A great outlook and views. A lovely deck area.

Nothing! Badly mis-represented on Booking.com website ; no air conditioning in bedrooms and no WIFI either - only available in ‘public’ areas. But the piece de resistance was to discover from another resident also trying to ‘arrive’ that there were problems with the water supply. No staff on site, communication by text only - mine has still never arrived - and yet, of course, money taken from my account before I arrived. DREADFUL and I’m still waiting for a re-fund?

Didn’t like anything, awful!

Large space, great faculties with everything supplied you could ever need, pool and spa were incredibly luxurious and the views of the mountains were second to none.

There was a crack in the bathroom and toilet windows which allowed bugs including ticks to gain entry to the ceiling in the toilet and bathroom, I had to pick a large tick off of my friend and eventually we found the source so just be wary of those little buggers when venturing around the retreat luckily bug spray was supplied in the apartment and they were quickly dealt with.

The view was amazing

my partner recommended we stay here after her last time but we were greatly disappointed but the air conditioning.. since her last stay they have automated the temp you can’t choose.. and it’s a button on the wall.. I had to wake up and start it again twice.. how’s that a holiday.. really annoying

Scenery (outside the room) was nice. Bed was very comfortable. good kitchen supplies - not that we used them

The MASSIVE communications tower that oversees the entrance and communal areas.(head headache from the time i arrived until I departed) The noise outside our room that was like a plumbing issue (chatter) the shower head also very noisy. No privacy for rooms & seems like you intrude the larger accommodation unit when using communal areas. Avoid if 5g concerns you xx

Views, nice room, access & location.

Directions to finding the place and checking in instructions were woeful, didn't receive SMS as stated until requested. Website wasn't a great help. Sound from other guests was quite noticeable from inside rooms, even though they weren't rowdy. Also guests are requested to park in dedicated bays sssigned to rooms but bays were not marked. Being greeted by a cockroach 🪳 on the kitchen bench wasn't a highlight of our stay either.
