The dinner service at the Chinese restaurant started off well and then there was a complete lull. Seemed as if we were forgotten.
Also when we checked into the room at 11pm we called guest services as we were having an issue with the TV and the AC. The staff answered the call and promised to send someone but nobody came.
Not what I would expect from the TAJ.
