Charming apartment in a great location near the Colosseum, off a private courtyard. Spacious bedrooms with effective air conditioning. Very good communication with host.

The kitchen is quite basic - we couldn't get the oven to work and the sink is very small. OK for occasional meals.

Everything was great. Super spacious, clean, nicely decorated. We stayed in winter and it was very warm indoors. There's an option of nighttime self-checking that was very handy. The communication with the owner was fast and easy.

Great location close to the Colosseum, 30 min walk to most of the attractions. The public transportation is available and close as well. We were impressed by the height of the ceilings, the comfortable big rooms and beautiful entrance to the building.

Excellent location, few minutes walk from the Colloseum. The owner Adriana was really helpful with everything and she welcomed us with pizzetas on our arrival day, which children loved. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable for 4 people.

The location was excellent.

The elevator was being serviced during the last two days of our stay. My husband is disabled and it was extremely difficult for him to use the stairs. It was hard for me on the last day to take the luggage down 3 flights of stairs- especially since I have very bad knees. I am a 72 year old women. I had to make four trips- three each with a heavy suitcase and one with my husband’s walker. Some help would have been appreciated. I did request help but no one came to assist me. The towels were thin and hard. There was only a teaspoon of washing machine soap.
