The location of the apartment was just perfect. Centrally located with lively surroundings consisting bar, restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to Centrum. The ventilation of the room was also very good and the view from the window. The apartment had a quite yet very happening surrounding. The cleaning services by the hotel was top notch, they made sure the rooms are cleaned everyday, bedding is made and towels are changed. I would really like to thank the hotel staff for this service.
The space in the washroom was little tight but we could manage so no complaints and the lift was too small but it was in good working condition so can't complain about that as well. Just FYI that the elevator is up to 2nd floor only, so if your room is on third floor then you will have to take the staircase from 2nd to 3rd floor.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 4 giorni con due bambini piccoli e siamo stati molto bene. Staff gentile e professionale, appartamento confortevole, pulito e in ottima posizione seppur non in pieno centro.
Ascensore un po’ piccolo, da dover chiudere il passeggino per entrare.

good location, had everything that was described
the ventilation was not very good so we had all the windows open and the door is not soundproof, everything that was going on in the stairwell could be heard

Loved the peace and quiet of the location, within reach of the city centre. There was the dawn chorus as we exited for our early morning taxi to the airport across the courtyard with its trees reaching up to the sky. As there were facilities for self catering including a dishwasher, I thought it was great value for money.
There was nothing to complain about. My daughter would have liked a more substantial pillow, but as she only stayed one night, we couldn't remedy that. I'm sure the kind reception staff would have provided more pillows if we had needed to ask.

Very nice location, close to the main Viena attractions.
We were a party of 4 and the bed I used (the small one next to the natural light window by the street, had bed bugs.
I currently have bites and blisters and while the flat was greatly located, the cleanliness of the place could have been more thorough.

Location is great only 10 min walk to Parliament buildings. Good restaurants on door step

A little tired (a few things not functioning properly I.e. microwave plate, bedside lamp, bathroom plug). The apartment is dark due to heavy curtains and two of the three windows look on to brick walls.

We have booked Family apartments for our Christmas. When we arrived with my family, we were provided with totally different apartments, but also family apartments as we were told. No ONE photo of our reservation matched to the real, no one. I went to ask whether they can provide us with the apartments we have booked as shown on the photo, but no, we were requested to wait two of our three days to change the apartments. Also, room was not prepared for our family, I needed to ask to prepare it for all of our family members and it took 2 hours before we were given pillow/blanket cases, towels etc. Pillows and blankets of yellow colour (I was asked by my child: why it is so duty here?), a layer of dust under the bed, no bath as was declared during booking, no dishwasher, which was important to me staying with 3 children. But we were told by staff that there are apartments with dishwasher, these are simply were occupied. Such “Christmas surprises” I don’t like. Came to have Christmas in Vienna and such disappointment we have got.
When cleaning ladies came to clean the room, we have asked to come a little bit later, since we were preparing to leave, we were told by one of the ladies just: No!
But thanks to second lady who cleaned apartments, changed towels etc.
Of course I do not recommend these apartments since you will get your booked apartments in case you are lucky.

Great place, very clean and helpful staff, especially Mihaela, at the front desk.
She was super helpful, with lots of tips and advices helping us all around Vienna.
Highly recommended!
We even grew to like the very small elevator:)

Very noisy street, lots of noisy restaurants with music just down the room, no air-conditioning , it was extremely hot. Dirty sofa with some brown spots, hair pins in bathrooms. Linen for sofa was not provided although was asked in advance by email. Receptionist leave reception and luggage room open with hotel door open for everyone , so no security .
