Our Apartment has been newly renovated and is located in the heart of Vienna just few walking steps from Urania, historical city centre and City Airport Train (CAT) You would have the advantage of living in a residential, quiet and not crowded area but yet being within walking distance to the romantic, fascinating, and historical part of Vienna. Situated in the heart of Vienna, we are close to MAK, Schwedenplatz, St. Stephen's Cathedral and Hundertwasser House. Also nearby you will find Austrian National Library and the Danube Canal which has developed itself into a boulevard with nice beach bars and Top restaurants. The apartment has a modern interior/bathroom with washer & separated kitchen. Its current Romanesque and Gothic form seen today, situated at the heart of Vienna, Austria in the Stephansplatz, was largely initiated by Rudolf IV and stands on the ruins of two earlier churches, the first being a parish church consecrated in 1147. As the most important religious building in Austria's capital, the cathedral has borne witness to many important events in that nation's history and has, with its multi-colored tile roof, become one of the city's most recognizable symbols. The apartment was in a great location. Close to a supermarket, and 2 cafes. Also within walking distance of the historic centre.
The bed in the apartment was comfortable, but could use new pillows. We had to put clothing under them so they would be remotely comfortable. Other than that a nice stay

Comfortable place for 1-2 people. Good location. Bring washcloths if you use them as none are provided. You can hear the neighbors talking and closing doors. Not excessively loud, just know that sound carries in this building. Very secure. No coffee or tea provided and the coffee shop across the street did not open for some reason though the hours posted were for it to be open. Mani is very pleasant, gives specific directions on using stove burners and not marking up the freshly painted walls. There needs to be a large oscillating floor fan to help circulate air and provide "white noise" to aid in sleep.

The apartment was clean and the living bedroom area was spacious. The kitchen was adequately equipped to cook simple meals. A separate toilet was appreciated, but a lack of hand towels in both toilet and bathroom was inconvenient.
The location was a distance from the old town, but with
three tram routes at our door it made getting into the main sites a breeze. There was a Spar supermarket and bar/restaurant located in the square at the corner of the street….how convenient.
Mani met us at the apartment and gave us all the information on the apartment, public transport and eating options and this was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our time in the apartment.

This is in a great location as it is easily walkable to Old Town. There is also a tram that runs around the corner that goes straight to the train station. There is a supermarket at that same corner (but be aware that it closes at 6 p.m. on Saturday not to re-open until Monday morning). Also, several good restaurants right there and a bakery across the street. So, the location is ideal. It is very clean and roomy too. There is a washer, but no dryer. It really is a great place to stay.

This apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay in Vienna. In a great neighborhood a couple of blocks from the Donaukanal, which has great walking trails along it. We loved the apartment was close to many of the famous sites but a bit away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Tram Service across the street or around the corner can take you to most anywhere you want to go in city center. Tram from train station drops you off across the street. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops a short walk (or take tram to them). There is a grocery store, bakery and a few restaurants right outside the apartment . The apartment was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Communication with manager/owner Mani was excellent. Make sure you check out the Hundertwasser apartment village just down the street from the apartment. A unique structure in Vienna and very unlike the rest of the architecture. Would definitely stay here if we visit Vienna again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while I attended a conference in Vienna. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Quiet, well located with a tram stop right outside, a wonderful cafe and restaurant just steps away. Mani was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. We will certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises!

We had a great stay at this property! It was close to everything we needed, a supermarket very close and walking distance to the major train station as well as all the attractions we wanted to see. We were very comfortable in this well appointed flat. The host was amazing, spoke great English, met us outside, gave a great tour and intro and left us be! Everything was comfortable and had all we needed to really enjoy our stay! Would absolutely stay her again!

There is a Spar supermarket around a 1 minute walk away which is perfect for buying supplies. It's quiet (on an inner courtyard), clean, modern and quite quaint with high ceilings and large windows.
Visiting at a very cold time of winter I was worrying about the heating, but it's very warm inside and there's ample controls to increase or lower the central heating system. The bed is very comfortable and shower powerful and hot, and the kitchen even came stocked with a few beers which were free of charge!
The best thing about this though is the host, Mani. Never have I met a more kind and compassionate guy. He met us on arrival to show us to the apartment, give us a tour and generally ensured that we were happy and comfortable with everything before our stay even started. He offered very useful tips as to the local area also. I must mention that I had been in touch with Mani via WhatsApp for at least a week before the stay as well as throughout, and he was extremely responsive and allayed any concerns over where we had to go and how to get there etc. Halfway through our stay we had to print out some concert tickets, and Mani was generous enough to offer to print them himself and then delivered them right to our apartment door! Really you couldn't hope for a better person to deal with and talk to on a rental apartment - Mani went above and beyond and I'd absolutely recommend both him and this apartment to anyone looking at staying in Vienna.

