Whether you're looking for a premier executive rental (available for 30 days or more), or a fantastic vacation home, this spacious 4 bedroom home with private pool near Sea World is hard to beat! Our house is the PERFECT home-away-from home for Lackland AFB graduations, or family trips to SEA WORLD! We are located less than 1 mile from Sea World (you can watch the roller coasters from our front yard. :)) We are also located within minutes of Lackland Air Force Base (perfect for BMT graduations), and most importantly, we are located less than 1 mile from 151, which provides a straight shot downtown (less than 20 minutes to the Alamo & River Walk). Westover Hills, the area where our home is located, is one of the nicest and fastest growing areas of San Antonio. We are also minutes from shopping, dining, the Hyatt Hill Country Resort (fabulous golf course), the Hilton Hill Country Resort, La Cantera (high-end shopping), and Six Flags. Our home is perfect for corporate rentals, or just a fun weekend retreat with LOTS of perks! Our home is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus a loft (upstairs living area) with 2 single beds. Of course, everyone's favorite feature is the private pool and lush landscaping in the back yard with outdoor living area, deck, and stainless steel grill for outdoor fun! The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. The hot tub is available year round. Inside, the vaulted ceilings make the living room feel HUGE. 2 dining areas (eat-in kitchen plus bar stools and formal dining room), modern kitchen with quartz countertops, new paint and flooring throughout, are just a few of the other super-cool features. The bedroom layout is as follows: Master bedroom (downstairs): king-size bed Bedroom 2 (upstairs): queen-size bed Bedroom 3 (upstairs): queen-size bed Bedroom 4 (upstairs): king-size bed Loft (upstairs): 2 twin beds Queen air mattress Additional amenities include free wireless internet, garage-parking, ready-to-cook-and-eat kitchen, 4 flat screen TVs, (3 have Fire sticks installed to use your own personal apps and free IMDBTV for movies and news in the mstr, den and loft.1 qn guest bedroom upstairs has a Roku tv), lay-out chairs by the pool, and much more. Our group of 9 really enjoyed the pool on the days we stayed in. There was plenty of room for everyone and the grandchildren loved the loft area! The house was comfortable and communication with Donna at management company was excellent!

The house is perfect and in a great area with lots to offer. SeaWorld is less than two miles. There are many restaurants and a HEB close to the property. I would recommend the house and the great location

We had a great stay with extended family. Large group of us and the house was great! So roomy! So close to Sea World which we visited, but also it was awesome just to BBQ, swim in the backyard and enjoy visiting. The house was stocked with everything you need. Owners were so quick to respond with any questions that I had. Can’t wait to visit and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. House is located very close to Sea World (about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic) and is in a quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. House was very clean upon arrival. Our group of 9 had plenty of space. Would recommend to families planning on visiting San Antonio especially if planning to visit Sea World.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The house was the perfect size for a family of 7 (could have accommodated more). Extremely close to Sea World and Fiesta Texas. And a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. Would definitely book again and would recommend the property.

Overall the entire stay was very quick and easy, everything really accessible. The only thing that we did not like was that the hot tub was dirty and you could see that it hasn’t been sterilized or cleaned in awhile. Other than that the stay was great !

This property was great. Easy to get into the house and the location was near Sea World. Very clean and had clean towels along with hand soap. Cant say enough about the cleanliness. HEB grocery store near by along with plenty of chain restaurants. Would recommend this house for a family vacation in San Antonio.

Very quiet, calm neighborhood, and excellent location. The house was very clean, & spacious. Beds were super comfortable, & plenty of towels on hand. Would definitely recommend this place, felt like i was in my home.

Overall posit experience.. thought insisting foil on grill was odd and no additional foil provided.. the home was well kept .. the shower head in upstairs bath is difficult to negotiate to keep water in shower liner resulting in was has become a damaged baseboard which might be better with tile( replace shower head) children loved the amount of space. I would encourage to add ceiling fans in both masters to assist air flow We did enjoy our visit as the house is close to lots of local activities

When I first opened the door it felt like walking into your own house because the energy of the house felt like your own home… I sat down read the welcome home binder and not only did it have the rules and check out rules it was very detailed with areas around San Antonio… Wi-Fi password and even includes the garage opener where you can park your cars inside the garage… I am saying this because I have been to plenty of homes where they keep the garage locked… The pool and jacuzzi is awesome with a private fenced in area to enjoy fun with family… it was enough space for me and my husband with 4 kids and still had 2 extra beds that we didn’t even use… they had a welcome gift waiting for us and plenty of kitchen essentials, washer and dryer with two dining areas… I mostly sat on the back area with my wine lol and watched the kids in the pool after a long day at Six Flags and Americas Best Incredible Pizza… they were more excited to come back to the pool… Sea World is literally right around the corner… You will not regret this property… Thanks Donna we appreciate you
