Backing up to the beautiful scenic 4 Prongs Lake, Bella Vita offers sweeping views of the lake and peaks of the Gulf Of Mexico from the top floor observation deck, all included in a 3,135 sq. ft. space! This tropical estate with a private pool is located within the exclusive gated community of Destiny West. Provided to guests of the community will be amenities such as the community pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. The famous sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast are a mere three minute stroll away. This public beach access is located at the delicious Crab Trap restaurant. The tropical aura of Bella Vita greets you like a warm breeze upon entering this distinguished vacation home. The entrance, located on the second floor, opens up to a beautifully decorated living space with plenty of comfortable seating. By the living area is an open gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, and a dining space with a view overlooking the lake. Onto the balcony is a lounging area with a view of the pool and the Four Prong Lake. A hallway leads to the luxurious master King Suite. This elegant and fully-furnished bedroom is coupled with a large master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. For a breath of fresh air, follow the staircase up to the sun deck. This open deck is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful coastal sunrises and sunsets. Down on the first floor are two king bedrooms with their own personal flat-screen TVs. There is a King Suite with its own private bath and flat-screen TV. Everything was really great. But there are a few things to note.
The condition of the property was just ok. There were several things that needed repair and maintenance. The gate code to the neighborhood was incorrect.
We asked about some things like a crib and high chair and was told i neededto contact a rental company, but when we arrived, we found these items already there. Which would have been great to know.
All in all we had a great weekend and would return if they repaired a few things.

We are a group of 10- women, who look for a beautiful house near or on the beach in Destin, Florida annually. The house was beautiful online but did not meet our expectations upon arrival. There were more than 15 blinds missing on the second floor, and the level 3 deck was the most disappointing. Furniture was old and torn, rusted and the hole at the entrance to the deck made it unsafe for us. House sleeps 20 people but was not prepared for 20. This house needs a serious upgrade.

Friends and family stayed for a week and the property was VERY disappointing. Holes in Walls, rust and dirty vents, broken umbrellas, wallpaper tearing off walls, light bulbs out, cracking tiles, broken trashcans, broken pool chairs… the list goes WAY on. Beach reunion was only willing to refund a VERY minimal amount (<10%) after we spent a great amount (cannot say specific amount due to review policy). We gave them a chance to make it right after submitting photos… but we wont be staying with Beach Reunion again. 0 stars. This property was very poorly maintained and us “reaching out” to them upon arrival is not realistic to have someone perform renovations during our vacation stay…

Our family met up in this home that is beautifully situated (2nd row yet very close to the main gate) and closely located to the beach (3 mins from the beach). There is lots of space on every level, no one felt like they were in another’s space. The basement/bottom floor has three bedrooms with Queen sized beds (comfortable and firm). Two of these rooms have sliding doors that open to the yard/pool area, and two have their own bathrooms). Also, what once was the garage was turned into a bunk room area with 6 Queen sized bunk beds! Main floor has a King sized room/suite. All this to say there is LOTS of space for every family member that came together! The A/C upstairs had a much better flow than one particular basement room and certainly the bunk bed area could do with some central air flow too, yet floor fans were utilized to help. Still,eveyone survived despite this. The home was clean and provided linens and towels were clean as well. Great Views! The upper stairs led to a rooftop with an ocean view. The main floor has a wrap around outdoor sitting area with views of pool and mini water/lake. Bathrooms were spacious.The kitchen had everything that was needed in regard to utensils and pots despite worn cabinets; no hindrance though. Even though it was necessary to get supplies like extra paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc. it was a small inconvenience. Overall, the house is clearly 4.8 stars. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for large families.

This property had a great location in reference to the beach. Plenty of bedroom space. It could use a good deep cleaning, as well as some updating (there were trim and baseboards missing, marks on the walls, etc.). The pool was cleaned during our stay and we were not told to keep the water level up. The skimmers quit working and in turn the heater stopped heating the pool for a day.

The house was nice but dirty. Light switches, bathrooms not clean. Floors not clean, Carpet not clean. The TV and internet was a nightmare. The office staff were very responsive. But the house need an overall general cleaning.

Really nice location, close to the beach, neat ability for the kids to fish from the back yard, cool that it is so close to the Crab Trap restaurant. During the first half of our stay the people next to us were quiet but the second half the people that checked in were very loud way after the quite time and two of the rooms in our house were next to their pool area. This is not the fault of the property group or home owner.

This property is absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. We had all the supplies we needed to cook for our family. The home is very spacious. We never felt cramped while on property. Management was responsive to my emails in regards to a few small maintenance issues that didn’t effect our stay but could the next group. We would definitely stay at the property again.

