The location

Everything but the location wasn't as represented on the Booking.com page. There were shoe marks/skid marks/spills and stains on almost every wall, many outlets didn't work or were falling off the wall, and our toilet brush was covered in filth. In addition to the depressing / dirty state of the apartment, the WiFi did not work for our entire stay. On night one, I was given the incorrect password, then when I received the correct password, the network was unavailable from our room. The front desk said it was not their fault and did not try to help us, so we went their advertised WiFi for our stay. We were out enjoying Rome all day into the night, but would have liked to watch a movie after the baby went to sleep. They also post that walls are sound proof (they are not! We heard everything all weekend) and toiletries are included. By toiletries they means a half bottle of unbranded shower gel. Ick. We shared all of these concerns with management and asked for a small discount for the included WiFi inconveniences, and were ignored. In all, this felt like a pretty expensive stay in a hostel style apartment.

La ubicación y la suite es enorme para ir en familia . Además tiene un pequeño frigo y mesa con sillas por si un día quieres cenar en la habitación. El personal del hotel es muy amable y respondieron siempre a nuestras cuestiones. Tuvimos un problema con el transfer contratado con ellos y lo arreglaron en nuestro favor como correspondía.

Location was great. Ease of access and getting in and our was really positive. The size of the room was a great bonus, plenty of room for luggage etc. Large bed size was very nice. Overall was a positive experience

Just was a bit surprising that we had to pay city tax in cash as an additional fee when we got there. No real negatives other than that. You aren't close to any metro lines, so prep for ubers or taxi's.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla fontana di Trevi. taxi facilmente raggiungibili per gli spostamenti più lontani, ma anche un bel punto di partenza per visitare la città a piedi. Staff cordiale anche se non parlano benissimo l'italiano...

Pulizia orribile, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio biancheria del letto, tracce di sporco ben visibili sulla trapunta e capelli dei visitatori precedenti sparsi ovunque, camera rumorosa a tratti, a fianco c'era una sala macchine presumo, con un motore che si accendeva in alternanza tutto il giorno, abbastanza fastidioso. Televisore con un collegamento di antenna pessimo che impediva la visione. Unica nota positiva, il bagno, spazioso e ben curato. A parte il cestino arrugginito da far schifo.

The location was excellent. Couldn’t have been better

When we arrived there was no signs inside courtyard explaining where reception was. We had to go back outside for ring the main buzzer. The sofa bed was wonky and lent backwards. Informed reception who told us there was nothing he could do about that. No manual in room explaining how anything worked. Only 1 remote between 2 televisions. Only 1 wine glass. Wasn’t happy with kettle as only plug to use was on floor meaning we had to be careful when boiling it. Bathroom radiator was leaking water all over the floor. Again informed reception as we had to put towels down and was fixed
