Je ne peux que confirmer tout ce qui a déjà été dit sur l'appartement et sur l'accueil de son propriétaire
On se sent bien dans cet appartement qui est lumineux et super calme.
Ne rien amener pour faire le ménage , tout y est; par contre prévoir un fond de cuisine ....
Location à recommander.

Très beau logement
Cela fera trois années consécutives que nous louons le beau logement de Mr Noël à Cassis. Nous y avions séjourné en 2015, en 09.2016 et y retournerons en 10.2017. En 2016, mon époux était tombé malade et le propriétaire avait été aux petits soins. Mr Noël est très attentif aux besoins de ses vacanciers, leur fournit tous les renseignements nécessaires pour permettre un séjour enchanteur. La région de Cassis est magnifique, le logement est superbe et la résidence est très calme. Le gardien - que nous connaissons un peu depuis le temps - est fort sympathique également. De belles vacances garanties.

Très agréable et fonctionnel
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement lumineux, propre et très bien équipé.
L'environnement de la résidence est très agréable et calme.
La situation sur les hauteurs de Cassis nécessite une voiture (parking sécurisé)... ou des bons mollets pour remonter le pain le matin !
L'accueil est parfait, bien documenté, et agrémenté d'une bonne bouteille de vin de Cassis.
Nous y reviendrons pour finir de visiter les Calanques.

Parfait !
Séjour très agréable dans un studio refait complètement à neuf et très bien équipé.
Nous avons apprécié : la qualité de la literie, le petit balcon, la magnifique salle de bain, la foule d'ustensiles de cuisine, l'accès internet parfait, le parking en sous sol sécurisé et bien évidemment l'accueil du propriétaire qui avait laissé une bouteille de vin à notre intention ainsi qu'une multitude de conseils sur les choses à ne pas manquer dans la région.

Appartement très propre et aménagé avec goût, le propriétaire est vraiment au petit soins avec les locataires avec une bonne bouteille
de rosé bien fraiche qui attend les vacanciers . Seul petit bémol , la voiture est indispensables pour se déplacer.

JUSTE PARFAIT !
L’appartement se trouve sur les hauteurs de la ville au sein d’un ensemble de résidences très calme. Situé au 2ème étage avec ascendeur, la vue du balcon donne sur un parc arboré avec une grande piscine.
L’intérieur décoré avec gout et des matériaux de qualité est en tout point conforme au descriptif de l’annonce.
Pour les repas, une table pour 2 personnes dans l’appartement et une qui peut accueillir 4 personnes sur le balcon avec une très bonne bouteille de vin de Cassis offerte à notre arrivée.
Très bon accueil de Mr Noel, à l’écoute de ses locataires et disponible.
L’avantage certain de la vue et de la tranquillité a un tout petit inconvénient ; il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture pour se rendre au centre ville ou sur le port de Cassis.
Nombreuses balades et randonnées à proximité (Calanques, sentier littoral …)
Vous trouverez un petit guide " maison " posé sur la table avec toutes les bonnes adresses et astuces de la région.
Cet appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes et tout est réuni pour y passer un séjour idyllique.
Réservant depuis près de 20 ans sur le site d’Abritel , nous conseillons fortement cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre très agréable.
La résidence est très paisible, la piscine à l'ambiance très calme et à fréquentation modeste, n'est jamais surpeuplée.
Très bon accueil par le propriétaire qui est de très bons conseils et aux petits soins pour ses locataires.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette superbe location au look très soigné et moderne.

schöne Ferienwohnung in super gepflegter Anlage
Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen und umfassend informiert (in englisch - was uns sehr entgegenkam, da wir der französichen Sprache eher schlecht als recht mächtig sind ;-)) über die Wohnung, die Anlage und die Gegend um Cassis. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit einem Schlafsofa -dessen Matratze war noch ganz neu- ausgestattet. Auch in der Kücheneinrichtung fehlte es an nichts. Es war alles vorhanden, um sich direkt wohl zu fühlen und den Urlaub entspannt zu starten. Ganz besonders hat uns gefallen, dass zur Anlage ein Pool gehört - es ist genial, wenn man morgens vor dem Frühstück schon ein paar Bahnen im -morgens besonnten Pool- machen kann. Ein toller Start in den Tag! Dann die Möglichkeit, im Freien (überdachter Balkon) zu frühstücken und am Abend die Abendsonne zu genießen war ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
Was schade war: zum Bäcker oder zum Strand sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da die Strecken recht lang waren. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich etwas außerhalb der Stadt an einem Hang.
Wir haben uns größtenteils selbst verpflegt; deshalb können wir zu Restaurants in Cassis keine Angaben machen.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern noch mal wieder :-)

Beau logement
Mon époux et moi avions séjourné une semaine dans ce beau logement très propre et fort accueillant en Juin 2015. L'appartement loué était tel que figurant sur les photos d'Abritel et tous les équipements mentionnés sur Abritel étaient bien fournis. Location très agréable, propriétaire souriant et sympathique. A recommander.

Superbe appartement
Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et décoré avec gout, très bien équipé... On se sent comme à la maison.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement (dans les hauteurs de Cassis). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et conservons cette adresse pour une prochaine fois. Très belle région et merci à Mr Noel pour son accueil.

Nos vacances à Cassis nous ont permis de découvrir des paysages splendides et un climat très agréable à cette période .
Le très joli studio est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce du propriétaire . Parfaitement équipé, propre et doté d'une très bonne literie. L'accueil chaleureux de Mr Noël , ses bons conseils en terme de visite , de restauration ainsi que l'environnement résidentiel et une invitation à un séjour réussi . Je le recommande !

This flat is within a residential development high on a hill above Cassis. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both clean and comfortable - including the sofa-bed which is no hassle to convert into a bed each evening. The photos accurately depict it's features and layout. The owner was very reliable as regards organising our rental and meeting us at the apartment, so everything was hassle-free in that respect too.
There is a beautiful, well maintained and relatively large swimming pool, though unfortunately there aren't any sun-loungers around it, which was disappointing. Sunning oneself on the balcony wasn't an option as the sun didn't reach it, and once seated in one of the ~"lounging" chairs, you cannot see down to the gardens below.
We had anticipated that the shuttle bus into town ran from the "Les Terraces" development itself, but instead it was at the bottom of a long steep hill, so you have to drive to it, unless very fit and motivated to climb back up. There is a parking spot just outside the town, but again at the top of a steep hill with a 6 or 7 min walk to the seafront.
A lovely place, but would not recommend to anyone with mobility problems.

la location correspond tout à fait au descriptif et aux photos. il se trouve sur les hauteurs de cassis donc la voiture est indispensable. le centre ville est à 5 min en voiture. superbe terrasse qui donne sur la piscine. le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de chambre n'est pas un problème, les canapés lits sont vraiment confortables.. le propriétaire est très sérieux, nous a donné des conseils et des prospectus touristiques à l'arrivée. je recommande ces vacances à tout le monde !

Studio très très sympa et spacieux pour 2 (voire 3 personnes), très propre et très calme. Il manque peut-être le micro-onde (indispensable en vacances), une poêle (une seule un peu insuffisant) et un faitout (ou cocote minute). Par contre, couchage excellent et fourniture de linge irréprochable. Véhicule indispensable car appartement situé sur les hauteurs de Cassis, donc loin du Centre Ville, de la plage et des commerces.
