Located so close to downtown Pigeon Forge you will never have to travel steep or windy mountain roads and yet perfectly positioned so it is peaceful and quiet to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage in a rocking chair. Enjoy 2 King suites each with its own bathroom. The second-story bedroom boasts a full bathroom with a massive walk-in tiled shower and electric fireplace that you can use all year to set your mood. In addition, you will find a big-screen TV and a dual-player style arcade with 60 classic games like centipede and Pacman. The Main level master bedroom also offers a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a combo tub and shower. The main living area offers a fireplace, big screen TV, and added sleeping space with a pullout sofa and dining area for 6. The kitchen comes fully equipped for the low-key nights you want to have a home-cooked meal with family and friends. On the lower level, you will find a half bath, another TV, and a pool table to challenge one another while watching your favorite sports team. You can also take a dip in the private heated pool and open the large sliding door to bring in the outdoors. Relax on the porch in a rocking chair or soak in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and shopping while taking in the healing Smoky Mountain air. This property features many resort amenities with access to outdoor community pools, a wedding chapel, a resort playground, and a picnic pavilion. A Bears Alpine Splash is centrally located and very close to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Less than 5 miles to Dollywood, Less than 3 miles to the Island, and less than 10 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg. Trailers, campers, motorcycles, motor coaches, etc. are prohibited in this resort. This place has it all! it met all the needs for our family of 5 with smaller children and then some. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Kids loved the pool area. Couldn't ask for more. I especially liked that the pool area had a safety security code to prevent little ones from sneaking in without an adult.

We booked a weekend for an anniversary/family get away. Cabin was very clean and spacious. Its very close to all the attractions and restaurants. Indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. Communication was great from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

My family did a quick mini vacation in Piegon Forge to check it out. Everything was within a 10 minute driving distance. The cabin was very clean the pool and hot tub were extremely clean! We are already talking about coming back!

Great experience. Very clean and great location. Owner was nice and easy to get in touch with. My children are five and one and they had a blast. Plenty of room for my family of four,plus my mother in law and aunt. Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

This was our second time getting a cabin through Matt & April with Bear Tracts, and it was just as amazing as the first one if not more! The pool was amazing for my kids they did not want to leave ,perfect size for them! Great temperature which mattered since it was about 40 degrees out and they still were able to enjoy it! The cabin is so spacious but cozy at the same time! The location was beyond amazing! Close to everything but still secluded! We had no issues with checking in or out. Some minor cleaning flaws but nothing major. Over all a great place too book! We will definitely be trying to stay here again or on the property itself in another cabin if given the opportunity!!

We’ve stayed at several properties with an indoor pool in the smokies. Unfortunately, this property maintains a pool temp between 78 and 84. If you’re from the south and plan a stay here in the winter, don’t plan to use the pool bc it’s freezing! The listing doesn’t give you this information so you’ll pay the extra money for the pool and won’t be able to enjoy it. Other than that, property is gorgeous.

My husband and I booked this cabin for his birthday weekend. Check in/out was super convenient and easy. Everything was. In fact, very soon after checking in we found ourselves so comfortable; we never left the cabin. Not once in three days! It had everything we needed to keep us entertained and relaxed and there were enough nearby restaurants and conveniences, that door dash was able to deliver everything the cabin didn't have, even ice cream without it melting. It was a perfect lazy weekend!

I cannot express how impressed I was with the communication, the property and the amenities. The house was spotless, the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. The emails, app and Alexa connected to the app, made this trip seamless. We were 3 adults and 2 children, and the bedroom, loft and sofa bed were plenty.
