1/ for a small town the location is fine, close to parks, town attractions and restaurants; 2/ pool area is good, cute green territory; 3/ great helpful staff
1/ smell of smoking from everywhere - you open the window you have it coming to your window from another room, or from corridor; 2/ hotel lobby looks better than the rom itself - it’s very small and the tv is just a joke; 3/ bathroom is also very small, but the worst part is not its size, but lack of air ventilation - it’s becoming hard to breathe if you’re taking a long shower, and the door can’t be closed properly, which is really terrible if you’re not alone in the room; 4/ no sound isolation, you can hear everything from the corridor; 5/ homeless sick dogs at the pool area; 6/ huge parking in front of the hotel where many locals park and have fun with loud music at 1 am

Welcoming reception staff speaking good English. Room is very spacious with separate living / sleeping areas. Beds are firm and comfortable. Bathroom very spacious and good waterpressure and temperature. Breakfast has ample of options, both hot and cold. Very quiet in the off season. If you like old Soviet relics, this town is the place to be.

The room is large, toilet and bathroom are separate. We got a room upgrade. Breakfast is simple, not too many choices.

Breakfast was amazing. Many options to choose from with fresh fruit and other healthier choices, as well.
The carpeting in the room may need some cleaning.

the best part about the hotel is the pool area and the general location in Tskaltubo.
the room we had wasn’t clean on arrival and never get clean during our stay. the carpet has stains and there is dirt on the wall. also our bathroom had a nasty smell to it. all a little bit old and out of time needing a refurbishment. but the absolute scandal is that two beers at the pool cost 30!!!!! GEL. never paid nearly that much in Tbilisi or elsewhere in Georgia.

Stained carpets throughout the rooms, we were told they will be changed soon.

This hotel is the best for 1 or 2 nights in Tskaltubo, rooms are spacious and very big bathroom, although everything is a bit old and needs renovation, the room was very clean. Breakfast was good and they have very nice swimming pool outdoor. Definitely recommend this hotel for short stay in Tskaltubo mineral water town.
The furniture and carpet were a bit old and need renovation as well as bathroom, but everything was very clean.
