Die Lage war gut. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Needs renovation, papers thin as paper so we were not able to sleep.

Clean room. Very kind staff. The have a private garage, but for 20 euros. Location is good, 10 minutes walk to U2 line. Average breakfast.
The bathroom equipments are used, need some renovation. Staff is kind but not professional (2 hours after the check out they called us to pay the bill although it was already paid before giving back the keys).

Quiet area, tram stop is just Infront, and a few minutes away from the underground station. The room is very airy and clean.
Just ask for alternative pillows if you are allergic to feathers.

we just arrived and there was no one to help us, after that we went to the reception amd there was no one to help us, they only put the key snd left, and there was no parking and the hotel said there was free parking but we had to park very far away with our suitcases, we simply ask you to please return our parking money.

Unusual atmosphere

It was an ok room
I had informed that I will arrive at midnight. There was no one at the reception and the gate downstairs was locked. Tried calling them no one answered. Later had to intercom them
The room we were given was supposed to have a functional kitchen but when I turned on the stove, the electricity of the apartment flipped.

Excellent location where you can catch the tram and go anywhere you like.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Most of the TV channels are in german, if we can have a couple of channels in english or fench it would be more entertainning

it was an amazing experience in family hotel near the center. there are amazing people working there who helped us with all we asked for and more.

Someone entered my room while I was inside. It was dark so I don't know who it was, staff or another guest.

Lovely hotel very close to the U2 Underground line. It was a short journey to the city centre. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very old, and we only stayed there for a couple of hours, but we got everything we wanted: the room was spacious and comfortable, and well equipped. Good shower, good bed, good reception service even late at night.
It is stated that it is a 4 star hotel. It certainly was back in the day, but be aware that today it is a very regular hotel, very old, smell of mold, and the likes. However, you get what you expect for the price. Just don't expect luxury, and you're in for a good stay.

Very kind and polite stuff on reception. Nice neighborhood and very close to the centre of the city.
Tasteless breakfast with a limited choice of food and a rather careless attitude to cleaning in room.

nice central location. right on the tram line. staff were nice and the breakfast was small and sweet
room walls were paper thin and the entrance was hard to find and seemed a bit dodgy to get to the hotel
