The staff were helpful and really accommodating. The location is great, close to the metro and many restaurants. Continental breakfast was plentiful
The wifi was not working at all throughout our stay. The rooms really need a lot of things fixed (i.e. broken tiles).
Windows are not soundproof so we heard some loud people in the street after hours.

Straight forward you get what you pay for.
We basically wanted somewhere to sleep ,so chosen a room with our own bathroom as I can’t share .
That’s what we got and we were very pleased with it.
Clean towels everyday, not always the right size for our bodies 😂😂😂 but at least they were dry and clean.
Staff super nice, helpful and nothing was too much bother.
We were able to drop our bags earlier than check in as well as leave our bags early on the morning we were leaving to go and grab breakfast.
We couldn’t ask for more really. We are not high maintenance, and Jeff Hotel offered all that we needed.
Plenty of places to eat and to drink around it, fabulous.
Thank you Jeff Hôtel Team !
Walls really thin as could hear room next door using their sockets on the wall.

Big bathroom, comfortable twin beds, came with a decent size fan which was amazing in 20+ degree weather, staff were lovely and spoke good English
No notice of a faulty card machine before arriving, so had to find a cash point, caused a lot of stress.

- Good location in terms of public transport, bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby
- We did have hot water unlike other reviewers.
- Staff are quite stand-offish, unhelpful and generally don’t seem to car.
- The elevator is tiny even for a small person (I had to squeeze my shoulders together)
- We didn’t get enough towels or a bath mat and the shower floods the bathroom whenever you use it
- Toilet seat didn’t cover the base properly so it spits out (dirty?) water on every flush
- The hotel is generally very dingy, run down, stained carpets, etc
- Weak security WiFi that didn’t reach the room, and when it did, there was no connection
- Air conditioner didn’t work (seems to be set only to heat), we were offered a fan with an US plug and no converter and never received it
- TV didn’t work
- We were made the pay as soon as we arrived. We asked to see the room beforehand as we’d seen the negative reviews on our way but we were refused.
- We arrived before check in and asked to leave our bags, assuming there would be a secure location, but they were just put in the open access breakfast room right near the entrance.

I literally ran out of that place....it is from a scene of a horror movie. I'm a solo business traveller and have seen random stuff but this hotel was horrid and nothing like those photos.
The location is good but that's where it ends
I didn't stay just wasted my money..absolutely terrible.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff incredibly friendly and kind and it's a very strategic position to visit the main museums/attractions
The only things that didn't work great were the bathroom's light that kept flickering on and off and the water pressure for the shower and toilet
Everything else was absolutely amazing and I sincerely recommend this hotel

location is good, near to metro
when I booked the number I chose to pay by card, and whey should took deposit from my card one day before check in, but the didn’t, I was confused why, ok, then when we came the reception girl say that payment machine doesn’t work today and we need to pay by card 😒 and I leave all my cash here, I wasn’t expect

Only the heating in the bedroom and the bed Mattress. Location is great.
There was a mousetrap in the bedroom, kind of a box on the corner, there were wholes in the window, all the room was spattered with paint, as if someone had painted the room and failed to protect the space. The light in the bathroom was so weak, that was hard to see properly! The space was definitely not taken care off! They say they have a Lift, and I have never seen in my life such a narrow lift, we were two skinny people with just a backpack, and we couldn't fit properly in the lift. So, you will need to use the stairs, where you walk through narrow corridors and a very dirty carpet on the floor. I reserved the bedroom with breakfast, but after seeing the area where the breakfast would be, decided to eat out! Also, they claim they have storage for the luggage, but is just the small breakfast facility, which means after everyone's breakfast, luggage just stays there for the day! If it's just for 1 night, is easier to "close our eyes" to all these poor conditions.

We didn't have breakfast
Photos are outdated the room is in bad condition now. The shower water goes across the bathroom. Didn't even shower twice because the water didn't even get to warm let alone hot. The wifi constantly drops out so couldn't work remotely. Had to use roaming data on mobile phone.

The room was a good size and the doors opened onto a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was very convenient to the city of Paris. Metro within 2 minutes walk, lots of restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarkets. You can use the hotel fridge for keeping things chilled if needed. Also the kettle.
The shower didn’t stay hot. The spiral staircase around the smallest lift I’ve ever seen was a killer. 101 steps up to the 4th floor. Not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room how ever you could use the kettle in the breakfast room and there was also a coffee machine in the foyer (€2)

Nothing was good at all. I`m not joking, I`m seriously felt like that.
At lease location was good, it was easy access to everywhere in Paris.
You could stay 1 night if you couldn`t find any other hotel.
But other than that I really NOT to recommend this hotel.
EVERY THING WAS JUST AWRFUL!!!!
Please please please DO NOT STAY THIS HOTEL if you enjoy your staying in Paris.
- Shower is broken
I could hardly get very low warm water but it wasn`t enough temperature to get a shower. So i went to reception to fix it, but they told me the hot water facility is broken and they need mechanician to fix. The guy i talked was a not manager so i told him to tell manager to fix the facility. On the next day i went to reception and I could talk with the manager but a guy didn`t talk about the broken facility and manager was no other room said same problem. I asked for refund but his excuse was nothing wrong so he can`t do anything.
- Dirty
Carpet, wall, towel every thing is old and dirty. I knew that this is cheap hotel so I didn`t expected perfect clean hotel but it was much worse than I thought.
- Noise
I think this building is old, I can hear EVERYTHING in what happened in other room. (Please guess what I meant)
-NO Card payment
They told me I cannot pay by credit card because the machine is broken. I read other people also paid by cash. They should repair the payment machine.
