The hotel is in the center and easy to reach everywhere. There is a very simple breakfast, but it is delicious. rooms were cleaned every day.staff were helpful
There is no dryer and slippers in the room. I think these should be improved.

Honestly my only issue was with the beds. Everything else was excellent including staff, service, cleanliness, and location but the beds were awful. They were old and stained and had a thick foam topper added on that shifted about and did not make up for the saggy mattresses.

staff was rude and very very noisy

close to train station.
The lift was exceptionally small (fit 1 person + luggage)
The room was in the attic & very small (barely enough room to open a ‘carry on’ suitcase. After getting out of the lift you had to negotiate multiple sets of stairs (up & down) to get to the room. It was like a maze. In the event of needing to evacuate, it would be difficult to get out in a hurry.
The room was hot with a small window that only opened a short way so no breeze. no fan.
The fittings were very dated. The mattress was very soft & sagged.

Location close to train station
Stains & ripped bed sheets,no towels left in room. Noisy room facing street, you need ear plugs if a light sleeper.

It was a short walk from the central railway station.
The breakfast was a simple continental meal but it was adequate.
Awful place! The hotel was said to be two stars but really was no stars. The reception was basic and not very welcoming. When we arrived I didnt want to stay at this hotel even before going to room. I told the receptionist that I wanted to see the room but she said I could but if I cancelled the reservation I would have to pay the full amount for the room. I felt I had been taken advantage of as the hotel did not meet even basic standards and should not be included on booking.com or other sites. The hotel was not full and they were advertising their rooms for half the price on sites that we were paying. You have to pay for the room on arrival. Felt that we had been well and truely fleeced.
The bedroom was small poorly decorated in a early 80's style which is probably the last time it was done. There were dirty marks on the walls and on the bedside units. The room was more suited to a stag party than normal travellers. The beds were more suited to a hostel. Didnt even unpack just left my clothes in the case.
There was no hairdryer or drink making facilities which are usual in most hotels.
The breakfast room was down a very steep flight of narrow stairs and not suitsble for someone with mobility issues.
The hotel is situated in the Old Town near bars and cafes and it is a pretty scruffy area which fills with stag parties from late afternoon. We stayed away from the hotel and only returned to go to sleep and definitely wouldnt stay there a second time.

Extremely difficult steps to get to room. No plug in spa bath, that didn't work anyway. Room smelt of cigarette smoke when we arrived.

Central location
Room smelled heavily of mold. Tiny room in the back, only accessible via stairs.

Great location, close to train and lots of attractions.
Compact room that had everything we needed. So pleased to have a lift
It was a bit noisy from the street but ear plugs worked. Trade off for being so central

The showe room door was poor quietly and water was leaking badly. I needed to wipe everytime after the shower otherwise I get soaking wet when I use the toilet.

The location is amazing, everything is nearby and most of the things are walking distance.

Great location. Quality was sufficient for our needs, Breakfast was fine. All staff we encountered were brilliant. Would definitely choose to stay there again.
The only window opened onto a dull shaft, but wasn't looking for a view.

We found it easily from the station, the staff were nice and the breakfast included was really good.
A bit late for check in, but the facilities were good, could be a bit updated with the facilities-some things are quite old, the steps were very steep to get luggage up, but good for 6 people.
