It was my mom and I staying at the condo (Unit 1104) and it was amazing. We can both be pretty picky, and have stayed in Destin before at other condos, but this will for sure be our yearly destination. The property manager responded quickly when we thought we may end up being a little bit early, and was extremely helpful, and gave us some lunch ideas as well. The check in process was very easy, and in fact the property manager was there at the office when we arrived and greeted us. I saw the property manager on site regularly, which to me when renting condos has been pretty rare, and was nice to know if we needed anything he was there. We didn’t need anything while there though. The condo was spotless and extremely well cleaned. TVs were amazing, couch and beach all super comfy. Extra towels and laundry unit in the condo. Beautiful balcony to enjoy coffee on. Also, the beach service that was included was amazing, especially for us, as the beach is the primary reason for our trip. The beach is a private beach, with someone who rents out kayaks and paddle boards, which I also love. It is close to some great restaurants, but not too close to where it’s noisy. Cannot recommend this place enough and cannot say enough amazing things. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed this location and would recommend to others. Clean and really close walk to the beach. It was like I never left home; all the house hold essentials you may need were there! Definitely will return in the future! Thank you!

Pros- Nice location, 5 minute walk to a private beach. Easy in, easy out. Well appointed kitchen. Good layout. Pool nearby was nice. Very convenient outdoor shower/hose for de-sanding after the beach. Cons- master bedroom bed very uncomfortable, had a bad that didn't cover the bed. A few issues with cleaning at the beginning, that were rectified promptly. Patio furniture dingy and dated. It's Florida, it's hit, humid, so not entirely unexpected, but did have a few roaches to deal with towards the end of our stay. Again, not unusual, but still unpleasant.

This is a great VRBO location and the pool is nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants!! Only suggestion is to upgrade quality of guest bedroom mattresses and linens. The floors need to be cleaned much better. Please leave more towels for guests.

The property was perfect! It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach service was great! Lots of extra amenities in the unit such as pool noodles, boogie boards and a stroller (which came in handy during walks at night). Definitely rent a car (or just Uber and Instacart everything), since there isn’t too much within walking distance. Overall, it was a perfect relaxing vacation!
