Great location. Clean accommodation

The location, near to metro, bars, restaurants. Clean accommodation with everything we needed for a short break. Sofa bed was comfortable.

The five floors of stairs would be hard work for people who are not particularly fit/active.

Достаточно комфортная квартира, есть все необходимое. Порадовало расположение!

Расположение лучше не придумать! Вблизи много ресторанов, кафе и торговый центр. До главных достопримечательностей добирались как пешком, так и на метро, которое к слову находится рядом.

Комната требует небольшого ремонта, а именно пола. Уборка была также не самой хорошей. При заселении мы нашли много волос от предыдущих постояльцев и это неприятно (

Location made up for all negatives

Great location, a short distance from Chatelet les Halles, one of the major train stations. Two nearby Metro stations (Bonne Nouvelle, Lines 8 and 9; Sentier, Line 3). Lots of restos, shopping, boulangerie/patisserie, boucherie, green grocers nearby. Small, but clean with a kitchen that was stocked with basics. Make sure you let Olga know ahead of time when you are checking out because she is the only one who handles the cash (I'd given a security deposit in cash as requested). Note that maid service is an extra cost.

It got noisy because the Rex Theatre is right down the street. Every so often a line would form, but eventually died down. Front door locked only when firmly shut. Most of the time it was open.

La struttura era accogliente e pulita, era comoda e vicinissima alla metropolitana, infatti spostarsi per Parigi è stato molto facile. Inoltre il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile, ha accolto le nostre richieste e il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Ci tornerei di sicuro

Der Luxus ist die Lage. Sehr ruhig und drei Metrostationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment war grosszügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem .

Bellissimo appartamento nel centro di Parigi

Appartamento ben arredato, con tutte le comodità (microonde, forno, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, macchinetta del caffè e ferro da stiro). Appartamento pulitissimo e in una posizione perfetta per visitare Parigi. A pochi metri dalla fermata della metro.

Non c’è un ascensore per salire e le scale sono un po’ ripide.

Localização e bem equipado (torradeira, nespresso, maquinas de lavar prato e roupa, secador de cabelo e ferro de passar roupa). Cama e sofá cama confortáveis.

Segurança: a porta do prédio estava na maioria das vezes aberta. Oportunidades de melhoria: prateleira no box e suporte para toalhas e papel higiênico no banheiro.

Excelente ubicación, parada del metro a 1 cuadra y media. Habitación modernosa, amplia y muy completa. Si bien fue lo mas costoso de nuestro viaje por Europa, valio mucho la pena !!!

The listing mentions ac but there is ac only in the main room. There is no ac in the rooms. We had gone during peak summer and booked expecting the entire propert had ac. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Rest all was good.

Superb

I went there in May 2023 with my parents and my partner. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is big enough, and the location is perfect. We could walk to many touristic parts and find many restaurants and bakeries near the apartment. Overall an excellent stay; the apartment was clean, and entering the property was easy with the self-check-in instructions. I recommend it every time.

The ideal Paris pied à terre

We had stayed there a few days before and we needed one more night in Paris, arriving late. We were delighted to be offered the same room again, which made things very simple.

This was a great month stay in Paris and the location of the unit was great.

Great location and centrally located and close to all the sights.

Although we were well aware that this apartment was a five-story walkup - this unit will not be a fit for guests with mobility issues. Plus side, it kept us in shape!

Overall very convenient and clean and mostly well appointed.

Location being 30 minutes walk to Seine, Louvre, Montmartre, convenience stores and brasseries.

The street outside was noisy till very late at night with restaurants and people walking on metal pieces over footpath renovation. Air conditioning would have meant we could close windows to stop noise.

Aside from the noise, it was a comfortable place to stay, spacious and well organized.

The best thing I like about this property is the location. It is very convenient to get to the places I have planned by taking the subway.

I stayed on the first floor which is extremely noisy even late at night. I had difficulty falling asleep with the window being opened since the weather was quite hot. I won't recommend anyone taking the 1st floor room.

Exceptional

Olga was very sweet and gave very detailed instructions about our stay. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The kitchen was great with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The location was easily accessible with the metro and the neighborhood was quaint.

At night, there was a lot of noise from the street and upstairs. It would have been nice if another fan was provided for the other room.