Why do apartment owners charge a cleaning fee but want the apartment to be left clean before departure and even some of the apartments are not necessarily clean or in good shape ?
Anyhow I had a good stay at Man's place .

Kitchen is well equipped. The town center can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Public transport to the central train station and the Ring Straße is almost in front of the building which has an elevator. Lastly, the owner is very responsive and pleasant. We plan to return to this apartment in the near future. Overall a much better value than a hotel.

Such a convenient location....tram to the train station and the to downtown stops literally right out side the front door. Building is safe and clean. Apartment is clean and simple....everything you need without the home decorating flair!!!. Excellent grocery shopping and restaurants close by. Owner was super helpful

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was amazing. So many amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. The flat is impeccable and Mani is so responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay in Vienna
Mani met us at the tram and walked us across the street to the apartment. It was perfect for two older women who wanted to make their breakfast and supper. Located just a couple stops from Wien Mitte train station, it was well situated for all our excursions. The studio is light and spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Enjoy Vienna.

Great
Perfect for our 4 nights stay. Lovely and warm, comfy bed. Shower was fab - a combi-boiler so the shower doesn't run out of water after 2 seconds like a lot of places. Could have another loo put in the bathroom as its quite big (and new looking). The blinds are a big light but we managed to sleep well anyway. There s a lift up to the apartment (1st floor).
Supermarket near by (closed Sundays, Closed after 6 Sat). We didn't really explore locally but it looked nice. Easy to get the line 1 to town, pay on the tram (sometimes coin only machine but sometimes machines with card pay). Easy to get the line 0 from the station to the apartment which stops right outside! We loved walking back along the river at night and going to the riverside bars - people sat on the edge having beers - very nice. Loved the wine village Grinzing too, we got to it from hop on off bus or can get tram 38 there.

Convenient, well located and basic
We stayed in this property for three nights in Vienna. The apartment is situated in a funky, charming location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but an easy walk to the centre. It is close to a supermarket, tram stop, cafe and bakery. We enjoyed evening meals at the cafe where we really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The property is in an old building and easily accessed by a lift. We found the apartment to be clean, but not 'homely'. There was no comfortable place to sit and relax and the coffee tables were pitted and worn. The kitchen was adequate, but lacked a dishwasher. The kitchen table was not a particularly pleasant place to sit for breakfast. By contrast, the bed was very comfortable. We think the amenity of the apartment could be easily improved by replacing the existing sofa with a more comfortable one and adding a couple of easy chairs. A few pictures on the wall and books to read would also enhance the atmosphere. We would recommend he apartment to a couple looking mainly for a place to sleep in a location that is convenient to the old city.

Nice apartment but the highlight is the location.
Right across the street from the trams that can take you anywhere in the city, restaurants (especially Cafe Menta), a grocery store and a bakery. Mani is available to answer any questions. Not fancy but all the necessities. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location
Basic but clean and perfectly comfortable for a short city break. The property does not face the street so it's quiet. It's location is excellent - within walking distance of the main sights - and two tramlines stop in the street outside. There's a Spar supermarket nearby and an excellent bakery opposite. Mani was very helpful on our arrival. The weather was unseasonably hot for April but we weren't complaining.

Very clean, quiet and close to tram.
We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable - firm, but not hard. Mani was accommodating to meet us early. We were able to drop off our luggage while the cleaning crew was there then come back at our leisure.
Tip to find the apartment-the street signs are on the wall of the building rather high up. When you get off the 0 tram walk left towards the BIPA store and the apartment is on that street. The address is 15 which is also way up high. Mani was waiting for us outside.
The apartment is just outside the Ring, but is still convenient to Old Town or central Vienna. We walked back from St. Stephen's cathedral. The ring tram is close by.
We would stay again.
