The location was great - close to amenities and such.
Room was very hot and the fan provided barely made a difference. There was a musty smell in the apartment and the kitchen sponge was rancid. Also, it would have been nice to know before we booked the room that there were outdoor bars in proximity and party noises well into the wee morning hours.

Host was very friendly and even told me about attractions to visit in Lisbon. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
I think bathroom lacks a mat.

Ana the host was brilliant she gave us great info about the area. It was so central to everything, close to all methods of transport also. Lots of great bars and restaurants around the area is very lively.

Booking.com sold us a taxi ride from the airport. Although the taxi driver contacted us using What’s App we could not find each other. We followed instructions and when we called our driver there was no answer. We looked in the arrivals hall and did not find a driver with a sign and we looked up and down the taxi rank. Finally we paid another taxi to take us to our apartment.

great, lively location right by lots of bars and restaurants. Ana Paula was a fantastic host and was so helpful, mapping out things for us to do in Lisbon.
it’s a great size for two people but was a bit of a squeeze for 3 to stay there (with one on the pull out bed).

Location and cleanliness
If you are allergic to MOLD this is not your place. The apartment has severe mold, specially in the bedroom. There isn't AC. A dehumidifier was running in the bedroom 24 hours. Just over 24 hours the tank needed to be empty,

It was cheap, clean, well-equipped and situated in the city center. The host was really nice.
Bairro Alto is a party district, so be prepared it’s gonna be loud at night.

Host was amazing! we arrived really late but she still came to greet us and give us our keys. Also walked us through all the best places to go in Lisbon and showed us we’re to park our car. Thanks again for a lovely stay!
Size of the apartments wasn’t the biggest

The location was fabulous. central to everything. We enjoyed the lively neighbourhood and excellent choice of nearby restaurants. The owner was lovely and the place was spotlessly clean.
The dehumidifier which needs running 24 hours a day to keep the place dry. We also had to empty it twice a day. It was located in the bedroom and was noisy. there are no windows in this property so for us it was quite oppressive given it was also tiny. The non existent terrace which can only be described as the bottom of a 2m x 1m well - see attached pic taken looking up from terrace. Fortunately we only booked 4 nights.

We had a really amazing time. The girls were excited and were out exploring all day. We loved Lisbon and Ana’s guidelines helped very very much. As for your apartment it is at a perfect spot and has everything someone needs.

Ana met us at the property and explained everything to us and gave us loads of recommendations for Lisbon, she is so lovely! The location is right in the centre of Bairro Alto where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Shower was really good too and the place was spotless. Would 100% stay again.
Don't turn off the humidifier. It's very quiet you don't even realise it's on.

It is a good place. Good location to anywhere, very close to Rossio station. Ana helped us a lot. Warm apt and shower is excellent.

The apartment was very nice for one or two guests.
There is a funicular railway to get you down and up the hill, but buy a viva viagem card, or it's expensive.
The area was very hilly.
