Situated in Siesta Key, this attractive house for R 5,322 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newly remodeled, single family home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 27 x 13 heated outside pool(set to 82 degrees) with sunshelf...have dinner/cocktails outside in pool on sunshelf!! Short walking distance to 15 great restaurants, 12 bars, many, many shops, bike and scooter rental, wash and fold, and more.... Short drive to many sites, golf courses and much more. Siesta key Beach is on the travel channel for top ten beaches in the world....Local Beach is approx three blocks, and can be walked. Public beach is further, however, many 'Free Ride' golf cart services are available and work for Tips Only. They will pick you up at your home and take you to the beach and back. The "free" rides are a lot of fun! The house is located at 324 Avenida Madera, Siesta Key, FL 34242. We do not provide any beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Pool is cleaned once a week, please note that with rain, wind ect the pool will get debris in it. A pool net is provided to keep pool clean. Temperature is set in house to 72 degrees and cannot be changed. NO SPRING BREAKERS ALLOWED, YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 25 TO RENT. THIS IS A FAMILY HOUSE!

This home is all about location. We were able to walk to the beach and the village everyday! In addition the local grocery store is right around the corner.

Very easy to communicate with. Great place only a block from the village an a short walk to the white sand beach. We were in town for a family wedding an had kids an adults. Great place will rent again

We stayed with our family for a week and had such an amazing time! Second time renting from this owner. We haven’t had any issues and have loved every minute! You cannot beat the location or price! We love love the private pool! The kids swam all day every day! Thank you for the amazing time! We will be back!

We loved this ranch home with a beautiful heated pool on the canal! Our host Jeff was very accommodating and if something needed fixed he had the proper people lined up to help. We would definitely return to this home as you could walk to all stores and restaurants in Siesta village. So far this place is fairly priced. Nancy

Had a great week in Siesta Key celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. Loved the location, the heated pool was fantastic, house was well stocked, and communication with host was great. Would absolutely return.

What a great beach house! My family of 8 stayed here and had everything we needed to cook a meal and hang out very spacious great screened in porch and the pool is amazing! The location can't be any better! The host was quick to reply.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the village for shopping and dining. The street was quiet and the village night life wasn't heard. The house is spacious and the pool is lovely. Good place for a couple puppies.

We loved the area and being able to walk a block to the village. The beaches are a bit farther but walkable as well. The house was much bigger than needed for 2 adults & 2 small dogs but we plan to go back bc we loved the convenience of walking to most everything. Despite being close to the village, it was quiet when we were there in Dec.

Perfect spot Near village. Quiet neighborhood .There was no Outdoor pool furniture so a couple of chairs or lounges would have been nice . Would recommend for couple or families

We really enjoyed this house! It was spacious and comfortable. We spent so much time in the pool every day. We even saw several manatees swimming in the canal. It is in a perfect location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We can't wait to come back in the near future.

The property is great and is in an awesome location. Had a little trouble checking in but after that it was smooth. You basically will not need a vehicle there! Walking distance to everything you need. Pool is great to cool off after the beach. We enjoyed our stay! The only negative thing I can say is that there weren’t any extra trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels but we were able to get those down at the local market. If you’d like to visit Siesta Key (the prettiest beach IMO) this would be a great place to stay!

House was extremely clean when we arrived. The porch and pool chairs could use a replacement. Plastic chairs were cracked and brittle from wear and sun exposure. Yard in the back could use a good landscaper for dried, broken, dead plants, weeding as well. Super location and I would highly recommend this home. Owner is wonderful and quick to all responses. We loved our stay!! We will be returning!

Ideal location within block to siesta key village, shopping, restaurants etc. short walk to beautiful uncrowded local beach. Owner responsive. Pool delightful. Great neighborhood. This rental was an absolute bargain! Enjoyed our month long stay!

Our family loves the house and location. Making it a desirable place to return to. We had 6 adults and a 3 yr old grandson but plenty of room. Adults loved being in walking distance of the night life. Our son fished canal. We all enjoyed warm pool. Cleanliness was a bit poor. I have pics for owner if needed. Then we had couple of unexpected visitors stopping in to do work. Heads up would be nice. We also took in box via delivery which was bit strange for rental house.
