It is in a nice location and a very beautiful view from the windows. It is relatively close to the tourist center with easy access by tram or bus. The accommodation is large, spotlessly clean and the staff very kind and welcoming!
It exceeded what I expected. There is also free coffee 24hours.
The bathroom needed more cleaning, especially the tiles.

Proximity of hotel to main museums, concert hall, etc.
The cleaning of the room was minimal.
The floor of the shower was tiled in wall tiles and was extreme dangerous and slippery when wet. There was no hand rail. There was no shower curtain so the floor of the bathroom area got wet when the shower was on.

Location
The nice gesture to provide coffee and croissants even though they don’t offer breakfast
While the bedsheets and bathroom was fresh snd clean, the rest was lacking. The desk had dust and dirt, the carpets were not optimally cleaned so it fell short of perfect
The important things were attended but it seemed superficial

Nothing bad. Location quite good. Easy to go around. Quiet.
Underbed wasn't vacuumed

The location was good for what I needed although I had to walk a lot everywhere which was not a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. The airconditioner in the room was good. There was hot water in the shower. The room was clean.
The room was basic, no amenities. There was a coffee machine but only decaf in my room and the hot chocolate sachet was stale. There is a so called breakfast room downstairs that has a coffee machine with bad coffee and 2 pastries to chose from. I cant compare with other Amsterdam hotels because I havent been in a while. Overall at the price that I paid i expected to get more. The internet was slow.

Great location near Museumplein, staff were lovely and very helpful, comfortable room, tea/ coffee facilities, mini fridge, good shower, A/C. Location was quiet and hotel itself was quiet, no issues with noise. Complementary tea/ coffee and pastries available in the morning but no full breakfast option.
Some aspects of the room were a bit dated and could have done with more new towels on day two. They only very roughly remake bed - it's more of a tidy then clean of the rooms each day but we didn't have any issues.

We wanted to stay near the museums. For us, the location of this hotel was excellent. It is in a quiet road in a pleasant neighbourhood. The museums are a ten minute walk away. Transportation links to the station and airport are good and frequent. There is a selection of cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket near the museums.
We had a lovely large room overlooking the park. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there is not a breakfast room, there 24 access to a coffee machine in the basement and free croissants in the mornings.

Nice hotel that allows you to have your privacy at a lower price than other hotels in the city center. Check in was fast. At the underground floor there is a coffee machine where you can have a hot drink whenever you want. In the morning there are also some croissants for all the guests so that you can have your sweet breakfast here. Our room was quite spacious and, even if it faced on the street, it was quite and silent. The bathroom is private, with shower, and provided of towels. A shower gel is fixed at the shower's wall. It's a no smoking hotel which I think is correct in order to preserve all guests' desires. You will have Vondel Park just outside the hotel so you can go there if necessary. We went to the city center every day, in almost fourthy minutes walking distance you can reach the central station which is at the opposite side of the city, but in any case there are lot of trams and public transport is efficient. The location and the bike rental service at the hotel 👍

Great location. Very easy to checkout museums and touristy places either on foot or by public transportation. There's a cozy lounge in the basement serving beverage and pastry around the clock, making it very welcoming.
The wifi signal isn't really strong and the room isn't very sound insulating. We can easily hear noise from the stairs or other visitors moving through the hallway.

The area is beautiful. The park is near the hotel. It's quiet. The staff is very nice.

The location was fantastic! Super close to the tram and museums.
The rooms are tired and acceptable but not
clean. Place really needs a deep clean. I just did not feel comfortable in the room. There were leftover drinking glasses from the previous guest in the closet which points to incomplete housekeeping.
The furniture and walls have seen better days. Walls are paper thin and you can hear conversation next door.
Bathroom recently renovated but already has mold growing in the grout.

The location was fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly.
The hair dryer didn’t work well

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size with a good amount of windows that open wide to allow air in. I got upgraded from the standard room as they had availability.
The AC in my room did not work and the hotel had no solution for it. All it did was blow out room temperature or slightly warmer air that smelt of dust and added to the stuffiness of the room. Perhaps they hadn't cleaned the filters or had it serviced in a while. Consequently we had to sleep with the windows open, which kept us from closing the curtains all the way and let noise into the room to wake us up in the morning.

The hotel is adjacent a lovely park, in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to trams, restaurants and museums - ideal.
We were pleased that the air-conditioning kept our room cool during the hot summer weather. Bed and pillows were comfortable, plenty of hot & cold water and everything was clean. We also appreciated the croissants & coffee provided in the breakfast room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No complaints. We would happily stay there again.

Ideal location. Breakfast area was compact but had everything that one may want. Very clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport bus stop was just a short walk away.
