Two nights, good location, friendly staff, will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and speak fluent english. Our room was clean and neat with all the basics (kettle, coffee/tea, soap, towels etc.). The location is great, close to the Montmartre cathedral, with infinite restaurants in the vacinity.

There is a bar across the road that was a bit noisy at night with the window open. With the window closed it was fine, but a bit warm, we only discovered the fan in the closet as we were leaving.

Good location, pretty clean

Great location. Nice room and the view from the window. The girl at the reception was very nice, helping us with all our request. Pretty clean, shared bathroom was also clean.

Mattress pad felt like a plastic cloth. The blanket was very heavy. The hair drier at the bathroom is very weak.

Very cozy place to stay. The staff is awesome.

The location is awesome. Plenty of things to do around. Vibrant atmosphere. The staff was fantastic. Very accommodating and above all, super, super friendly.

It is quite tiny. I am a big guy and struggled to move around the room. The sound proof in the rooms.

The Bonsejour was a great experience for our first stay in Paris!

The location was perfect for us! I wanted to be in Montmartre close enough to walk everywhere and Rue Burq was perfect. We loved watching the neighborhood activity from our balcony. The staff was always friendly and helpful😊

We had a problem with the lights in the bathroom going out. They tried to address the problem while we were there but they kept going out.

A very positive experience. Fantastic location!

The room was a bit small but nice and clean. The location is excellent - in the centre of Montmartre, just a few steps from the Rue des Abbesses. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The area is relatively noisy in the evenings, but becomes quiet around midnight, so no big problems with falling asleep.

Shabby room; tiny bathroom ( hardly any space for shower & toilet). Staff incompetent Overpriced for quality of the room. Unfortunately reflects poor quality of small hotels in Paris

we had a superb trip to Paris and Bonsejour provided the ideal base from which to explore the city.

perfect location; close to the cafes and shops, Sacre Coeur, centre of Montmartre, and easy access to bus routes to other parts of Paris. good to find there was a kettle provided (which was not mentioned in the particulars when we booked).

noisy building work in the property in early evenings. limited clothes storage facilities.

Nice stay at montmartre

The view from the room was very very nice, from a 5th floor, on the corner of the building. The morning light was splendid.

The lights in the room were very white and uncomfortable. The cleaning could be better. Photos on booking are a bit deceitful, once it is an old hotel, but overall it is a nice bedroom and we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was quaint, not upscale, but the staff was eager to help if you have an issue.

We liked the village feel and location. I expected a smaller room per other reviews.

Communication gap was expected, could have been more efficient in providing daily needs like coffee and toilet paper in the rooms

The room was very small with no storage space but it was clean and served well for what we needed.

Because I was traveling with a friend we liked the twin beds. They were very comfortable. We were on the 5th floor and it was quiet.

Booking.com said there was a shuttle. There was not a shuttle. The first night there we asked for a taxi for our trip to the airport in 4 days and they said it would be taken care of. It was not and this left us scrambling to get one booked the night before we had to leave at 5 a.m.

Staff member Ines was a pleasure to get to know; she was very sweet and engaged in conversation with me. Very Kind, as other staffers were too.

Thin insulation, but I always travel with earplugs and eye mask bc it’s not going to be home!

good location, basic hotel

very good location near to montmarte bars and sacré cœur. the staff were very friendly and helpful. everything was clean

there is very little sound insulation from outside and interior walls so you can hear everything on the street (even on the 5th floor) but also in the hall way from other guests which woke us up several times in the night. all hotels in Paris during our time were very expensive due to Fashion week - so I felt very overpriced vs the quality of the hotel but this was anticipated

Location was exceptional. The whole area was perfect. Great part of town.

Nothing at all. Again perfect location. I personally think anywhere in Paris is just fine but the area that my hotel was at was incredible.
