Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath modern home in Old Town Scottsdale. There are two master bedroom suites (full private bathrooms) and then two other spacious bedrooms! This is a great room floor plan so you are never away from the action. The dining area is furnished with an oversized custom made table! The house Sleeps up 12 adults! The Kitchen is strait out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is large and features a generously sized covered patio, paver patio extension w/more seating, firepit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and a diving pool with lounge chairs! The home also has WiFi, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area about a mile away from the center of Old Town Scottsdale, there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golfing. This place has it all! We had a group of girls stay here for a weekend and we were super impressed with how clean this property was, even the pool was so clean. They layout of the house was perfect and the backyard was amazing with the most beautiful sunset views. This property was equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. It was also so close to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Very nice and convenient location to Old Town Scottsdale. Pool was nice, but there were some minor stains on the couch and the bedding that could be tidied up.

I specifically rented this house because of the pictures of the backyard after looking for a long time. We had a large group and the focus was going to be outside. The 4 chairs were not useable. The outside had not been cleaned or even looked at as there was still a banner on the ground from a previous party. There was a fish smell coming from the dishwasher that we made several of us gag. I imeediately contacted the owner. The chair situation she was aware of but said they wouldn’t get resolved when we were there. Very disappointed. She offered a cleaner to come but said they had already been there and ran the dishwasher. We couldn’t stay at this location as if they already thought it was clean and the dishwasher was left in that state we were very concerned with the rest of the house. The backyard was not like the pictures and unusable for what we wanted.
We had to find emergency housing costing me an additional 2000.00. I am truly disappointed to say the owner refused to refund any money except the cleaning fee and VRBO has not accepted any responsibility. They charge 300 to ensure safety and yet they have done nothing.
The house was in a good location and the communication up to that point was ok with the owner. I understand there has been positive feedback before but something has happened between then and now.

There were a number of cleanliness/comfort items well within the owners control that could be improved. The bath towels and sheets were not quite as expected and the dishwasher had some mold in it. Overall, I thought the value of the property was good but I wouldn’t call it a luxury stay.

For the price the property matched up with the location. We were there for Thanksgiving to cook for our girls at college. The advertising was a bit deceiving in the details of what was available to cook and serve with......Especially when planning on cooking a home cooked Thanksgiving meal. If you plan on cooking at the house, make further arrangements.

The house was in a good location and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was nicely decorated, but there were some maintenance issues. Leaky sink, non-functioning shower head, dishwasher isn’t the most effective, and the fridge had a broken shelf. Overall - a nice place to stay but not outstanding.

Wyo-zona family Christmas
myself, our adult son and his wife and our 3 grandchildren, ages 13, 11, 18 months. The kitchen and dining area was plenty spacious. Nice backyard and pool, if it had been warmer that area would have been used daily, just too chilly.
Two minor negatives ,BBQ grill needs a good cleaning and the water pressure in the second master suite was very low. Neither of these would have changed our mind about renting the property.

Scottsdale house
This house was perfect for our extended family of 6 to stay. It's super close to the grocery store and Dutch Bros :) Would love to come back to use the pool but was in December and was too cold to enjoy the great backyard. Went out for ASU graduation or I would have picked another date to visit

The house and backyard were amazing for our girls getaway. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of food/bars within a 10 min drive. I would definitely stay here again!

The home was big enough for me and my family and friends there was plenty of room for a big group of people (10), there really is nothing to to do besides swim but it had everything we needed and more. Cleaning service could use some work when we got there lots of the kitchen towels had hairs on them like if they were being washed with bathroom towels but other then that it was perfect and we enjoyed our stay ! Very lovely home !!

Location was great - both the airport and Old Town are close by. Shannon was amazing and responded quickly to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family would not recommend!!
1)dirty pool, clogged filter. Took us over an hour to clean when we arrived.
2) patio dirty with yard debris. Two pool lounge chairs, both broken!
3) wet pool towels in the dryer!
4) cabinet door fell off when opened in the kitchen. Broken door to one of the rooms.
5) Water pressure was a trickle and took over 10 min to get room temperature warm!!!
6) AC was not allowed to be turned lower than 78 degrees. Maybe this is normal in Az?!
We expressed our dismay immediately and were offered to have the house keeper and pool maintenance person come. Once we sent a video of the water pressure the owner agreed that it wasn’t normal and could send the plumber! So basically our whole stay would have been interrupted with maintenance people. We were offered a $100 refund which we still haven’t received. I will say location was good and the owner responded to texts.
Renter beware if you choose this property!!

This home was perfect for our gals reunion. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space. The home was decorated nicely and we loved lounging by the pool in the backyard. This a super location, far enough away from the noise but close enough to access anything needed within walking or driving distance. Quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. Clean home and well maintained. Not wheel chair accessible, one step in front and one in back. Bathroom access was not accessible for wheelchairs as indicated. We did work around it, But was most delightful of a stay

Great Space!
We had a great time staying at this property, it exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our family, having plenty of sleeping options and spread out enough for privacy for all. We had 10 people 5 kids/5 adults and we did not feel cramped. The backyard was awesome, very large and so relaxing. We were in the pool more than half the time of our stay. Thank you Shannon for the great amenities and wonderful house!
