Welcome to Zula Life! Our house address is: 87 Cobia St, Destin FL 32541 Zula Life vacation home is featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 16 people and has a beautiful private backyard with a heated pool and hot tub! The beach is literally down the street and Pompano beach access is just a short 3min walk. Kitchen is recently renovated and is fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, dual coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining table. 65” smart TV in living room and smart TV in every bedrooms Ready to play? PlayStation 3 with games (don't forget to pack your favorite games and blurays). We also have a 2/3 size indoor ping pool table. AMAZING 31’ Private Pool & Spa can be heated with additional fee. It’s $50/night for Pool & Spa or $35/night for spa only. Pool heating fee paid separately after you book. We can not offer partial stay heating. We can heat the pool up to 92f and spa up to 100f. The Rooms: 1st Bedroom - sleeps 6 people - Queen size bed - Queen over queen bunk bed - Private bathroom with double vanity 2nd Bedroom - sleeps 6 people - Queen size bed - Queen over queen bunk bed - Hallway bathroom with double vanity and a soaking tub 3rd bedroom - Sleeps 4 people - Queen size beds - Twin over twin bunk bed - Private bathroom with a soaking tub Pack & Play available. We do not provide crib sheets, blankets or mattress but feel free to bring your own. Memory foam mattresses in all beds and bunks, for a good night sleep. Smart HD TVs in all rooms with all you can watch Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and more. Also available: - Super High-Speed internet (300mbps) with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard. - Washer and Dryer. - 5 burner gas grill (propane provided) for great cookouts. - Seating area with picnic table. PLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. Other things to note: No more than 18 people are allowed on the property at any given time. No Parties or events are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows. The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced. No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house. If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. Would give 5 stars just to the outside area of the house. Heated pool/hot tub worth the extra price. Hosts was very fair about letting us know why heating the pool and spa was pricy…it’s the natural gas.
The house was comfortable enough for the 2 of us and the dog. Place was clean.
Gave the house 4 stars:
- of the 3 bathrooms the middle one has decent hot water, the other 2 are lukewarm.
- the middle bath has sufficient hot water, but the tub plug does not work…meaning no hot baths. The host was willing to come by and turn the water heater temperature up
- the beds were not great
- there are odd odors throughout the house, nothing terrible but there is something stale that needs addressing
All the above is minor and not a showstopper. Overall very good place. Location is excellent and we hope to come back again.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely LOVE it! Not only are you close to the beach, but having the option to heat the pool and hot tub are so important (and not always an option at other places)! I also love that there’s an outdoor tv right by the pool. Though the sun doesn’t always want you to see everything, it’s great to have (especially during football season). We love how spacious the indoor area is and we also love that we can bring our dogs to stay with us. The hosts are both helpful and responsive with questions you might have as well as reminders (like trash day). We truly couldn’t love this place more! Whenever we come back to Destin, this will always be our top property choice!

We enjoyed this vacation so much. The house was perfect, clean and had everything we could want. Close to dining and the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

We enjoyed our time staying at the place overall. Pros: near the beach, spacious, owner was quick to respond. We had an internet problem when we arrived and was not able to use the tv or the internet till noon the next day when the modem had to be replaced. Beach essentials are provided like the wagon,umbrellas, chairs and towels. Cons: the pool had some debris on the bottom. Informed the owner about it however was told that it was the weekend so no one can come to clean it. Also, some things in the house needs upgrades like the cooking utensils, dull knives, pillows and living room furnitures.

House was very clean, kitchen has everything that we need to cook for 14 people. Had problem with the air condition and called owner and it was repaired in less than 2 hrs. Ther pool was clean and we had a great time. Location is great. We hope to come back next time we are in Destin

We had a VRBO that we reserved and it was just not at all what we thought it was going to be. We reserved this Zula.com house last minute and everything was great. It redeemed the bad start of the honeymoon and we had an all-around great time staying here. Thanks for everything!!!

From the booking to the actual stay the whole experience was easy and streamlined. The hosts are wonderful and the property perfect. We found the home as advertised and outside food there was not one thing we needed to bring with us except our clothes and bathing suits. Location to the beaches and activities was ideal. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the heated pool and hot tub. It’s a quick easy walk to the beach. The hosts were wonderful and great to communicate with. It was just two of us but the home could easily handle a larger family. Loved it!

We had to contact for several things: outdoor lights, outdoor TV and a dead animal under the house.
We did not contact about several small things:

Remotes with dead batteries
3-in-1 body soap/shampoo/conditioner vs actually having shampoo and conditioner
The listing does say that a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided but at this rate it would be nice to have those supplied so guests aren’t buying and providing for the next guests.
House could use a few upgrades similar to what was done in the kitchen. New flooring (the floor in the front bathroom is getting soft), furniture, knives, pillows.
This property has a LOT of potential. Price was a bit steep for the quality.

Perfect vacation!
We enjoyed our week stay here very much! The pool is perfect, house was very clean and communication with the owners were great! The beach is a short 3 minute walk. Beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys are provided by the owners, but we rented beach chairs everyday. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Definitely will be back!

Great family vacation
We visited Destin with friends for our kids Spring Break vacation! The house was beautiful and cozy. We reaIly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It’s a great location, not far from anything! The owners were very responsive and great communication! We loved our stay and would definitely be back!

We had an awesome vacation here! We walked to the beach every morning and swam in the heated pool every afternoon! It was the best! House was perfect for our family of 7. Clean and the owners were so welcoming and responsive. Can’t wait to visit again!

Clean Practical Home, Extravagant Back Yard
We give this property and it’s owners 5 stars!! Always had quick and thorough communication with home owners. This setting was perfect for our multi-age family group. We came during the cooler season and we were able to still thoroughly enjoy our time in the area. The neighborhood was fun to walk through and a walk to the beach was quick. The home was the perfect size. The back yard really dazzled us! We loved swimming in a heated pool and heated spa anytime. The greenery and trees and lights surrounding the stone patio made it feel like our own personal paradise. We loved grilling food out in back as well. The beds are cozy. The home layout was nice! Fresh updated bathrooms. We will return in the future! Next time, we will plan to book a family friendly fishing/dolphin watch excursion far in advance.

The house is just as cute as it looks in the pictures. The location is great for the beach and they had a ton of beach things to use so we didn’t have to buy stuff we would never use again! Property manager was great to talk with and kept us informed of everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use zula rentals again in the future!

Eslinger sister trip
Property is run down, and not very clean when arriving. Had issues with pool and spa, but were resolved. Needs hand towel holder by sinks in first bedroom. Storage shed needs organized and cleaned. Location to beach was good. Someone left charcoals laying in yard. Need more pingpong balls. Trash bin door is leaning.

Perfect Family Beach House
We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house. We have been going to Destin for 30 years with my family so all 14 of us are adults now. The place was roomy enough to all eat together and relax. We all enjoyed the beautiful back yard. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. We are hoping to stay here again!

Great property!
My family loved this rental. Very clean and well maintained with a great location. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The beach is very close, but the closest beach access has only private beaches. Taking a lesson from my grandfather ("act like you belong there") we set up there and had zero issues. The only negative about the property was the tv/cable set up. I would have preferred a basic cable set up. The streaming set up was difficult to navigate and I never found any local channels.

Family Reunion full of memories
Zula Life was absolute perfect for our annual reunion. There was plenty of room for our three families to come together and make wonderful memories. The property was clean and had everything we needed to relax and not worry about anything. The pool/hot tub area was a hit and beach access was a breeze. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
