This welcoming ski in/ ski out Cedars Townhouse sits directly on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. The spacious townhouse has a three-bedroom layout and suitably sleeps nine people. The living room has a newer, comfortable sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining room table for all of the guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom is very spacious with a queen-sized bed and a newly remodeled bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has a two-person jetted jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a captain’s bunk and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and its own bath. This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. I will start with saying I have rented this property 3 times now so obviously I feel highly about the property. Great location for all of the Breck activities literally right next to the ski slopes. Property is big and spacious for a large family to spread out. I would definitely rent again.

We loved the location of our condo for both skiing and downtown. Skiing is a true ski-in/ski-out. Downtown was within walking distance. The pool was within walking distance as well.

This is our second time staying in this condo and it was as perfect as the first time. The location cannot be beat. To walk out onto the slopes and walk into downtown and not have to drive (except to go to the grocery store which is not far away) is wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of four with two teenagers, a smart TV where you can pull up Netflix or prime video and watch your own stuff. It could benefit from some little TLC updates, but absolutely nothing hindered our vacation nor would we complain about those little things. For the awesome price & location, it is and was perfect for us, and we would stay there every time! We needed a place to stay on the slopes that had plenty of room and was comfortable, and it has/had everything we need. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Family ski trip
This townhouse was perfect for what we needed and wanted. Plenty of room to spread out (2 teenagers😉) and literally right on the slope next to the Quicksilver chairlift. Couldn’t have been any easier. No lugging skis and boots around, nor having to drive to the slopes. A quick walk to Main St which was as charming as it could be, especially all lit up at night. There is a big grocery store down the street, and a liquor store next to that to get good wine (or whatever drinks you are searching for after a cold day on the slopes). There are 3 flights of stairs which were initially tough for us due to the altitude change for us- but I figure that helped us get acclimated to the altitude even quicker, as we had no issues on the slopes. Would absolutely stay here again as was well worth the price and location!

We loved this condo for our family and 3 grandkids. The location with a creek in our backyard was a perfect playground for the kids. We walked to everything..Maggie's pond, downtown, hiking trails. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed! We will be back!

The property location could not be better. A quick walk to town (less than 5 minutes). The townhouse was clean and well stocked, exactly as shown. Our only concern was that there were no screens on some of the windows, which was a safety concern as we have 5 young children. The setup was perfect for us! We could not believe there were 4 bathrooms! Also in the master room, there was plenty of room for a king, that would be so much nicer because we had a few kids in our bed each night! Overall it was fantastic and we would definitely return to this location.

let me first say, I have a VRBO beach house. Every time we go we pull a little maintenance. Every couple years we buy new pots, pans and utensils. You walk in this condo and right off the bat you can tell it needs maintenance. The bathroom faucet is coming loose, the light fixtures in the bathroom are hanging, the brick hearth is broken, the light bulbs are out or missing, all the batteries are dead and the pots and pans have been cut down to the metal. This is all an easy fix. BUT the location for skiing is fabulous!

Great fireplace, outdoor space, and kitchen/great room. Lots of stairs! Huge plus Is private garage parking and walkable to all of Breckenridge! There is an inordinately high deposit but it was quickly refunded after check out.

This property was in a perfect location and walking distance to everywhere on Main Street. We had 9 girls celebrating my 40th birthday and this condo was very spacious and excellent for our stay. The check in process was simple and the property manager was excellent!!

Townhouse was spotless and in the perfect location. The creek outside was so relaxing. The only thing I would do differently is more utensils in the kitchen and the lock on the garage door was very hard to open. We will definitely stay there again
