Located in Hilton Head Island, this lovely house for R 10,340 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends. The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances. The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax. I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Five of us, aged 20 months to 75 years, had a fun but relaxing time at this site in September 2023. The home is as lovely and spacious as pictured and the kitchen is reasonably well-equipped with hardware needed for cooking. One of us played two rounds of golf, enjoying being paired with strangers and the courses themselves. Plenty of easy-to-reach restaurants, bike trails (bikes at the house) and, of course, a lovely Atlantic beach. And the alligator safely viewed from the house deck!.

This home is so relaxing from the minute we walk in to the day we have to leave we feel relaxed. The colors and decor are peaceful. It is very open and airy. There is so much space to gather together for great family dinners, either inside or out. The deck is very private overlooking the lake. We met a few residents in the area and everyone is super friendly My family loves staying here.

Top of the line everything. The kitchen is a chef's dream. I took many photos for inspiration for my dream home! This home has everything you need. The view is amazing! We had a fantastic time!

What a perfect house for our family of 6 adults! The cleanliness, views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, gourmet kitchen with a ton of seating, a huge refrigerator, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and wine refrigerator, large laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms, and spacious living room with plenty of seating made our stay amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with top of the line pots, pans, cookie sheets and everything you could possibly need. There are 6 bikes as well as beach towels and umbrellas for your trip to the beach as well as a free beach trolley! The house is 5-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, multiple golf courses, ice cream, pee wee golf, and the beach. The walking/biking trails are very close. Jim was the perfect host! He was quick to respond if we had a question and gave us info on how to get around easily. Every one of us said many times that this house was perfect! If we make it back to Hilton Head again, we will absolutely be staying here. Whatever you do, don't hesitate to book this house! Thank you so much Ann for sharing your beautiful home with us! Perfect place for our family of 8. The kitchen/dining/family room is very open and easily accommodated meal and social times. Each bedroom is large and has its own bathroom allowing everyone to have their own space. Bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards are on the garage and available for use. Biking throughout Sea Pines was very easy as the home is centrally located. Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

Home is beautiful. Tons of room for our family. Everyone had their own full bath. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants and shopping, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Jim was very pro active in communicating with us on getting into the home when worked for us. Checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well. We had a great experience and would definitely rent here again when we return!

All three generations (age12-92) of my family loved staying at this house. Sitting on the dock watching the fish and the birds was delightful (the alligator was elusive, but we did see it). There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. We also liked that the pool is right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was lovely and spacious. Ann and her father make themselves available, if needed for any issues. We have rented from Ann years ago. After 38 annual visits to HHI, Calibogue is still a favorite and we would definitely rent this home again. Pool and tennis courts are great. Some cleanliness issues were the only concern. I would still recommend the property,though.

Perfect for a large group or family!
Great location and well maintained home. We stayed for a week with 7 people. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of room to cook and entertain. Garage had bikes to use. Close to Sea Pines and the beach. Highly recommend.

Family get away for parents and grown children with their spouses
We did not receive the information letter which had all of the check in information, so that was a little troublesome but Jim gave us the information via phone to get us access to the home. The property worked so well for us and we really enjoyed the kitchen space. Very nicely done!

Beautiful Setting
This home was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the eating area was very relaxing. Sitting out on the deck offered a peaceful view of the lagoon. The Master bath was amazing!

One issue we encountered was the lack of batteries in the remotes for the t.v.s (they were dead in all but two remotes) and when we switched the working batteries two of the t.v.s still did not work. This may not seem like a big deal, but it was an inconvenience for the two guests who like to watch t.v. to fall asleep. The only other thing I would mention is a few extra throw blankets might be nice as it sometimes got a bit chilly in the evenings. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed the week after Christmas 2021. Had an fantastic time with family. Easy checkin process. Property was very clean and had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Second time at property and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities at the house. It was in a great location for accessing Sea Pines on bikes or with the car. The house was very well equipped and had a high end kitchen. The view of the water is outstanding and we would highly recommend the property for families with adult children.
