staff were very apologetic and promptly moved me to a new room. I was upgraded to a Suite which I was incredibly happy about. The new room couldn't have been more perfect. Loved everything about it and will try to book this type of room in future. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

First room had a used toilet. Had not been cleaned or flushed with seat up and urine and toilet paper inside

Beautiful property let down by cleaners moving our belongings and a glitch with our booking

Suite was fabulous. Upgraded with it an issue.

warm, attentive, and professional service

I highly recommend this hotel; the staff provides exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional service. The room's tidiness is impressive – not only is it well-organized, but the scattered toys of the children are also neatly arranged. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding supermarkets and dining options. I will visit again.

Good quality hotel with great professional staff

Clean and good quality hotel with very professional and helpful staff. Good to have a pillow menu

Not as well placed as we expected as about 15 min walk across Darling Harbour bridge to begin the walk into CBD. But once found the light railway at the Star this helped. Not keen on the glass toilet walls or shower set up due to feeling of style over substance. Lay at pool for while but strong smell of cooking from vents - would suggest more foliage too to make walls more visual

Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Like the location the staff are friendly.

When we checked in, we didn't have the welcome snack packs, slippers, tea, or even a glass for drinking water. However, on the second day, they provided some. We also had to call them again to request a spoon and a glass.

The Service and the staff were outstanding. The rooms are beautifully appointed . We feel in love with this fantastic Hotel !!

Service like no other

Phenomenal service. The hotel itself is amazing, one of the best hotels I've stayed at globally. I want to publicly recognise the staff at this place for exceptional service. I have travelled a lot for work and I have not found better service. Please keep everything as it is, as your guest experience is second to none. A true example of the value gained from being customer-centered in the work you do. It certainly will result in much greater value and I've already booked my next stay.

The perfect staycation for a family of four. Darling harbour a picturesque bridge walk away.

Even though the breakfast was not the usual buffet breakfast you find at the big hotel chains, the food was amazing. We stayed in both the jewel suit and the adored suit. Although the adored was bigger I personally preferred the jewel. Unfortunately we stayed during winter so we didn’t get to use the pool facilities but the area looked great for a summers day swim and a lunch/cocktail spot.

Memorable from the start to finish.

Everything. Staff are friendly, professional and care. From checkin with May, she gave us an upgrade as it was a special occasion. And to checking out with Jean, she was so friendly.

Very good

Staff are great, valet was excellent. Location for our stay was great. Beds are good. Bathroom was clean and great shower.

Room service menu is basic and the chicken we ordered was undercooked and pink.

Beautiful comfy rooms!

Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for the up grade of our room . It made how anniversary stay that much more special. The room was lovely the bed comfy. The pool was lovely !
