We liked that it was close to metro, train and buses while also being close to monuments. The place was quite spacious and comfy. It has everything you could need.
The street smelled funny and there were dirty bedsheets (only 1 bed).

The host was very helpfull and responsive on whatsup, and made everything possible.
Some walls looked like they had some spots, but no big deal at all.

Very friendly and flexible landlady. If you rent the whole apartment you don't need to share the kitchen and the two bathrooms. Small balcony to smoke. Fourth floor but with elevator. Manzoni station is max 10 minutes walk. Cafés, restaurants in five-minutes distance. She offered lagguage storing for us on the last day. Thanks for it!

The property inside was great. The location was a bit concerning due to the proximity to the train station.
location.

Bee was lovely and would do anything for you. The apartment was big and had everything you needed. Washing machine with good clothes hangers, kitchen and two bathrooms. The three bedrooms were large. The wifi worked well. There was a super market near by. It took us 20 minutes to walk to
the Colosseum and the main Train station was 7 minutes. Was very good value for money.
The only negative would be maybe the location - but it was fine. It was a 7 minute walk to Rome’s main train station which was easy and flat. It is very expensive to stay right in the heart of Rome
so we just did the hop on hop off bus from
the train station. We found Rome to be very dirty but that is not this properties fault.

This suite is very affordable. First of all, its location is very good, only a few hundred meters away from the railway station, so it is convenient to travel. Secondly, the house has an elevator, which is very convenient for traveling families with elderly people. After all, Rome is an old city, and there are not many hotels with elevators. Finally, the key point is that the suite is newly renovated, very clean, the landlord has good taste, and the atmosphere of the home is reflected everywhere. There are 5 beds in three rooms, the mattress support is very good and very comfortable. Kitchen utensils are readily available to cook well. There is also a well-functioning washing machine, toilet supplies, etc. are very complete. The host also prepared a detailed Rome travel strategy. We spent a wonderful 4 days and 4 nights in Rome. I would recommend this suite.

The host Bee is wonderful! She is so helpful and greets you upon arrival. I cannot say enough good things about how lovely she is! The rooms are large and were very comfortable for our family. We had wifi and laundry on site which was great.
We had a car and were lucky enough to find parking on the street just be aware that you do need to pay for the parking on the street.

Hospitality was excellent. Check-in and out processes were so easy. They help us about extra bed. Rooms were very clean and double toilet was very time saving for large groups. Location is near to the termini.
Meal smell coming from the neighboors were so intensive. It was filling in the house.
