Its a cheap budget option and clean, airco was a great relief because of the humidity in panama city. Staff although was very kind. With google translate we were able to understand each other
In all honesty i did feel like a prison cell. There is no window, its small, very bare, making you feel caged in. We didn't mind because we went out often and we were grateful for the low cost but clean apartment and airco. Location is not great. Next to a busy street. No shops or anything nearby. Did not feel safe to walk around especially not at night or evening so we took an uber everywhere

The room was not spacious but was sufficient for 2 people sleeping for one night. The only good thing about the location is that it is fairly close to a metro station. The wifi signal was good.
Location - we arrived at 10:30 pm and we felt the area quite dodgy. First off - the location of the hotel is marked wrong so we had troubles finding the hotel at the first place. While trying to find it we stumbled across two prostitutes just a hundred meters away from the hotel who immediately started dragging us. At the same time their pimp showed up and drove by us in his fancy car with all black windows. We didn't feel safe at all. Just an example - the receptionist is sitting behind what looked like an armored glass with only a tiny whole to pass us the key and get the money for the room.
Staff - didn't speak English at all - if you do not speak Spanish you are doomed.
Our room was on the 4th floor and guess what - no elevator :)

When leaving for the San Blas Islands, I forgot my mobile phone charger in the room. After returning, she was at the reception. It pleased me.

We stayed one night in double room. The staff was very nice, even she didn’t speak English well she was very kind. We could easily communicate with simple English & Spanish words. The room has air condition so it the temperature was very comfortable.
Our room did only have one small window looking to interior corridor. We were only staying there for one night so it wasn’t a problem for us but for long term a room with exterior window would be more comfortable for air ventilation.
The room was clean enough but the bathroom could be a bit more cleaner (it was definitely not dirty but could be better comparing to other hotels we stayed in Panama)
We also saw one cockroach in the corridor. Happily it was outside our room. However we understand the cockroaches are pretty common in Panama city so it was not a big deal ( it would be uncomfortable if we saw more than one or in our room)
The location is very central and close to main road, we felt safe enough to walk around during the day. But one needs to be more careful during the night/evening the area is not safe especially if you are walking/traveling alone.
We think considering the other options in the area the hotel could be a bit more cheaper to attract more travelers.

It's a good place for the money. The staff very helpful, and the room really clean. This two things are the most important when I stay in cheap place, because for the others things I can't expect too much. The bed was big and hard. I didn't use the tv and internet honestly. The only thing, my ac was a bit old, but I saw in other rooms new one.

The location in all areas of Panama is good.
the location takes you basically all areas in Panama but during weekends the area is noisy.

The lady who works the day shift is friendly, though she also can't speak English. Close to the metro and not far from the city centre, an u we is less than 3 dollars. The room was clean and the bedding felt clean.
We got to the hotel and there was no water. The lady working the front desk at night was not friendly, and couldn't speak English so it was a very bad check-in after a 10h flight and having to go to bed without a shower or even to wash our hands. The bed is basically like a hard slab of rock and after the 3rd night our air conditioner started making noises so we couldn't sleep. There's no hand towel or rug in the bathroom, so our child slipped on the floor and hurt herself. There's only one outlet in the room, above the armoire where we could charge our phones, and the area wasn't the prettiest though it didn't feel dangerous. There were also people playing loud music very early in the morning/late at night that woke us up, plus they were speaking loudly in the halls. Only 1 tiny window in the room.