The property has views from the master bedroom, kitchen, almost every window looks out on something beautiful. I now have colleagues that want to rent this property because of the pictures that I shared. Such a wonderful experience. Our whole party made memories for a lifetime.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the location – amazing to be on the pond and a quick & easy walk to the beach, which was very family friendly. My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vita. The views are amazing and location is great. We love staying in Destiny community when we come. I can’t say enough about the ladies I dealt with there. I would defiantly stay at this house again. I recommend this house and actually have friends that want the info after seeing some of my photos.

The subdivision is very nice and the location is perfect. The pool and backyard is nice. The floor plan of the home is excellent, however the entire bottom floor smells like mildew. There are many cosmetic issues that need to be fixed. All AC vents needs to be replaced, as mildew and wet spots are noticeable. There are areas where sheet rock tape is peeling from the walls. For what we paid for four nights we feel the interior of this home should be up to date and smell clean not yucky. The baseboards are partially torn out and the sheet rock was beat up inside of the laundry room. The kitchen was very nice and newly remodeled. VRBO or whomever emailed us incorrect codes to enter the subdivision which was a major issue. They sent us the July codes on August 15th. We were stuck on the outside of the subdivision in the middle of the night with no assistance to get in. Some of us jumped the fence, some cut through someones yard. then we had to park at the public beach and wait until morning to get the correct code for both the walk through gate and the drive through gate. We did not get what we paid for.

Other than a few needed upgrades (furniture cushions/covers, bunk bed room needs storage for clothes), this house is a nice one.

Amazing Spring Break this place was set up perfect for our three Families.
I would like to say our stay and experience was amazing from the beach house to the beach we had an amazing experience thank you. The pool was heated when we arrived it was perfect. Bella Veda was as advertised beautiful and spacious and across the street from the beautiful beach. We will be back soon thank you♥️

Great House with Beach Reunion
Bella Vita was a wonderful house for a team meeting! We had 11 people. Lots of space to do our cooking and great outdoor space. Plenty of space to spread out and give everyone room to move. Beach Reunion was on top of anything we needed while staying but to be honest, it was perfect and we really didn't need to call for anything :) Highly recommend this house and more importantly, this company!

I booked the Bella Vita vacation home a few weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed! I was visiting Destin for the first time for my wedding. We had about 18 people in the home and had plenty of space. We were so much closer to the beach than I thought, I could see it from the master window. We called about needing more towels and Carrie brought them right over and even stayed and talked awhile with my family about fun things to do in the area...she was awesome! The only complaints were plumbing the 2nd floor toilets kept backing up (nothing a plunger couldn't fix though) as well as no closet space for the people in the bunk room. Neither complaint took away from the beauty or experience at the home! I am a Texas native and solely went off these reviews as well as pictures and I am satisfied! My wedding party enjoyed their stay and Destin was the perfect place for my beach/gulfarium wedding!! Thank you Beach Reunion I look forward to booking with you next year for our family vacation!

Nice Home close to beach, with priviate pool, and facing nice lake
We spent Thanksgiving weekend with 3 other families. Laura and Carrie were great to work with. Had no major issues with the home and the location was great.
Pool heat was not working and the management returned the money back. However, it was not the money but the pool that we wanted. We had e-mailed couple of days in advance to ensure pool heat was turned on and were confirmed that it will be ready upon arrival.
Home is advertised for 20. 12 of these are really in the house garage where 6 large bunk beds have been set-up. Master bed room was large and excellent.

Beautiful Home
My family and I recently came for a week long getaway. This home was perfect for us! We loved that it was located in a private, gated community. This led to less worry as our 4 year old rode her tricycle around. The home was nice and clean when we arrived, and had no issues checking in directly at the house. The back of the home and the pool deck over looked a lake, which was extremely relaxing. You can see the waters of the Gulf from the 3rd floor deck, however we usually ended up relaxing by the lake.
The walk to the beach was much shorter than we anticipated. We did have to exit through the community entrance, but then the access was just across the street. Took 4-5 minutes total to walk. We also enjoyed the restaurant that was right there at the beach access. It's called "The Crab Trap". They had good food and a wonderful view of the beach while dining. There is also a little gift shop there, and public restrooms.
As for the management company, Beach Reunion, we couldn't have asked for better customer service. Laura, Aly and Jessica seem to be the main girls in the office, and each one were a pleasure to work with. Carrie is the concierge, and was always just a text away to answer our questions once we arrived.
