Soggiorno a Lisbona perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento 4 giorni vissuti intensamente in questa città che merita di essere visitata. Appartamento molto carino completo di ogni comodità, molto pulito, in zona centrale comodo a qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto. Abbiamo conosciuto Margarida, che ci ha illustrato l'appartamento, dove mangiare, cosa visitare e tanti consigli utili per passare al meglio i giorni a Lisbona. Nell'appartamento ci hanno fatto trovare alcuni regali di benvenuto molto apprezzati e graditi da tutti noi. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo appartamento e ringrazio tutti per l'ospitalità.

L'unica cosa che posso consigliare ai futuri ospiti è che dovranno essere consapevoli che Lisbona è tutto un saliscendi con scale e zone belle da visitare ma bisogna faticare un pochino.... Nulla da dire per l'appartamento che si trova in una via tipica del centro di Lisbona in un contesto di grande mix di culture.

The location was very practical for food and drinks and getting an Uber was super easy. Apartment is small but very clea

Good location, very central and staff was super helpful.

Air conditioning would have been put to good use, both because the weather was hot and the streets can sometimes be loud so windows/doors to the balcony had to be closed

Location was really good and personal was friendly and helpful. Apartment was well equipped, there was everything we needed.

Apartment was pretty damp because the shower didn't dry up at all. So the towels and swimming wear didn't dry either. We were staying at the groud floor apartment, I guess that problem didn't exist at upper floors because of the windows/balconies.

Amazing!

The apartment was great! We couldn’t wish for more. So cozy and cute. Patricia welcomed us and gave us a lot of useful tips about the city. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is really well positioned, closed to a lot of attractions. Also close to public transportation.

Good location to get around and excellent choice of restaurants nearby and handy grocery stores.

Excellent location to the all public transport, metro, bus and tram. Well laid out in a compact space and excellent welcoming pack. Patricia our host was excellent in meeting us and explaining and giving all the information we needed to visit and get around the sights.

Because it is in a residential area our neighbours upstairs with two young children was quite noisy and could have had sound insulation installed. Due to the nature of Lisbon the steep hill/roads was quite a challenge especially after a full day of walking but it's out of your control.

Lovely cozy/cramped apartment in a quiet street in the city center.

The apartment was very cute in a great location. Very close to the center but in a quiet small street. The little elevated living room looked out over the city centre and was a nice place to sit together planning trips. Conveniently close to different kinds of public transport. The inside of the apartment had a very comfortably authentic feel with lots of wood showing. Although the apartment warmed up quite significantly during the day, it also cooled down within minutes when we opened the windows and turned on the fans when we returned to it. Someone welcomed us on arrival with explanation and sight seeing tips. It was very easy to access the apartment because of the door code system.

A few factual things about the apartment should be mentioned. It is rather cramped and up on the fourth floor with narrow stairs. Cramped meaning that there is very little space around the beds in the rooms, the bathroom is compact, and the kitchen is tiny but is open towards the small living room. The streets outside are quite steep and you have to walk a bit until your reach open squares and public transport. All of these aspects didn't bother us at all, but know that this is how it is. We found two marks on the bedsheets, but otherwise the apartment was completely clean.

Great apartment great location

The apartment was lovely had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great too just a 5 min walk to the shops. Would recommend it.

Apart from the steps up to the apartment which we didn't find a problem but if you struggle with mobility it wouldn't be any good for you.

Very pleasant stay!

The place is just perfect! Gonçalo and Particia were very helpful! Gonçalo gave us a lot of useful information before arrival and Patricia spent with us around 30 minutes to explain us everything. The appartement is very nice and cozy and clean! Great location, everything is very close. I really recommend this place!

Exceptional

Great location, the property is nice and really cozy. All cooking facilities are available. If you need to wash clothes, there’s a laundry within 3 minutes’ walk. The hosts are very attentive and helpful - absolutely off the charts. Good value for money.

'Cozy' means small

We Liked the location, very convenient for metros and there were numerous very good restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped and we were met and welcomed. The hosts had done their best to make it comfortable. It was on a quiet street.

'Cozy' means small. It was very small, particularly the bedroom and the washbasin was outside the bathroom. It would certainly not accommodate four people. We would also not choose to be on the ground floor again for two reasons: we could not safely leave the window open overnight and secondly whoever was upstairs was very noisy.

great stay- second time in this apartment

It was our second time in this apartment and even though 3 years have passed, the place is in very good condition. The rooms are small but you have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the location of the apartment is great- right in the heart of Lisbon. There is a small grocery shop nearly next door where you can buy basic breakfast groceries as well as some very well priced local and Asian restaurants on the same street. It was also very easy to check in and check out and we were greeted by Claudia who was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended especially that we came back to the same place.

our apartment was on the 4th floor - which we knew before- so no surprises and complaints. Just a word of warning to be aware of the fact that it's an old building with high floors and steep stairs. We didn't mind but other people could find it really difficult.
