The pictures indicate this is a nice and well maintained property. What they can’t show is..
- bathroom sinks leak and drain into the floor, on your feet
- thermostats are all over the house but don’t do anything, not connected to anything
- fancy door lock consistently malfunctions locking you out or not locking properly when trying to leave
- the furniture is cheap and extremely uncomfortable
- beds are very thin mattresses and not comfortable
- gas stove has no indicator for when it is on or off
-garage is available but only for a tiny car
-kitchen has extremely base “staples” only salt pepper and sugar.
-kitchen towels and mits were dirty
-windows and blinds inconsistently worked
In years of staying at rental properties this was the least equipped for family stay, the most cheaply put together and the most extensive and excessive rentals agreement. My impression is that rather than making the stay nice, they spent money on contracts.
The owners we nice and responsive.

The house is very beautiful, it was centrally located with stores all around. 10/10 would recommend Lynn’s home to anyone traveling to Seattle.

This property is clean, bright, well located and very pleasant. It consists of 3 floors with comfortable beds, clean kitchen and a washer and dryer. The location is good with a Trader Joe's at the nearest corner, which is walking distance. There is a small garage requiring a three point turn to enter but it is perfectly doable. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the house— it was charming and everything was as described. The beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet at night — nothing woke me up except my kids! We were able to find street parking relatively easily (we had a minivan so using the garage wasn’t an option). Most spots limit parking to two hours during the day everyday but Sunday though — so if you’re staying home prepare to move the car often. We were taking our car out on excursions during the day most of the time we were there so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great home. Not too far from the tourist attractions. The parking garage is too tight. You would need a very small car to park there if not, don’t try it. The home is clean. The furniture is not too top quality but it’s good. The king size bed is too massive for the master bedroom but otherwise no major complaints.

We had a few minor issues that we chose to correct on our own instead of saying something to management about. First we found an empty chip bag in the couch when we dropped a pin. Second most of the dishes we pulled out still had food residue on them including the serving spoon that had egg on it.
The other larger issue we had was that the list specifically said the 2nd bedroom upstairs had a queen and a full bed. When we arrived the room had a full and a twin which is a little too cozy for 3 adults. We pulled up the listing and photos just to make sure we didn’t misunderstand but the listing clearly said a queen and a full, the photos showed different furniture and a different wall color than the room in person.
Overall the property was ok but we would something that fits our needs next year.

Place was as described. Garage parking difficult and we were unable to find street parking that didn't require a permit between certain hours.
Suggest a sub compact if you are renting a car. I requested one but was given a midsize instead. Mastered garage by the end of our stay....

I booked the property for the group. They all seemed very happy with it

The property manager communicated quickly and clearly throughout the entire process and the property was exactly as advertised. As noted by others, the garage is difficult, so we didn’t even try. Had no trouble getting street parking, and the neighborhood is so good that we ended up walking to most of our meals.

Convenient location. Parking is no joke. We had a smallish SUV and no way. But you can walk to everything that capital hill had to offer.

We enjoyed a long weekend in late June. The home had ample space for 4 adults. Andy and Lynne were excellent hosts. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning as it was a hot weekend with temps near 90. However, the listing clearly states there is no air conditioning, and we came to realize that the 90 degree temperatures are rare in Seattle. I would recommend this home.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Seattle home! The house was well stocked, nicely furnished, and conveniently located. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Only issue was parking and beds weren't that great for the money.

Good location, loved the location and all the beds. Nice appliances, tricky to park on garage.

Great house in a great location. Easy access to the whole city. Comfortable rooms and very clean. Capital hill has any kind of restaurant you could ever want and great shopping. My teenage daughters were big fans of glossier and niko, the cat cafe. The hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed at the house. I highly recommend.

This was a perfect location to be close to the hospital while my husband had surgery. I could walk to groceries and restaurants as well as to the hospital.

This property was perfect for a small group of girlfriends looking to explore and enjoy Seattle. The location was central, the place was clean, and we felt we were able to walk almost everywhere. The only difficult part is parking which is quite tricky to get into (don't rent a large vehicle!) but we were able to manage with the instructions from the property manager. The property manager was easy to communicate with and it was a breeze checking in and out. I would recommend this property.

It worked for our needs except for the parking garage.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome for a bachelorette party staycation in Seattle as one of the favorite things for the bride is getting ready together before hitting the town. Rather than individual hotel rooms, everybody had their own bed and space to spread out but also area to come back together. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and lots of treats. We were a half a mile from every restaurant and party we wanted to hit over the weekend in Capitol Hill. Parking is the trickiest so just plan to Uber or bring one very small car to fit in garage. Communication was wonderful from the hosts. Will definitely consider coming back for the next staycation.
