Excellent location and owners but a bit noisy as it's on a main steet
The location was great and the owners were perfect with excellent communication throughout. Really easy to get to and close to all amneties
The bed was uncomfortable as it was too soft. Also there was alot of noise on the street especially at 3am. However, this was to be expected given that it was on a main street

Great location, reasonably priced but you get what you pay for! Overall, a good choice!
Location was great, usually 1-2 short tram/bus rides away from where activities are happening in Harbourfront and Old Toronto. We booked a private room (not the dormitory, which is also available in the property) and it had a bench running along one side of the room. This was convenient for sitting and placing one's belongings.
There was no thermostat/way to control the temperature in the room - no aircon or heater controls. Fortunately, the temperature was not too cold during our stay. The shower and toilet were interesting as it had glass walls that was open at the top, with curtains. What I presumed but didn't get to confirm was whether the smell would spread to the entire room if one used the loo. :) I suppose in such a situation, it would be better for the other person to leave the room and return after some time when the smell has dissipated.

Disappointed - facilities listed not matching room provided
Check in was easy. Was Emailed codes to get in with and no issue with codes. Walkable to public transport
I paid for the standard studio instead of the double room as the description for the standard studio is said to have a kitchenette inclusive of a stove. The images of the room also show a relatively well equipped kitchenette as described. Images show stove, chopping board and plates. As such I paid the extra for the studio over the double room so that I could save money on eating out. I had purchased groceries upon check in. When I arrived there was a microwave, kettle and coffee machine with two mugs. No plates, stove or cutlery. I messaged the host stating I booked a room with kitchenette and did not have any cutlery or crockery. I was provided with 2 plastic knives and forks and 2 paper plates for a 4 night stay and told these items are not routinely provided. In an ideal world I would like the price difference between the studio and standard room refunded. On my last day I messaged early in the morning asking if I could leave my bag somewhere for a few hours. I never got a reply. The bed and bathroom were fine. I did find someones old underwear on the floor near the bed. It could be a bit noisy and could hear shouting at times from outside. Decent walk (45mins) to the main tourist attractions/ area but plenty of food places around You were also unable to adjust the room temperature. It was quite cold.

It was good according to the property standards
Just a cheap and affordable But they must the towel for bath etc and rule regulations that any should use the cell phone in 4/8/10 bedrooms. Because, in the room where i stayed the people were talking and using laptop etc. that is not good enough.
Their prices are cheaper, but the staffs are not enough cooperative and the communication is not much good.

Ok for a short stay
We liked the location, pretty close to downtown, and with plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room was very small and the bathroom didn't allow any privacy due to the glass walls and the short curtains.
